Description

The invention relates to an automatic dishwasher, in particular a dishwasher for use in the household, with a rinsing container providing a rinsing container having a closable by means of a pivotally mounted Spülraumtür feed opening, and with a reservoir for the intermediate storage of rinsing fluid, which is fluidly connected to the washing compartment, as well as with a filter inserted into the fluidic connection between the rinsing container and the reservoir.

Dishwashers of the type mentioned are well known in the art. They have a rinsing container which provides a rinsing container which, in the intended use, serves to receive items to be cleaned. To feed the washing container is a feed opening, which is closed fluid-tight by means of a pivotally mounted dish door.

For loading of items to be cleaned with rinse liquor within the rinsing container rotatably arranged spray arms. These are supplied with rinsing fluid via a circulation pump. Depending on the configuration of the dishwasher, preferably two or three spray arms are provided.

From the prior art, it is also known to equip automatic dishwashers of the type mentioned for the purpose of saving water with a reservoir for intermediate storage of rinsing liquor. This reservoir is used to record at the end of a proper program flow in the washing still residual scouring liquor and to stockpile until the beginning of a next wash program. Typically, at the end of a wash program, relatively clean rinse liquor is used for intermediate storage. With the beginning of a new washing program, the cached rinse liquor is drained into the rinse tank, so that a reduced amount of fresh water for the start of the new rinse program is required by the amount of rinse liquor returned.

The rinsing fluid cached within the storage container is subject to contamination. This often results in conjunction with an odor nuisance. To counteract this, numerous different measures have become known from the prior art. For example, it has been proposed to use a filter in the fluidic connection between the washing container and the reservoir. It is the purpose of such a filter to filter out particles, impurities, contaminants and / or the like present in the rinsing liquor before the rinsing liquor is transferred into the storage container for intermediate storage.

Such a dishwashing machine is from the DE 40 04 057 A1 Although the use of a filter for purifying the rinsing liquor has basically proven itself, there are certain disadvantages, in particular in handling. Thus, the filter fabric is gradually increasing with continued use time. In order to continue to ensure proper functioning, a cleaning of the filter is required. This is perceived by the user as annoying, which is why it regularly fails with the result that the reservoir is not filled due to clogging of the filter to the extent possible with rinsing liquor for the purpose of caching.

In the US 2011/0197933 A1 discloses a dishwashing machine, which has a filter in the bottom of the washing container and a scraper, which is movably guided by means of a motor drive along the filter. Starting from the above, it is the object of the invention to provide a dishwasher of the type mentioned, a total of simplified handling allows.

To solve this problem, a dishwashing machine with the features of claim 1 is proposed by the invention.

The dishwashing machine proposed by the invention has a filter with a filter housing. Within the filter housing, the actual filter fabric is arranged. When used as intended, the rinsing liquor flows from the rinsing container into the filter housing of the filter, where it passes through the filter cloth. In the wash liquor located particles, contamination, soiling and / or the like are retained by the filter fabric, so far purified purge solution enters the reservoir.

Within the filter housing a cooperating with the filter fabric scraper is arranged. This is displaceably guided in the filter housing, so that it moves along in the event of a proper sliding movement on the filter fabric and thereby abstreift in a previous filter process and the filter fabric still located particles, impurities, soiling and / or the like. In a backwash these removed from the filter fabric by the scraper particles, impurities, contaminants and / or the like can be transported back into the washroom, from where they can be disposed of by pumping. In this case, such pumping preferably takes place during a subsequent intended program execution.

The filter provided according to the invention is a self-cleaning filter. The displacer guided displaceably in the filter housing ensures that particles retained by the filter fabric, impurities, soiling and / or the like can be removed from the filter fabric, so that a return of the same into the washing compartment is permitted. A clogging of the filter fabric is thus prevented. A user-carried out manual cleaning of the filter is not required in an advantageous manner.

In the intended use case takes place on the filter provided according to the invention, a cleaning of the reservoir to be supplied rinse. For intermediate storage in the reservoir thus cleaned rinse liquor, so that the risk of microbial contamination and the associated risk of odor nuisance is minimized. In a return of the wash liquor in the washing a backwashing of the filter, so that the previously retained by the filter particles, impurities, contaminants and / or flow back into the washing, where it then comes in the course of a proper program implementation to a disposal of the same. In this case, the scraper provided according to the invention ensures that a cleaning of the filter fabric is carried out, so that a user-side manual cleaning is not necessary. According to a particular proposal of the invention it is provided that the filter has a cooperating with the scraper driver, which is arranged on the outside of the filter housing on this slidably. In this case, the scraper and / or the driver on a magnet and / or the scraper or the driver are at least partially formed as a magnet. During a movement movement of the driver occurs due to the force acting between the driver and the scraper magnetic force to a movement of the scraper. The wiper thus follows in its movement of the predetermined by the driver movement.

The driver is mechanically coupled to the Spülraumtür, for which purpose preferably a Bowden cable is provided. During a pivoting movement of the washing compartment door, a movement of the driver coupled to the washing compartment door via the Bowden cable thus occurs. This in turn interacts magnetically with the scraper, so that as a result of a movement of the Spülraumtür results in a movement of the scraper cooperating with the filter fabric. Each user-side actuation of the Spülraumtür it comes to a movement of the scraper and thus to a cleaning of the filter fabric.

The above-described construction proves to be particularly user-friendly. A maintenance of the individual components is not required. Overall, this results in a simplified handling of the dishwasher.

For loading of items to be cleaned with rinsing spray 3 spraying arms are arranged within the washing container, wherein in the embodiment shown a total of three spray arms are provided, namely an upper spray arm 5, a central spray arm 6 and a lower spray arm. 7

The dishwasher 1 further has a reservoir 10 for the intermediate storage of rinsing water. This reservoir 10 may be formed within the housing 2 or outside thereof. In the illustrated embodiment, the reservoir 10 is housed in the gap space not shown between rinsing 3 on the one hand and housing 2 on the other.

The reservoir 10 is fluidly coupled to the washing container 3. About this fluidic connection can be removed from the rinse tank 3 rinse and fed to the reservoir 10 or transferred in the reverse direction from the reservoir 10 in the washing compartment 3.

The storage container 10 serves for the intermediate storage of rinsing liquor. Typically, the rinse tank 3 is removed at the end of a designated wash cycle rinsing program and cached in the reservoir 10 until the beginning of a next wash program. Thus, the storage container 10 allows the intermediate storage of rinsing water, whereby the total amount of fresh water required for a proper program flow can be reduced, since with the beginning of a new washing program originating from a previous rinse wash liquor can be used. There is a reuse of rinsing water instead.

Typical storage containers 10 have a storage volume of two liters, three liters or four liters.

The rinsing fluid cached in the storage container 10 germinates over time and deposits, bio-films and the like can form inside the storage container 10. This can cause unpleasant odors. There is also the risk that any deposits, organic films and / or the like replace, which then can lead to a functional impairment or even to a complete failure of the reservoir 10 or even the entire dishwasher 1.

Fig. 2 lässt dies anhand einer Funktionsdarstellung erkennen. In order to prevent this problem, a filter 17 is provided according to the invention, which is used in the fluidic connection between washing 3 and reservoir 10. Fig. 2 lets this be seen by means of a functional representation.

In Fig. 2 are schematically illustrated the upper spray arm 5, the middle spray arm 6 and the lower spray arm 7. Via a line 14, the upper spray arm 5 and the lower spray arm 7 are connected to a circulation pump 11. The middle spray arm 6 is connected via a separate line 20 to the circulation pump 11.

The circulating pump 11 is in turn connected via a line 13 with the collection pot 12 provided by the washing container 3 in fluid communication. When used as intended, circulating through the circulation pump 11 rinse liquor and fed either via the line 14 to the upper spray arm 5 and the lower spray arm 7 or via the line 20 to the middle spray arm 6. About the Sprayer arms 5, 6 and 7, the wash ware to be cleaned is applied to washing, from where it enters the collection pot 12.

To the collecting pot 12, the reservoir 10 is also fluidly connected via a line 15. Rinse liquor can be removed from the collecting pot 12 via an additional pump 16 and transferred to the storage reservoir 10. In the line 15, in addition to the auxiliary pump 16, the filter 17 and a valve 18 are turned on. In this case, the line 15 can be closed or opened by means of the valve 18.

Über eine Leitung 19 erfolgt eine Rückführung der zwischengespeicherten Spülflotte aus dem Vorratsbehälter 10 zurück in den Sammeltopf 12.Via a line 19, a return of the cached rinsing liquor from the storage container 10 takes place back into the collecting pot 12.

The inserted into the line 15 filter 17 is in the FIGS. 4 and 5 shown. Like this Fign. can be seen, the filter 17 has a cylinder-shaped filter housing 21. This is equipped with a connecting piece 23. Within the filter housing 21, a likewise cylindrically shaped filter fabric 22 is arranged. In this case, the filter cloth 22 is received by forming a ring space 28 from the filter housing 21. The filter fabric 22 is in turn connected to a connecting piece 24.

The operation of the filter 17 results from the representations of the FIGS. 3a and 3b , in which Fig. 3a the so-called filter function and Fig. 3b represent the so-called filter cleaning function.

As shown Fig. 3a polluted flushing liquor flows in accordance with the arrow 25 via the connecting piece 23 in the filter housing 21 a. This is pressed in accordance with the arrows 26 through the filter fabric 22 and led out through the connecting piece 24 in the direction of the arrow 27 from the filter 17. The impurities present in the wash liquor in the form of, for example, particles, dirt and / or the like remain on the outside of the filter cloth 21. This ensures that only cleaned wash liquor reaches the storage container 10.

From the reservoir 10 originating rinsing liquor is in accordance with the arrow 25 via the connecting piece 14 in let in the filter 17. The rinsing liquor passes through the filter cloth 22 and flows into the annular space 28 between the filter housing 21 and filter cloth 22. As a result of this flow through a backwashing of the filter fabric 22, as a result of the filter fabric 22 adhering contaminants are entrained, as indicated by the arrows 26. The backwashed rinse liquor then passes in correspondence of the arrow 27 via the connecting piece 23 back into the collecting pot 12 of the washing container. 3

As the representation after Fig. 2 A portion of the rinse liquor stored in the reservoir 10 takes place when the valve 18 is open for the above-described backwashing of the filter 17, and flows via the line 15 from the reservoir 10 back into the collecting pot 12th

As in particular the representations after the FIGS. 4 and 5 can be seen, a ring-shaped scraper 29 is arranged in the annular space 28 of the filter 17. This scraper 29 is guided displaceably in the filter housing 21 and can with respect to the drawing plane to Fig. 5 be moved from top to bottom or in the opposite direction.

As a result of a movement of the scraper 29 of this adhering to the filter cloth 22 soiling of these are entrained, so that it comes to a cleaning of the filter fabric 22.

To initiate a movement of the scraper 29 is a part-circular trained driver 31, which is formed on the outside of the filter housing 21. The driver 31 has a clearance not shown in the figures for the connection piece 23rd

The driver 31 and the wiper 29 act magnetically together, for which purpose the wiper 29 has corresponding magnets 30. During a movement of the driver 31, the scraper 29 follows due to the magnetic effect.

The driver 31 is mechanically coupled to the Spülraumtür 9 of the dishwasher 1, for which purpose a guided over pulleys 33 Bowden cable 32nd is provided. If there is a pivoting movement of the Spülbehältertür 9, then via the Bowden cable 32 a movement of the driver 31 depending on the door movement with respect to the drawing plane after Fig. 5 either brought up or down. As a result of this movement also moves the cooperating with the driver 31 scraper 29 so that it comes as a result of pivoting the Spülraumtür 9 to a cleaning of the filter fabric 2.

Fig. 6 lässt in schematischer Darstellung beispielhaft eine Einbausituation erkennen.
