Claims (12)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schall- und/oder Wärmedämmstoffs auf Basis von Mineralwolle, in dem die Mineralwolle hergestellt wird, auf die Wolle eine Bindemittelzusammensetzung aufgetragen wird und die Wolle bei einer Temperatur behandelt wird, die eine Vernetzung des Bindemittels und die Bildung einer nichtschmelzbaren Verbindung bewirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die formaldehydfreie Bindemittelzusammensetzung umfasst:
    - mindestens einen nicht reduzierenden Zucker, und
    - mindestens ein Ammoniumsalz einer anorganischen Säure, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Ammoniumsulfaten und Ammoniumphosphaten,
    wobei das Ammoniumsalz einer anorganischen Säure 5 bis 15 Gew.-% des Gesamtgewichts der Mischung, gebildet aus dem nicht reduzierenden Zucker und dem Ammoniumsalz einer anorganischen Säure, darstellt.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ammoniumphosphat Diammoniumphosphat ist.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der nicht reduzierende Zucker ein Oligosaccharid ist, das höchstens 10 Monosaccharid-Einheiten enthält.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der nicht reduzierende Zucker ein Di-, Tri-, Tetra- oder Pentasaccharid ist.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der nicht reduzierende Zucker Trehalose, Isotrehalosen, Saccharose, Melezitose, Gentianose, Raffinose, Erlose, Umbelliferose, Stachyose oder Verbascose ist.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der nicht reduzierende Zucker Saccharose ist.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bindemittelzusammensetzung zudem die nachstehenden Additive in den folgenden Anteilen umfassen kann, berechnet auf der Basis von 100 Gewichtsteilen von nicht reduzierendem Zucker und Ammoniumsalz einer anorganischen Säure:
    - 0 bis 2 Teile Silan,
    - 0 bis 20 Teile Öl,
    - 0 bis 20 Teile Glycerin,
    - 0 bis 5 Teile eines Silikons,
    - 0 bis 30 Teile eines Streckmittels, ausgewählt aus in der Bindemittelzusammensetzung löslichen oder dispergierbaren, organischen oder anorganischen Füllstoffen.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Silan ein Aminosilan ist.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Öl 4 bis 15 Teile pro 100 Gewichtsteile von nicht reduzierendem Zucker und Ammoniumsalz einer anorganischen Säure darstellt.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Glycerin 0 bis 10 Teile pro 100 Gewichtsteile von nicht reduzierendem Zucker und Ammoniumsalz einer anorganischen Säure darstellt.
  11. Schall- und/oder Wärmedämmstoff auf Basis von Mineralwolle, erhalten durch das Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10.
  12. Dämmstoff nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mineralwolle aus Glasfasern, Steinfasern, Fasern, die mehr als 96 Gew.-% Siliciumdioxid enthalten oder Keramikfasern auf Basis von mindestens einem Metall- oder Halbmetalloxid, -nitrid oder -carbid oder einer Mischung dieser Verbindungen besteht.
