Claims (5)
- Device (20) for trimming products (40) on three sides at the same time in several cutting stations (26, 27, 28) with a joint top knife bridge (25), which is operatable in a lifting movement, and in which at least knives for trimming the front edge (29) as well as trimming the head and foot (30, 31) of the products (40) are attachable to the top knife bridge, with a first drive (21) driving the top knife bridge (25) as well as with a transport device (34) with pairs of transport belts on the head side (35, 36) and the foot side (37, 38) for transporting the products (40) through the cutting stations (26, 27, 28) of the device (20), with a second drive (22, 23) driving the transport device, wherein the first (21) and second (22, 23) drive are made as autonomous drives that are independent of each other, which are connected to each other through control units (47, 48, 49, 51),
characterised in that
the pairs of transport belts on the head side (35, 36) and the foot side (37, 38) of the transport device are driven by autonomous, position controlled drives (22, 23) that are independent of each other. - Device according to claim 1,

the drives (22, 23) of the pairs of transport belts on the head side (35, 36) and the foot side (37, 38) have a movement profile applied through the control units (48, 49). - Device according to claim 2,

the drives (22, 23) of the pairs of transport belts on the head side (35, 36) and the foot side (37, 38) are connected to a central machine control (51).
