Der Antrieb der zu transportierenden Gegenstände - Zuschnitte 10 - erfolgt vorteilhafterweise durch jeweils zusammenwirkenden, vier Rollen, nämlich durch Oberrollen 20, 21 und Unterrollen 22, 23, als Fördereinheit. Die Förderrollen mit elastisch verstellbarem Außenring 35. 36 können mit anderen Förderorganen kombiniert werden. So ist das Rollenpaar 17 am Eingangsbereich des Rundungsaggregats 27 als Kombination aus Unterrollen 22, 23 mit elastisch gelagertem Außenring 36 und Oberrollen als insgesamt massive Stahlrollen ausgebildet, nämlich als Eingangsrolle für das Rundungsaggregat 27. Die übrigen Rollenpaare 16, 18 und 19 sind zweckmäßigerweise aus übereinstimmenden (elastischen) Rollen gebildet. Die einander zugeordneten Rollen 20, 22 bzw. 21, 23 sind mit unterschiedlichen axialen Abmessungen ausgebildet, insbesondere sind die Unterrollen 22, 23 mit größerer Breite bemessen als die Oberrollen 20, 21 (Fig. 4, Fig. 5). Dabei besteht die Gefahr, dass Leimpunkte 28 im Bereich dieses Zuschnittschenkels 62 beeinträchtigt werden. Zur Vermeidung dieses Effekts ist ein Stütz- bzw. Führungsorgan im oberen Bereich des Faltschachts 25 wirksam, nämlich benachbart zu einer im oberen Bereich bogenförmigen, abwärts gerichteten Faltwand 64. Ein an einer bewegbaren Tragstang 65 angeordneter Stützdaumen 63 verhindert, dass bei der Faltbewegung des Zuschnitts 10 durch Abwärtsbewegung des Stempels 26 der Zuschnittschenkel 62 mit erhöhter Geschwindigkeit in eine in den Faltschacht 25 gerichtete Stellung bewegt wird (gestrichelte Linie in Fig. 10). Der Stützdaumen 63 wirkt als innenseitiger Anschlag für den Zuschnittschenkel 62 während der Faltbewegung. Der Zuschnittschenkel 62 wird im Wesentlichen unter Anlage an der Faltwand 64 geführt. Claims (2)

  1. An apparatus for transporting flat items at a distance from one another, in particular blanks (10) made of thin cardboard or other packaging material, in a packaging machine by means of conveying rollers (20, 21; 22, 23) or conveying rolls which each comprise an all-round, closed outer ring (35, 36) or outer casing made of dimensionally stable material, in particular of steel or other metal, for the formation of a running surface (32, 33), and a supporting body (37, 38) made of elastic material, in particular of rubber or plastics material, on the axially inner side of the outer ring (35, 36), wherein (at least) one conveying roller (20..23) is mounted on a projecting shaft (41, 42) that is supported at one end, characterized by the following features:
    a) a conveying unit for transporting in particular blanks (10) consists of pairs of rollers (16, 17, 18, 19) arranged on both sides of the movement path of the blanks (10),
    b) at least two respective and mutually assigned conveying rollers (20..23) arranged on a common shaft (41, 42) form upper roller (20, 21) and lower roller (22, 23), in each case being rotatable substantially in a common plane,
    c) at least the conveying rollers of one of the shafts (41, 42), in particular the upper rollers (20, 21) on the shaft (41), are detachable or removable from the shaft (41) by a quick-change device, specifically with the aid of a clamping sleeve (56) which is mounted detachably on the shaft (41, 42) and, in a clamping position, fixes the conveying rollers (20, 21) and after detaching releases the latter on the shaft (41),
    d) the clamping sleeve (56) is fixed on the shaft (41) by means of a thread (66) and is detachable by rotation,
    e) in the clamping position, the conveying rollers (20, 21) are fixed by means of conical clamping surfaces,
    f) a peripheral conveying roller (21) is fixed on the conveying roller (21) by an end cone (59) of the clamping sleeve (56) and by a conical mating surface (58),
    g) a second conveying roller (20) is fixed by clamping on a cone (57) of the shaft (41).
  2. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that when a plurality of conveying rollers (20..23) are arranged on a common axle or shaft (41, 42), a spacer, in particular a spacer sleeve (52), is arranged between the adjacent conveying rollers, and the conveying rollers (20..23) are clamped by axial pressure members against end surfaces of the spacer sleeves (52).
