Claims (11)
- Porte de four battante (10), en particulier pour un four de cuisson (12), dans laquelle:- la porte de four (10) comprend un panneau de porte (32),- la porte de four (10) comprend une charnière (20),- la charnière (20) comprend au moins une première partie de charnière (26) fixée au panneau de porte (32) du four de cuisson (12),- la charnière (20) comprend au moins une seconde partie de charnière (22, 24) fixable ou fixée au four de cuisson (12),- ladite au moins une première partie de charnière (26) et ladite au moins une seconde partie de charnière (22, 24) sont pivotantes l'une par rapport à l'autre autour d'un axe prédéterminé,- ladite au moins une première partie de charnière (26) est collée au panneau de porte (32),- ladite au moins une première partie de charnière (26) est allongée le long d'un axe de pivotement, et- ledit axe de pivotement de la charnière (20) s'étend le long d'une direction verticale,
caractérisée en ce que
ladite au moins une première partie de charnière (26) est un élément de charnière central (26), dans laquelle les deux secondes parties de charnière (22, 24) sont agencées aux extrémités de l'élément de charnière central (26) et forment un élément de charnière supérieur (22) et un élément de charnière inférieur (24), et dans laquelle la charnière (20) comprend un arrêt mécanique (36) pour limiter un angle d'ouverture entre la porte de four (10) et le four de cuisson (12), et dans laquelle ledit arrêt mécanique (36) est formé entre l'élément de charnière supérieur (22) et l'élément de charnière central (26) et entre l'élément de charnière inférieur (24) et l'élément de charnière central (26), respectivement, et dans laquelle ledit arrêt mécanique (36) est formé comme un appendice dans la section transversale de l'élément de charnière central (26). - Porte de four selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite au moins une seconde partie de charnière (22, 24) est fixable ou fixée de façon détachable ou permanente au four de cuisson (12).
- Porte de four selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite au moins une seconde partie de charnière (22, 24) est fixable ou fixée à un cadre de paroi latérale du four de cuisson à l'aide de vis et/ou de rivets.
- Porte de four selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite au moins une première partie de charnière (26) est collée au panneau de porte (32) par une colle au silicone.
- Porte de four selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une parmi la première partie de charnière (26) et la seconde partie de charnière (22, 24) est constituée de plastique.
- Porte de four selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la charnière (20) est agencée derrière la porte de four (10) ou le panneau de porte (32) de ladite porte de four (10), lorsque la porte de four (10) se trouve dans un état fermé.
- Porte de four selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une parmi la première partie de charnière (26) et la seconde partie de charnière (22, 24) est constituée de métal.
- Procédé de confection d'une porte de four (10), en particulier d'une porte de four battante (10) pour un four de cuisson (12), dans lequel le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes:- fournir un panneau de porte (32),- fournir une charnière (20) comprenant au moins une première partie de charnière (26) pour le panneau de porte (32) et au moins une seconde partie de charnière (22, 24) fixable au four de cuisson (12), dans lequel la première partie de charnière (26) et la seconde partie de charnière (22, 24) sont pivotantes l'une par rapport à l'autre autour d'un axe prédéterminé, et- attacher ladite au moins une première partie de charnière (26) au panneau de porte (32),- dans lequel ladite au moins une première partie de charnière (26) est collée au panneau de porte (32), caractérisé en ce que le procédé est prévu pour une porte de four (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le collage de ladite au moins une première partie de charnière (26) au panneau de porte (32) est exécuté en employant une procédure automatique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que des éléments structurels supplémentaires (28, 30) de la porte de four (10) sont collés au panneau de porte (32) en employant la même procédure automatique.
- Four de cuisson (12) comprenant au moins une porte de four (10), en particulier au moins une porte de four battante (10), caractérisé en ce que le four de cuisson (12) comprend au moins une porte de four (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7.
