Claims (10)

  1. Appareil d'entraînement (10) d'élément de fixation pour entraîner un élément de fixation (1000) dans une pièce à usiner, l'appareil d'entraînement (10) d'élément de fixation comprenant :
    une source d'alimentation (100) ;
    un circuit de commande (200) couplé électriquement à la source d'alimentation (100) ;
    un moteur (300) couplé électriquement à la source d'alimentation (100) et sensible au circuit de commande (200) ;
    un premier cylindre (400) ;
    un premier piston (500) mobile en va-et-vient à l'intérieur du premier cylindre (400) pour exécuter une course de compression et une course de retour dans un cycle de fonctionnement d'entraînement de l'élément de fixation (1000) dans la pièce à usiner, ledit premier piston définissant une chambre à gaz (510) à l'intérieur dudit premier cylindre (400), ladite chambre à gaz (510) étant capable de recevoir du gaz à l'intérieur de celle-ci ;
    un convertisseur de mouvement linéaire (600) entraîné par le moteur (300) et couplé de manière fonctionnelle au premier piston (500) pour déplacer en va-et-vient ledit premier piston (500) à l'intérieur du premier cylindre (400) ;
    un deuxième cylindre (700) relié pneumatiquement au premier cylindre (400) ;
    un deuxième piston (800) mobile en va-et-vient à l'intérieur du deuxième cylindre (700) ;
    un mécanisme (1020) de fourniture d'élément de fixation, le mécanisme (1020) de fourniture d'élément de fixation comprenant au moins un élément de fixation (1000) dans celui-ci,
    une enclume (900) couplée au deuxième piston (800), l'enclume (900) étant capable de frapper un élément de fixation (1000) à partir du mécanisme (1020) de fourniture d'élément de fixation pour entraîner ledit élément de fixation (1000) dans la pièce à usiner ;
    un élément de retenue (1200) couplé de manière fonctionnelle au deuxième piston (800) et à l'enclume (900), l'élément de retenue (1200) étant capable de retenir ledit deuxième piston (800) et ladite enclume (900) dans une première position jusqu'à ce qu'une force suffisante soit appliquée sur ledit deuxième piston (800),
    un passage de gaz (2000) disposé entre le premier cylindre (400) et le deuxième cylindre (700) pour relier pneumatiquement ledit premier cylindre (400) et ledit deuxième cylindre (700) ; et
    au moins un capteur (3000) couplé électriquement au circuit de commande (200), l'au moins un capteur (3000) étant configuré pour détecter au moins une position du cycle de fonctionnement et communiquer la position détectée dudit cycle de fonctionnement au circuit de commande (200),
    dans lequel, au cours de la course de compression, le premier piston (500) est configuré pour se déplacer vers un point mort haut du premier cylindre (400) pour comprimer le gaz dans la chambre à gaz (510), le passage de gaz (2000) communiquant le gaz comprimé au deuxième cylindre (700), l'élément de retenue (1200) retenant le deuxième piston (800) et l'enclume (900) dans une première position jusqu'à ce qu'une force suffisante soit appliquée sur ledit deuxième piston (800), et suite à l'application de ladite force suffisante audit deuxième piston (800) pour surmonter la force de retenue dudit élément de retenue (1200), ledit deuxième piston (800) se déplaçant de manière linéaire de ladite première position vers une deuxième position, dans laquelle deuxième position ladite enclume (900) peut entraîner un élément de fixation (1000) dans la pièce à usiner ; et
    dans lequel, au cours de la course de retour, le premier piston (500) est configuré pour se déplacer vers un point mort bas du première cylindre (400), créant ainsi un vide dans ledit premier cylindre (400) entre le point mort haut dudit premier cylindre (400) et ledit premier piston (500) ; et
    dans lequel le vide créé dans le premier cylindre (400) est ainsi communiqué au deuxième cylindre (700), et amenant le deuxième piston (800) et l'enclume (900) à se rétracter vers ladite première position, l'élément de retenue (1200) retenant par la suite ledit deuxième piston (800) et l'enclume (900) dans ladite première position ; et
    dans lequel au cours d'un point prédéterminé dans le cycle de fonctionnement, sur la base de l'au moins une position détectée par l'au moins un capteur (3000), le circuit de commande (200) est configuré pour déconnecter la source d'alimentation (100) du moteur (300) pour arrêter le cycle de fonctionnement ;
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément de retenue (1200) est en outre couplé de manière fonctionnelle au premier piston (500), l'élément de retenue (1200) étant adapté pour retenir le deuxième piston (800) et l'enclume (900) dans la première position jusqu'à ce que le premier piston (500) se déplace d'une distance suffisante par rapport au point mort bas du premier cylindre (400).
  2. Appareil d'entraînement (10) d'élément de fixation de la revendication 1, dans lequel le cycle de fonctionnement se déclenche avec la course de compression, et dans lequel le point prédéterminé auquel le circuit de commande (200) est configuré pour déconnecter la source d'alimentation (100) a lieu au cours de la course de retour.
  3. Appareil d'entraînement (10) d'élément de fixation de la revendication 1, dans lequel le cycle de fonctionnement se déclenche avec la course de retour, et dans lequel le point prédéterminé auquel le circuit de commande (200) est configuré pour déconnecter la source d'alimentation (100) est la fin de la course de compression.
  4. Appareil d'entraînement (10) d'élément de fixation de la revendication 1, dans lequel le deuxième piston (800) comprend en outre au moins un évent sur celui-ci.
  5. Appareil d'entraînement (10) d'élément de fixation de la revendication 1, dans lequel le convertisseur de mouvement linéaire (600) comprend un mécanisme de vilebrequin (602).
  6. Appareil d'entraînement (10) d'élément de fixation de la revendication 5, dans lequel le mécanisme de vilebrequin (602) est couplé au moteur (300), ledit couplage étant réalisé par l'intermédiaire d'au moins l'un parmi un volant, un embrayage et une boîte de vitesses.
  7. Appareil d'entraînement (10) d'élément de fixation de la revendication 1, dans lequel, au cours de la course de compression du premier piston (500) le gaz dans la chambre à gaz (510) est comprimé à la pression prédéterminée à un exposant de compression supérieur à 1,05 avant que l'élément de retenue (1200) ne soit surmonté par la force exercée sur le deuxième piston (800).

  10. Appareil d'entraînement (10) d'élément de fixation de la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de retenue (1200) est l'un parmi au moins un aimant, un encliquetage mécanique, une interférence frictionnelle et un solénoïde.
