Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Schutz einer Zone des menschlichen Körpers, umfassend ein Gelenk, umfassend eine äußere Schale (10), die aus einem elastisch verformbaren Material gebildet ist, und ein inneres Schutzelement (20) mit stoßdämpfender Fähigkeit, das dazu bestimmt ist, gegenüber dem Körper angeordnet zu werden, wobei die Vorrichtung geeignet ist, seitlich verformt zu werden, um sich an die Form des Körpers in der Zone anzupassen, und umfassend, entlang einer Längsachse (X), einen ersten Abschnitt (103, 203), der dazu bestimmt ist, das Gelenk zu bedecken, und einen zweiten Abschnitt (104, 204), der dazu bestimmt ist, einen Teil einer an das Gelenk angrenzenden Gliedmaße zu bedecken, wobei der erste Abschnitt und der zweite Abschnitt durch eine Faltzone (105, 205) entlang einer Querachse der Vorrichtung verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung Haltemittel (30) in jeder gegebenen seitlichen Verformungsposition umfasst, die mindestens zwei verformbare feste Quereinsätze (30) umfassen, die mit der Schale (10) verbunden und jeweils beiderseits der Faltzone (105, 205) angeordnet sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schale (10) auf einer so genannten Innenseite (101) gegenüber dem inneren Schutzelement (20) einen überhöhten Umfangsrand (109) umfasst.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schale (10) auf ihrem Umfang mit Faltkerben (120) versehen ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schale (10) mindestens eine Reihe von durchgehenden Schlitzen (108) umfasst, die eine Faltlinie (110, 111, 112, 112') bilden.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schale (10) ferner mit einer Vielzahl von durchgehenden Öffnungen (113) durchbohrt ist, die auf ihrer Oberfläche verteilt sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schale (10) auf einer so genannten Außenseite (102) stoßdämpfende Mittel (114) umfasst.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (121) zur Verbindung mit einem Befestigungssystem am Körper umfasst.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einsätze (30) aus Metall bestehen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei seitliche bogenförmige Ausschnitte im Bereich der Faltzone (105, 205) umfasst.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen zusätzlichen Einsatz (30') umfasst, der im Bereich eines unteren Randes (107, 207) der Vorrichtung angeordnet ist.
