Claims (15)

  1. Waschbotticheinheit für eine Waschmaschine mit
    a) einem Waschbottich (2) mit einem Bottichinnenraum (9) und in dem eine drehbare Trommel (3) zur Aufnahme von Waschgut untergebracht ist,
    b) einem Ablaufsumpf (10), der im unteren Bereich des Waschbottichs (2) angeordnet ist, wobei der Sumpf einen Sumpfboden (13) und eine Seitenwandstruktur (11) aufweist, die einen Sumpfeinlass (18) umgibt und mit dem Sumpfboden (13) verbunden ist, und
    c) einer Ablaufvorrichtung (7), die in Fluidverbindung mit dem Ablaufsumpf (10) steht, für den Ablauf von Waschflüssigkeit aus dem Bottichinnenraum (9),
    d) wobei die Ablaufvorrichtung eine Ablaufleitung (75) und eine Ablaufpumpe (70) umfasst,
    e) dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablaufleitung (75) eine Leitungswandstruktur (17, 87) aufweist, die eine innenliegende Kammer (85) der Ablaufleitung (75) umgibt,
    f) wobei ein trennender Teil der Leitungswandstruktur (17, 87) der Ablaufleitung (75) einen Teil der Seitenwandstruktur (11) des Sumpfes (10) bildet und den Sumpf (10) von der innenliegenden Kammer (85) der Ablaufleitung (75) trennt,
    g) wobei die innenliegende Kammer (85) der Ablaufleitung (75) durch zumindest einen Sumpfauslass (15) in Fluidverbindung mit dem Sumpf (10) steht, wobei der Sumpfauslass (15) als eine Öffnung in dem trennenden Teil der Wandstruktur (17, 87) ausgebildet ist.
  2. Waschbotticheinheit nach Anspruch 1, wobei der trennende Teil der Leitungswandstruktur (17, 87) der Ablaufleitung (75) in den Sumpf (10) hineinragt.
  3. Waschbotticheinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei der trennende Teil des Leitungswandstruktur (17, 87) der Ablaufleitung (75) den Sumpfboden (13) mit den Seitenwandteilen (11B und 11C) der Seitenwandstruktur (11) des Sumpfes (10) verbindet und insbesondere einen weiteren Seitenwandteil der Seitenwandstruktur (11) des Sumpfes (10) bildet.
  4. Waschbotticheinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Öffnung des Sumpfauslasses (15) rechtwinklig ausgebildet ist und/oder einen Winkelbereich von höchstens 90°, vorzugsweise unter 80°, abdeckt.
  5. Waschbotticheinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der trennende Teil der Leitungswandstruktur (17, 87) zumindest in einem Bereich um die Öffnung des Sumpfauslasses (15) herum gewölbt, vorzugsweise zylindrisch gewölbt, und vom Sumpf (10) aus gesehen konkav oder von der innenliegende Kammer (85) der Leitung aus gesehen konvex ist.
  6. Waschbotticheinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Sumpfauslass (15) zum Sumpfeinlass (18) hin ausgerichtet ist oder dem Sumpfeinlass (18) gegenüber liegt, sodass ein direkter und kurzer Strömungsweg für die ablaufende Flüssigkeit durch den Sumpf (10) ermöglicht wird und/oder wobei der Sumpfauslass (15) oberhalb des Sumpfbodens (13) oder durch einen dazwischenliegenden unteren Abschnitt des trennenden Teils der Leitungswandstruktur der Leitung (75) beabstandet angeordnet ist.
  7. Waschbotticheinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Leitungswandstruktur (17, 87) der Ablaufleitung (75) eine Mittelachse (A) umschließt oder umgibt und/oder wobei sich die Leitung (75) oder ihre innenliegende Kammer (85) längs der Mittelachse (A9) und/oder horizontal erstreckt und/oder wobei der trennende Teil der Leitungswandstruktur der Leitung (75) einen Winkelbereich von zumindest 90°, vorzugsweise zwischen 100° und 120°, abdeckt.
  8. Waschbotticheinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    a) wobei der Waschbottich (2) aus einem vorgeformten vorderen Bottichteil (21) und einem vorgeformten hinteren Bottichteil (22) besteht, der mit dem vorderen Bottichteil (21) in einem Verbindungsbereich (20) verbunden ist, wobei die vorgeformten Bottichteile vorzugsweise jeweils aus einem thermoplastischen Material spritzgegossen oder durch Spritzguss hergestellt sind und wobei die Verbindung zwischen den beiden Bottichteilen (21, 22) vorzugsweise durch Verschweißen hergestellt wird,
    b) wobei der hintere Teil der Seitenwandstruktur (11) des Sumpfes (10) und die Leitungswandstruktur (17, 87) der Ablaufleitung (75) Bestandteile des hinteren Bottichteils (22) und insbesondere aus dem gleichen thermoplastischen Material wie der hintere Bottichteil (22) und/oder in dem gleichen Spritzgießprozess wie der hintere Bottichteil (22) geformt sind.
  9. Waschbotticheinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    a) wobei die Leitung (75) am ersten Ende (75A) einen Pumpenaufnahmeteil (37) zur Aufnahme der Ablaufpumpe (70) aufweist und durch eine Abdeckwand (25) am zweiten, dem ersten Ende (75A) gegenüberliegenden Ende (75B) der Leitung (75) verschlossen ist,
    b) wobei die Abdeckwand (25) einen Bestandteil entweder des vorderen Bottichteils (21) oder des hinteren Bottichteils (22) bildet und mit der Leitung (75) in dem Verbindungsbereich (20) verbunden ist, wobei die Verbindung vorzugsweise zum gleichen Zeitpunkt erfolgt wie die Verbindung der beiden Bottichteile (21 und 22).
  10. Waschbotticheinheit nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Ablaufpumpe (70) zumindest ein Pumpenrad (72), das in einem Pumpenradgehäuse (73) angeordnet ist, und einen Pumpenantrieb (71) zum Antreiben des Pumpenrades (72) in einer Drehbewegung um eine Drehachse, die vorzugsweise die Mittelache (A) der Leitung (75) ist, aufweist, wobei das Pumpenrad (72) der Ablaufpumpe im Innern des Pumpenaufnahmeteils (37) angeordnet ist, der von einer umlaufenden Wand (87) umgeben ist, und der Pumpenantrieb (71) an die Rückseite (97) des Pumpenaufnahmeteils (37) montiert ist, sodass der Pumpenaufnahmeteil (37) das Gewicht der Pumpe (70) trägt, und wobei insbesondere der Pumpenaufnahmeteil (37) einen Bestandteil des hinteren Bottichteils (22) bildet.
  11. Waschbotticheinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Leitungswandstruktur eine erste umlaufende Wand (17) aufweist, die einen vorderen Abschnitt der Kammer (85) zum Einsetzen eines Filterelements umschließt und die insbesondere einen kleineren Durchmesser als die umlaufende Wand (87) des Pumpenaufnahmeteils (37) hat, wobei die umlaufende Wand (17) des vorderen Abschnitts und die umlaufende Wand (87) des Pumpenaufnahmeteils (37) beide trennende Teile und Teile der Seitenwandstruktur (11) des Sumpfes (10) sind.
  12. Waschbotticheinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Sumpf (10) einen Bestandteil desselben Bottichteils (21) ist, von dem die Leitung (75) ein Bestandteil ist, und durch eine Abdeckwand (11E, 25) verschlossen wird, wobei die Abdeckwand (11E, 25) ein Bestandteil desselben Bottichteils ist, von dem die Abdeckwand (25) für die Leitung (75) ein Bestandteil ist.
  13. Waschbotticheinheit nach Anspruch 12, wobei der Sumpf (10) eine Seitenwandstruktur (11) und einen Sumpfboden (13) aufweist und die Abdeckwand für den Sumpf (10) einen Seitenwandteil, insbesondere einen vorderen Seitenwandteil (11E) bildet, der in dem Verbindungsbereich (20) mit der Seitenwandstruktur (11) und dem Sumpfboden (13) des Sumpfes (10) verbunden ist.
  14. Waschbotticheinheit nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, wobei die Abdeckwand für den Sumpf (10), insbesondere der Seitenwandteil und vorzugsweise der vordere Seitenwandteil (11E) zumindest an einer dem Sumpf (10) gegenüberliegenden Seite eine plane oder ebene Fläche aufweist und/oder selbst oder mit seiner planen oder ebenen Fläche in einer Verbindungsebene oder in derselben Ebene wie der Verbindungsbereich (20) der beiden Bottichteile (21 und 22) liegt.
  15. Waschmaschine mit einer Waschbotticheinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
