Dabei ist der komplexe Charakter der Schwingungen entscheidend, wodurch sich Effekte auf physiologischen Ebenen ergeben. Während im Alltag die Bewegungsabläufe vor dem Training durch eine grobe Struktur gekennzeichnet sind, führt die randomizierte Reizgebung zu einer verbesserten Interaktion zwischen zentralem und peripherem Nervensystem und somit zu effizienteren runderen Bewegungsabläufen. Werden Nerven und Muskeln mit hohen variablen Reizfolgen beansprucht, reagiert der Organismus auf die veränderten Reize ständig. Auf der Basis dieser mechanischen Schwingungsvorgänge und Impulse können physiologische Bewegungsmuster und Fähigkeiten verbessert werden. Der auf den Fußplatten 4, 5 stehende Anwender kann die Fußplatten 4, 5 willentlich in Vor- und Rückwärtsbewegungen versetzen. Diese unregelmäßigen Impulse und Signale werden vom Gehirn des Anwenders wahrgenommen, die im Organismus des Anwenders positive Prozesse in Gang setzen. Dabei werden Neurotrophine, das heißt körpereigene Signalstoffe freigesetzt, die eine zielgerichtete Verbindung zwischen den Nervenzellen bewirken und den Fortbestand neuronaler Verbindungen sichern. Mit Hilfe der hier dargestellten Geräte-Ausführungen des Gerätes 1 sollen die Nerven des Anwenders angeregt werden, wobei die durch die Schlaghammer 8 auf der Plattenunterseite 7 der Fußplatten 4, 5 erzeugten Schwingungen ein Signal niedriger Energie erzeugen.
