Claims (10)

  1. Avertisseur d'incendie (1)
    comprenant un dispositif de détection d'incendie (3) destiné à détecter un incendie et à délivrer un signal d'incendie,
    comprenant un dispositif de détection d'environnement (7, 8) destiné à détecter des corps (K) dans l'environnement de l'avertisseur d'incendie (1) et à délivrer un signal d'environnement,
    comprenant un dispositif de commande (4) qui fixe un état normal et un état d'alarme de l'avertisseur d'incendie (1) en fonction du signal d'incendie,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'avertisseur d'incendie (1) est, en complément, réalisé sous la forme d'une interface homme-machine, le dispositif de commande (4) étant configuré pour vérifier si le signal d'environnement doit être interprété comme une saisie de l'utilisateur.
  2. Avertisseur d'incendie (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de détection d'environnement (7) comporte au moins un capteur à ultrasons (8).
  3. Avertisseur d'incendie (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (4) est configuré pour interpréter le signal d'environnement comme une saisie de l'utilisateur dans le cas d'une modification du signal d'environnement pendant l'état d'alarme.
  4. Avertisseur d'incendie (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (4) est configuré pour interpréter le signal d'alarme comme la saisie de l'utilisateur lors d'une nouvelle détection d'un corps (K) dans l'environnement pendant l'état d'alarme.
  5. Avertisseur d'incendie (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (4) est configuré pour interpréter le signal d'alarme comme la saisie de l'utilisateur lors d'un mouvement d'un ou du corps (K) le long d'une trajectoire de mouvement dans l'environnement de l'avertisseur d'incendie (1).
  6. Avertisseur d'incendie (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la trajectoire de mouvement du corps nécessite un mouvement actif ou dépendant du corps (K).
  7. Avertisseur d'incendie (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (4) est configuré pour interpréter comme une saisie de l'utilisateur exclusivement un signal d'environnement en provenance d'une zone d'espace partielle (I-IV, 14) dans l'environnement.
  8. Avertisseur d'incendie (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la saisie de l'utilisateur est configurée sous la forme d'un signal de réinitialisation afin de réinitialiser l'état d'alarme de l'avertisseur d'incendie.
  9. Avertisseur d'incendie (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (4) fixe un état opérationnel et un état de défaut de l'avertisseur d'incendie (1) en fonction du signal d'environnement, la saisie de l'utilisateur étant configurée sous la forme d'un signal de service pour réinitialiser l'état de défaut de l'avertisseur d'incendie (1).
  10. Procédé de commande de l'avertisseur d'incendie (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un utilisateur engendre un signal d'environnement par une interaction avec le dispositif de détection d'environnement (7, 8) et le signal d'environnement est contrôlé par le dispositif de commande (4) afin de vérifier si le signal d'environnement doit être interprété comme une saisie de l'utilisateur.
