Abstract

Ensemble marche coulissante (1) pour échelle, marchepied ou plate-forme composé d'une marche (9) liée à deux rallonges (2, 2') réalisées par une tôle formée en U recouvrant les montants (4, 4') et solidaires d'une base (5), actionnée par deux verrous (3, 3') aux extrémités en forme de C (16, 16').

Description

  • Pour satisfaire la variabilité de hauteurs d'intervention, les matériels utilisés du type échelle, marchepied ou plate-forme sont souvent équipés de pieds télescopiques réglables permettant d'atteindre des hauteurs de travail plus grandes. Ces dispositifs font perdre de la rigidité en torsion nécessaire pour la résistance à long terme.
  • De plus, il faut souvent plusieurs manipulations pour modifier la hauteur.
  • Cette invention a pour but de remédier à ces insuffisances en créant un ensemble complet et rigide de marche, rallonges coulissantes et base.
  • De plus, une disposition de forme et de position des verrous permet de déverrouiller l'ensemble et le faire coulisser d'une seule main et sans reprise, ce qui permet un gain de temps.
  • Une autre disposition de fabrication des rallonges coulissantes en forme de U permet de réaliser une solution résistant à la flexion et économique grâce à la modalité de fixation de la marche à ces rallonges.

  • Selon les figures 1, 2, 3 et 4, l'ensemble marche coulissante (1) est composée d'une marche (9) liée par quatre vis (10, 10', 10", 10"') à deux rallonges (2 et 2'). Ces rallonges coulissent autour des montants (4 et 4') et sont solidaires de la base (5) qui supporte deux tampons d'appui (6 et 6'). Les deux montants (4 et 4') sont liés dans le cas présent à une plate-forme (19).
  • Selon les figures 5 et 6, le système d'indexation de l'ensemble marche coulissante (1) est réalisé par deux verrous (3 et 3') qui, poussés par deux ressorts (8 et 8') coulissant dans deux chapes (14 et 14') liées à la marche (9), traversent les montants (4 et 4') via des trous d'indexation (11, 12 ou 13) et leurs opposés (11', 12' ou 13') en fonction de la hauteur choisie et viennent accoster dans un autre perçage (15 ou 15') réalisé dans les rallonges (2 et 2') bloquant ainsi l'ensemble marche coulissante (1).
  • Toujours selon les figures 4, 5 et 6, les verrous (3 et 3') sont actionnés par la main de l'utilisateur qui avec le pouce et l'index peut attraper les deux extrémités en forme de C (16, 16') des deux verrous (3 et 3') en même temps. En rapprochant ces verrous (3 et 3') par compression des ressorts (8 et 8'), l'utilisateur déverrouille le système et peut alors sans relâcher les verrous (3 et 3') en tirant suivant un axe parallèle aux montants (4, 4') faire coulisser l'ensemble marche coulissante (1) et ainsi positionner ce dernier de façon à faire coïncider l'extrémité des verrous (3 et 3') avec un des trous d'indexation (11, 11', 12, 12' ou 13, 13') des montants (4 et 4'). En relâchant les deux verrous (3 et 3') le verrouillage s'effectue à la nouvelle hauteur de travail de la plate-forme (19).
  • Selon les figures 3 et 4, chaque rallonge (2 et 2') est réalisée de manière identique symétriquement pour obtenir un montage simple et rigide. Ces rallonges (2, 2') sont réalisées par une tôle formée en U qui coulisse à l'extérieur des montants (4, 4') les bloquant sur trois côtés de son profil.
  • Selon les figures 3 et 4, à l'extrémité supérieure des rallonges (2, 2') les plis (17, 17', 17", 17"') permettent d'accoster la marche (9). Les vis (10, 10', 10", 10"') lient la marche (9) aux rallonges (2, 2') ce qui permet d'emprisonner les montants (4, 4') en ne lui laissant qu'une translation possible suivant sa longueur. Ce système de fixation permet aussi d'éviter que le U en tôle formée des rallonges (2, 2') ne s'ouvre sous l'effort lorsque l'utilisateur se trouve sur la plate-forme (19) ou la marche (9). De même, les l'extrémités inférieures (18, 18') des rallonges (2, 2') sont solidaires de la base (5) évitant ainsi aux U des rallonges (2, 2') de s'ouvrir sous l'effort.
  • Selon les figures 3 et 4, le système complet composé de la marche (9), des rallonges (2 et 2') et de la base (5) permet de réaliser un cadre rigide résistant aux efforts transversaux et de torsion existant lors de l'accès et l'utilisation de la plate-forme (19).

Claims (2)

  1. Ensemble marche coulissante (1) pour échelle, marchepied ou plate-forme composé d'une marche (9) liée par quatre vis (10, 10', 10", 10"') à deux rallonges (2, 2') et de deux montants (4, 4') caractérisé en ce que deux verrous (3, 3') poussés par deux ressorts (8, 8') coulissant dans deux chapes (14, 14') liés à la marche (9) traversent les montants (4, 4') via des trous d'indexation (11, 11', 12, 12', 13, 13') en fonction de la hauteur choisie et viennent accoster dans un perçage (15 ou 15') réalisé dans les rallonges (2, 2') bloquant ainsi l'ensemble marche coulissante (1) ; les verrous (3, 3') sont actionnés par la main de l'utilisateur qui, avec le pouce et d'index, peut attraper les deux extrémités en forme de C (16, 16') des deux verrous (3, 3') en rapprochant ces verrous (3, 3') par compression des ressorts (8, 8') l'utilisateur déverrouille le système et peut alors, sans relâcher les verrous (3, 3') en tirant suivant un axe parallèle aux montants (4, 4') faire coulisser l'ensemble marche coulissante (1) et ainsi positionner ce dernier de façon à faire coïncider l'extrémité des verrous (3, 3') avec les trous d'indexation (11, 11', 12, 12', ou 13, 13') des montants (4, 4').
  2. Ensemble marche coulissante (1) pour échelle, marchepied ou plate-forme selon revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les rallonges (2, 2') réalisées par une tôle formée en U recouvrant les montants (4, 4') à l'extrémité de ces rallonges (2, 2') se trouvent des plis (17, 17') et (17", 17"') permettant d'accoster la marche (9) liée aux rallonges (2, 2') respectivement par des vis (10, 10') et (10", 10"') permettant ainsi d'emprisonner les montants (4, 4') en ne leur laissant aucune translation possible suivant leur longueur et d'éviter que le U en tôle formée dans les rallonges (2, 2') ne s'ouvre sous l'effort lorsque l'utilisateur se trouve sur la marche (9) ou sur la plate-forme (19). Les extrémités inférieures (18, 18') des rallonges (2, 2') sont solidaires d'une base (5) évitant aux U de s'ouvrir sous l'effort.
