A rotary clamping closure (10) having a closure housing (11) which is fixed in an opening formed in a door (12) or flap and in which a locking shaft (17), the free end of which bears a locking tongue (18), is arranged in a manner so as to be able to be rotated by means of a tool which is to be placed onto an actuating lug (41), and the locking tongue (18), in addition to the rotational movement thereof, is displaced by an axial distance during part of the rotational movement of the locking shaft (17), wherein a rotary clamping sleeve (16) is arranged in the closure housing (11) and is rotatable therein, the rotary clamping sleeve having a slotted guide (22) for a pin (21), which reaches through the locking shaft (17), for bringing about the axial displacement of the locking shaft (17) during rotation of the rotary clamping sleeve (16), characterized in that, in addition, an actuating shaft (30) is arranged which is both rotatable and is axially displaceable in the closure housing (11) and has the actuating lug (41), the actuating shaft being coupled in all positions to the rotary clamping sleeve (16) in a rotationally fixed manner, wherein the actuating shaft (30) has a slotted guide (33) for a pin (31) which passes through the closure housing (11) and is intended for bringing about the axial displacement of the actuating shaft (30) upon rotation of the actuating shaft (30), and the pin (31) and slotted guide (33) are aligned with respect to each other in such a manner that, when the closure is open, the actuating shaft (30) protrudes with a portion (34) outwards beyond the closure housing (11) and, when the closure is completely closed, is flush with the closure housing (11) by rotation of the locking tongue (18) into the locking position thereof and axial prestressing of the locking shaft (17) by axial displacement thereof.
  2. The rotary clamping closure according to claim 1, characterized in that the actuating shaft (30), on its portion (34) that protrudes beyond the closure housing (11) when the closure is open, is provided with a color mark which is not visible when the closure is completely closed and the actuating shaft (30) is in a position flush with the closure housing (11).
  3. The rotary clamping closure according to claim 2, characterized in that the color mark is single-colored so that the color mark is no longer visible only when the closure is completely closed and the actuating shaft (30) is in a position flush with the closure housing (11).
  4. The rotary clamping closure according to claim 2, characterized in that the color mark is two-colored, wherein the first color mark located on the outside remains visible in the position in which the locking tongue (18) is rotated into its locking position, but is not yet axially displaced and clamped.
  5. The rotary clamping closure according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the actuating shaft (30) is supported with respect to the rotary clamping sleeve (16) in the closure housing (11) by means of a spring (37) that pre-stresses the actuating shaft (30) into the position thereof that protrudes outwards beyond the closure housing (11).
  6. The rotary clamping closure according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the pin (31) passing through the closure housing (11) is fixed with its two ends in the housing wall of the closure housing (11) and extends transversely through the actuating shaft (30), wherein two slots (33) are formed in the wall of the actuating shaft (30), each of which slots forms the slotted guide for the pin (31) and extends over a portion of the circumference of the actuating shaft (30).
  7. The rotary clamping closure according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that when the closure is completely closed and when the flush position of the actuating shaft (30) in the closure housing (11) is reached, the actuating shaft (30) rests with a collar (42) extending circumferentially on the outside against a shoulder (43) projecting on the inside of the closure housing (11).
  8. The rotary clamping closure according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that when the closure is closed, the actuating shaft (30) is sealed with respect to the closure housing (11) by means of a seal (36) arranged on the outer circumference of the actuating shaft.
  9. The rotary clamping closure according to any one of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the color mark is provided on the outside of the seal (36).
