Im Nachfolgenden kann dann gemƤƟ der Darstellung in Fig. 3 ein ZubereitungsgefƤƟ 22 auf die Kochzone 3 aufgestellt werden. Um dann die Kochzone 3 auszuwƤhlen, wird die Hand 20, die dann ausgestreckt flach und horizontal orientiert ist, im gewissen definierten Abstand, der vorzugsweise zwischen 3 cm und 20 cm sein kann, Ć¼ber der Kochzone 3 und insbesondere Ć¼ber dem Gestenerkenner 11 diese Hand gehalten, insbesondere fĆ¼r eine vorgebbare Zeitdauer, die beispielsweise kleiner 3 Sekunden sein kann. Mittels dem Gestenerkenner 11 wird dann diese Geste erkannt und der Wunsch des Nutzers, die Kochzone 3 zu aktivieren, erfasst. Um dies dem Nutzer auch kenntlich zu machen, wird dann ein Teil der Begrenzung 6 und ein Teil der Begrenzung 7, die die Kochzone 3 begrenzen, beleuchtet, beispielsweise rot beleuchtet. Auch hier wird in einem Abstandsintervall, wie es oben genannt wurde, die Hand von links nach rechts Ć¼ber die streifenfƶrmige Skala gefĆ¼hrt, sodass erkannt wird, wie die Kochstufe ausgewƤhlt und eingestellt werden soll. Wird die Hand 20 dann gestoppt, so wird der gewĆ¼nschte Kochstufenwert ebenfalls erkannt und eingestellt. Claims (17)

  1. Hob (1), which has at least a first and a second gesture detector (10 to 13), with which gestures of a user can be detected to set operating conditions, wherein the first gesture detector (10 to 13) is arranged at a distance greater than a length of a hand from the second gesture detector (10 to 13), wherein the first gesture detector (10 to 13) is configured to select a first cooking zone (2 to 5) on the hob (1) and the second gesture detector (10 to 13) is configured to select a second cooking zone (2 to 5) on the hob (1).
  2. Hob (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the respective gesture detector (10 to 13) has at least one near field detection sensor and/or at least one infrared sensor and/or at least one camera sensitive in the spectral range visible for humans and/or a motion detection sensor.
  3. Hob (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that it has at least one display unit (14 to 17), on which a setting connected to a gesture can be displayed visually.
  4. Method for operating a hob (1) according to one of the preceding claims, in which operating conditions can be set by a user, wherein the operating conditions are set by gestures of the user, and wherein a first gesture detector (10 to 13) for selecting a first cooking zone (2 to 5) is arranged at a distance greater than a length of a hand from a further gesture detector (10 to 13) for selecting a second cooking zone (2 to 5) on the hob (1).
  5. Method according to claim 4, characterised in that setting by way of gestures is performed after starting a gesture detection mode.
  6. Method according to claim 5, characterised in that the starting takes place by actuating an operating element and/or by performing a start gesture.
  7. Method according to one of claims 4 to 6, characterised in that a gesture is detected as a function of the position and/or orientation of a hand (20) of a user relative to a cooking zone (2 to 5) to be selected and/or set.
  8. Method according to claim 7, characterised in that a gesture is detected when a hand (20) of the user provided for setting is positioned directly above the cooking zone (2 to 5) and then a movement and/or orientation of the hand (20) or at least a finger (21) of the hand (20) takes place.
  9. Method according to one of claims 4 to 8, characterised in that to set an operating condition at least two hands (20) are moved and/or specifically oriented simultaneously or successively.
  10. Method according to one of claims 4 to 9, characterised in that to detect a setting of an operating condition correctly at least one hand (20) must be brought into a specific position and/or orientation within a temporally predefinable setting interval.
  11. Method according to one of claims 4 to 10, characterised in that a cooking zone (2 to 5) is selected in that a hand (20) is held at a specific distance and/or for a specific duration above the cooking zone (2 to 5).
  12. Method according to one of claims 4 to 11, characterised in that cooking levels of a cooking zone (2 to 5) are set by gestures.
  13. Method according to claim 12, characterised in that for each cooking level a specific distance is predefined, at which a hand must be held above a cooking level setting apparatus to set the cooking level.
  14. Method according to claim 12 or 13, characterised in that a cooking level by raising a finger (21) of a hand (20) or horizontally moving the hand (20) along in a specific first direction brings about an increase in the cooking level and holding down a finger (21) of a hand (20) or horizontally moving the hand (20) along in a specific second direction, in particular opposite to the first direction, brings about a reduction in the cooking level.
  15. Method according to one of claims 12 to 14, characterised in that each cooking level is assigned an acoustic tone at a specific frequency and, when setting the cooking level, the tone is generated and/or the setting of a cooking level is displayed visually.
  16. Method according to one of claims 4 to 15, characterised in that a cooking zone (2 to 5) is selected with a first hand by gesture and a cooking level of said selected cooking zone (2 to 5) is set with the other hand by gesture.
  17. Method according to one of claims 4 to 16, characterised in that at least some of the operating conditions which are set by gestures can also additionally be set by touching a touch-sensitive operating field.
