Dabei sind vertikal zu der Einspannebene der Haltevorrichtung 3 in der Z- bzw. Y-Ebene wenigstens ein Bearbeitungswerkzeug 4 angeordnet. Dieses Bearbeitungswerkzeug 4 kann in unterschiedliche Winkellagen zur Horizontalebene verstellt werden, wobei in der dargestellten Situation dieses senkrecht zum Profil 2 ausgerichtet ist. Mit der Haltevorrichtung 3 wirkt eine Transportvorrichtung 5 für das Profil 2 zusammen, welcher als verschiebbarer Zangenarm 6 mit einer Profilgreifzange 7, Figur 3, das freie Ende 8 des Profils 2 hält, und das Profil 2 in der Haltevorrichtung 3 in der Horizontalebene für die abschnittsweise Bearbeitung am Profil 2 positioniert.The FIG. 1 shows in side view a device 1 for processing rod-shaped workpieces, such as a window or door profile 2. Somit ergibt sich, dass die Vorschubbewegung während des Bearbeitungsvorganges ausschließlich durch Verfahren der Haltevorrichtung 3 erfolgt. Wie insbesondere aus den beiden Figuren 1 und 2 zu erkennen ist, besteht hierbei die Haltevorrichtung 3 aus zwei Profilauflagen 3.1 und 3.2, welche auf einem Maschinenrahmen 9 in der horizontalen X-Ebene verfahrbar angeordnet sind. Es versteht sich nun von selbst, dass das stangenförmige Profil 2 zunächst in die Profilauflage 3.1 mit dem Zangenarm 6 eingezogen wird, wobei dann mit dem Zangenarm 6 dies durch die beiden Profilauflagen 3.1 und 3.2 hindurch gezogen und geschoben werden kann, so dass dann im verspannten Zustand der Profilauflagen 3.1 und 3.2 das Profil 2 hier von dem Bearbeitungswerkzeug 4 sicher bearbeitet werden kann. Zum Antrieb der Spindeln 10 sind Servoantriebe 11 vorgesehen, die den Hub in der X-Ebene vornehmen, wobei die Servoantriebe 11 hier synchronisiert sind. In Weiterbildung der Erfindung sind an den Profilauflagen 3.1 und 3.2 Einspannelemente 12 für das Profil 2 angeordnet. Diese sind in der Y- und/ oder in der Z-Ebene angeordnet, so dass das Profil 2 einerseits von der Y- und der Z-Achse verspannt werden kann. In Weiterbildung der Erfindung sind die Profilauflagen 3.1 und 3.2 im Eingriffsbereich bzw. im Einspannbereich des Profils 2 mit Auflagerollen 13 versehen. Nach einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist der Eingriffsbereich bzw. der Einspannbereich der Profilauflagen 3.1 und 3.2 in der Z-Ebene und in der Y-Ebene verstellbar, wobei dies über Hubzylinder 14 an den Profilauflagen 3.1 und 3.2 erfolgen kann.According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the processing tools 4 are arranged between the movable in the X-plane profile supports 3.1 and 3.2. Claims (10)

Vorrichtung (1) zum Bearbeiten von stangenförmigen Werkstücken wie beispielsweise Fenster- oder Türprofile (2), umfassend eine Haltevorrichtung (3), welche das Profil (2) zum Bearbeiten in einer horizontalen X-Ebene einspannt, wobei vertikal zu der Einspannebene der Haltevorrichtung (3) in der Z-Ebene bzw. Y-Ebene wenigstens ein Bearbeitungswerkzeug (4) angeordnet ist, welches in unterschiedliche Winkellagen zur Horizontalebene verstellbar ist, und mit der Haltevorrichtung (3) eine Transportvorrichtung (5) für das Profil (2) zusammenwirkt, welche als verschiebbarer Zangenarm (6) mit einer Profilgreifzange (7) das freie Ende (8) des Profils (2) hält und das Profil (2) in der Haltevorrichtung (3) in der Horizontalebene für die abschnittsweise Bearbeitung am Profil (3) positioniert,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Haltevorrichtung (3) im verspannten Zustand des Profils (2) dieses zur abschnittsweisen Bearbeitung in der horizontalen X-Ebene verfährt, wobei der Zangenarm (6) im Greifzustand in der horizontalen Bewegungsrichtung kraftlos schwimmend gelagert ist, oder vom als Profil (2) ausgebildeten Werkstück gelöst ist.
