Description

The invention relates to an antenna holder with the features according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such an antenna holder is known from Japanese Laid-Open Publication JP 60-89102 known. The antenna holder has a support device for supporting the antenna holder on a support surface. The support device comprises a frame in which plates for loading the support device can be inserted. With the support device is a mast in connection, to which an antenna can be fastened.

Another antenna holder for a support surface is sold for example by the company CONRAD under the name Alu-balcony stand. This antenna holder has a support device for supporting the antenna holder on a support surface and a mast connected to the support device, to which an antenna can be fastened.

Another antenna holder for a support surface is in the German utility model DE 20 2004 019 387 U1 described. In this antenna holder, the mast is bolted to the side of a lying on a support surface base plate.

Antenna holder for roof mounting, in which the mast is bolted to a roof, are for example from the U.S. Patent US 2,628,796 and the European patent application EP 1 770 823 known.

The invention has for its object to provide an antenna holder that can be even easier to assemble than previous antenna holder.

This object is achieved by an antenna holder with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the antenna holder according to the invention are specified in subclaims.

An essential advantage of the antenna holder according to the invention is that it can be mounted without great effort on any floor surfaces, such as terrace surfaces, balcony surfaces or flat roofs. Flat roofs usually have a certain slope, so that in antenna holders of the known type for Bodenflächenmontage the mast is never 100% vertical after mounting on a flat roof. This problem does not occur in the antenna holder according to the invention, because a subsequent Winkeljustage even after installation of the antenna holder is possible without great effort by the pivot mechanism.

The pivoting mechanism may be configured as desired and be formed for example by one or more joints and / or one or more hinges.

To facilitate the insertion of such plates, it is considered advantageous if between the support device and the pivot mechanism, a spacer is arranged, which separates the pivot mechanism of the support device to form a predetermined vertical distance.

The length of the spacer element is preferably at least 10 cm or is preferably dimensioned such that at least two commercially available washed concrete slabs one above the other in the support device can be inserted while lying spatially below the pivot mechanism.

The clamping element and the counter-clamping element, for example, can be screwed together directly or indirectly. For example, the clamping element and / or the counter-clamping element is formed by a clamp, in particular in the form of a round steel strap or a bent threaded rod.

Also, the clamping element and / or the counter-clamping element may have a groove-shaped part, which by means of screws or Clamps, in particular with round steel bars, bent threaded rods or otherwise, with the other element (clamping element / counter clamping element) is screwed.

In addition, the clamping element and / or the counter-clamping element on its clamping element inside at least one positive locking element, preferably a plurality of form-locking elements, in particular in the form of a corrugation, to cause a positive connection.

The annular element preferably has: a bottom portion, on which two at least approximately parallel side portions are attached, and a connecting element, which connects the two side portions and defines with these and the bottom portion of the inner ring portion. The connecting element preferably has - viewed in cross-section - a round outer contour; For example, the connecting element is formed by a round tube or a round cross-section rod.

The connecting element preferably runs at least approximately parallel to the carrier surface.

Particularly preferably, the connection of the connecting element on at least one of the two side sections is adjustable so that the angle between the connecting element and the respective side section can be readjusted or readjusted.

The bottom portion and the side portions may be formed, for example, by a bent flat iron.

The annular element preferably communicates directly or indirectly with one end of the spacer element, and the connecting element is preferably directly or indirectly in communication with the mast.

Alternatively it can also be provided that the annular element is indirectly or directly with the mast and the connecting element directly or indirectly with one end of the spacer in connection.

For example, the mast is attached directly or indirectly to the clamping element.

According to a particularly preferred embodiment, it is provided that the pivot mechanism comprises a connecting element, a clamping element and a counter-clamping element, wherein the clamping element and the counter-clamping element comprise the connecting element, in such a way that the clamping element and the counter-clamping element, a portion of the connecting element directly or indirectly between their Clamp in the clamping element inside.

The spacer element is preferably formed by a spacer tube which extends away from the carrier surface or the support device. For example, the spacer element extends perpendicularly, at least approximately perpendicularly, to the carrier surface.

The spacer tube may be, for example, a square tube, round tube, a square rod or a round bar.

The pivoting mechanism preferably comprises a connection element, which is pushed into the spacer element or pushed onto the spacer element. The connecting element is preferably tubular.

The tubular connection element may for example form a kind of connection sleeve, which is placed on the spacer element. The connecting sleeve may have a round or polygonal cross section, wherein the cross-sectional shape of the connecting sleeve preferably corresponds to the cross-sectional shape of the spacer. In order to enable insertion of the connection sleeve into the spacer element or to push the spacer element into the connection sleeve, the cross-sectional area of one element is preferably smaller than that of the other element. If the tubular connection element and the spacer element are circular in cross-section, the connection element and thus the mast can be rotated about its longitudinal axis, so that a further degree of freedom is provided during assembly and adjustment of the antenna mast.

The connection between the spacer tube and the connecting element can be fixed, for example, with a screw connection or a clamping connection.

The length of the spacer element is preferably at least 10 cm and / or is preferably dimensioned such that at least two washed concrete slabs can be placed one above the other in the support device and thereafter lie spatially below the pivoting mechanism.

The connecting element is preferably attached to the annular element, preferably in such a way that it is located after the mounting of the annular element on the spacer element between the annular element and the spacer element.

The swivel mechanism preferably comprises one or more positive locking elements, in particular in the form of a toothing, which fix the orientation of the mast relative to the support device by a positive connection.

At least one positive locking element is preferably attached to the clamping element and / or the counter-clamping element and / or the connecting element.

For the sake of clarity, the same reference numerals are always used in the figures for identical or comparable components.

The FIG. 1 shows an antenna holder 10 with a support device 20, which is intended for supporting the antenna holder 10 on a support surface 30 or suitable for it. In the Carrier surface 30 can be any desired floor surface, for example a terrace surface, a balcony surface or even a flat roof or the like.

The support device 20 has a frame 22 with four segments 23, 24, 25 and 26, in each of which plates, such as wax concrete slabs, can be inserted to prevent tipping of the antenna holder 10 in the wind.

Attached to the support device 20, for example, screwed, riveted or welded, is a spacer 40, which may be, for example, a square tube. The support 20 remote from the end of the spacer 40 is connected to an annular member 50 in connection. In the embodiment according to FIG. 1 the annular element 50 is fixedly attached to the spacer 40, for example, riveted or welded. As will be explained in more detail below, other forms of connection of the annular member 50 to the spacer 40 are possible, for example, the annular member 50 against the spacer 40 may be rotatably mounted.

The length of the spacer 40 determines the distance A the annular member 50 has from the support 20. If the distance A is chosen to be large, then more than two plates, for example washed-out concrete slabs, can be placed one above the other in the support device 20 without the annular element 50 making it difficult or hindering the insertion.

How, in particular, the FIG. 2 can be seen in detail, the annular member 50 has a U-shaped support member 55 viewed in cross section. The U-shaped support member 55 consists of a bottom portion 60, which on the spacer element 40 and two side sections 70 and 80 extending away from the bottom section 60 and thus from the support 20 substantially vertically upwardly.

Between the side portions 60 and 70 of the U-shaped support member 55 is a connecting the two side portions 70 and 80 connecting member attached, which - viewed in cross section - preferably has a round outer contour 100. The connecting element 90 may be, for example, a round tube or a bar that is round in cross-section. The following example assumes that the connecting element 90 is a round tube. The connecting element 90 may have on its outer side, for example form-fitting elements, for example in the form of a corrugation or toothing.

The U-shaped carrier element 55, viewed in cross-section, and the round tube 90 together form the annular element 50. The inner ring region 120 of the annular element 50 is formed by the circular tube 90 being at a distance from the bottom section 60.

In the embodiment according to the FIGS. 1 to 4 the round tube 90 is welded to the two side sections 70 and 80; Alternatively, other forms of connection of the round tube 90 at the two side portions 70 and 80 are possible, for example, the round tube can be screwed to the side portions 70 and 80. Particularly preferably, the connection between the round tube 90 and the two side sections 70 and 80 is selected such that a certain angular adjustment of the round tube 90 is possible, so that the orientation of the round tube 90 can be readjusted after setting up the support device 20 on the support surface 30 . that the longitudinal axis of the round tube 90 extends horizontally or parallel to the support surface 30.

As in the FIGS. 1 and 2 is clearly visible, a connection element 110 is attached to the round tube 90, in such a way that the connection element 110 passes through the inner ring portion 120 of the annular element 50. The connection element 110 has an upper clamping element 125 and a lower clamping element 130. The lower clamping element 130 is also referred to below as a counter-clamping element.

The counter-clamping element 130 may, for example, a groove-shaped bottom portion 140 and two clamps attached thereto, for example in the form of curved threaded rods or in the form of round steel bars, which press the trough-shaped bottom portion 140 to the underside of the round tube 90. The counter-clamping element 130 may be screwed to the clamping element 125, for example with nuts.

Indirectly or directly in connection with the outer, the round tube 90 facing away from the upper side 150 of the clamping member 125 is a mast 160 of the antenna holder 10. On the mast 160, for example, a satellite antenna or the like can be screwed.

The connecting element 110 together with the annular element 50 form a pivot mechanism 200 of the antenna holder 10, which allows a vertical orientation of the mast 160.

The FIG. 3 shows the antenna holder according to the FIGS. 1 and 2 again in a different view. It can be seen that the connecting element and the annular element 50 form a positive connection. The upper clamping element 125 has for this purpose positive locking elements in the form of a corrugation or in the form from pips that are in the FIG. 3 denoted by the reference numeral 170. If now the connection element 110 is fastened to the round tube 90 by the nuts 180 being tightened, the serrations 170 are pressed onto the round tube 90, so that a form-locking connection is created between the connection element 110 and the annular element 50. Such a positive connection will significantly improve the resistance to rotation of the mast with respect to the frame 22.

The FIG. 4 shows the antenna holder according to the FIGS. 1 to 3 again in another illustration, namely, before the connection element 110 has been attached to the mast 160 to the annular member 50. It can be seen the round tube 90, the bottom portion 60, the two side portions 70 and 80 and the inner ring portion 120 which is penetrated by a mounting of the connection element 110 of this.

The antenna holder according to the FIGS. 1 and 4 can be mounted, for example, as follows:
  • In a first assembly step, the frame 22 is placed on the support surface 30, for example, on a flat roof. Subsequently, the frame 22 is fixed to the ground by mounting plates, such as washed concrete slabs, are inserted into the frame 22. Due to the distance A between the annular member 50 and the frame 22, the annular member 50 does not disturb the insertion of the washed concrete slabs.

Subsequently, the connection element 110 is attached to the annular element 50 by bringing the counter-clamping element 130 into the inner ring region 120 of the annular element 50 and screwing it to the clamping element 125 positioned above it becomes. By mounting the clamping member 125 on the annular member 50, the mast 160 is preferably attached to the frame at the same time.

Since support surfaces are generally not ideally horizontal, the angle of the mast 160 may be adjusted by pivoting about the circular tube 90 of the annular member 50. The connecting element 110 together with the annular element 50 thus form - as already mentioned - a pivot mechanism 200 of the antenna holder 10, which allows a vertical orientation of the mast 160.

In order to achieve, moreover, that the round tube 90 of the annular element 50 holding the connection element 110 also extends horizontally, this is preferably attached to the two side sections 70 and 80 in a readjustable manner, as already mentioned. For example, have the side portions 70 and 80 slots on which allow screwing of the round tube 90 at the two side portions 70 and 80 at an arbitrary angle thereto.

In the FIG. 5 another embodiment of an antenna holder is shown. It can be seen that in this embodiment, the spacer 40 is formed by a round tube on which the annular member 50 is rotatably mounted. For this purpose, a tubular connecting element 210 is attached to the annular element 50, which is pushed onto the spacer element 40. The tubular connecting element forms a connecting sleeve, which cooperates with the spacer 40. Due to the round cross section of the spacer element 40 and the round cross section of the connecting sleeve, it is possible to rotate the annular element 50 about the longitudinal axis of the spacer element 40, thus providing a further degree of freedom for the adjustment of the antenna mast 160 becomes. The connecting sleeve can be fixed for example by means of a screw 215 on the spacer 40.

In the FIG. 6 a third embodiment of an antenna holder is shown. In this embodiment, the spacer 40 is formed by a square tube. Slid on the square tube is a tubular connecting element 220, which is also formed from a square tube. The tubular connecting element 220 thus forms a square-shaped connecting sleeve, which is pushed onto the spacer 40. The tubular connecting element according to the FIG. 6 - As well as the connection sleeve 210 according to the FIG. 5 - makes it possible to disassemble or disassemble the annular element 50 from the frame 22 when the antenna holder 10 is to be packed and / or transported. It also allows the annular element 50 to be placed on the frame 22 in four different orientations.

The FIG. 7 shows a fourth embodiment of an antenna holder. In this antenna holder, the frame 22 has only two segments 23 and 24 instead of four segments, which are preferably rectangular. In the rectangular segments 23 and 24, for example, lintels or lintels can be inserted for fixing the frame 22 on the support surface 30.

The FIG. 8 shows a fifth embodiment of an antenna holder. The frame 22 has two segments 23 and 24, which are preferably rectangular. For mechanical reinforcement, the frame 22 additionally comprises two flat bars 300, on which, for example, lintels or lintels for fixing the frame 22 on the support surface 30 can be placed.
