Description
The invention relates to a transport and storage container for small parts with a metering disk, and a dosing.
When storing small parts in containers with removal openings, it must usually be ensured that the small parts can not fall out of the removal opening or "trickle out". This is particularly problematic when the container should be as completely as possible to be filled with the small parts, since in this case the filling level of the container is above the edge of the removal opening.
The invention has for its object to provide an improved container for small parts, as well as a dosing. The objects underlying the invention are achieved with the features of the independent patent claims 1. Preferred embodiments of the invention are indicated in the dependent claims.
There is provided a transport and storage container for small parts, wherein the container has a bottom, two side parts and two end faces, wherein one of the end faces has a removal opening, wherein the bottom opposite the container side is open and has a container edge, wherein the container is a dosing wherein the dosing between a first and a second dislocation is pivotally hinged in the region of the container edge, wherein in the first end position, a passage opening for the small parts between the container bottom and the container bottom facing side of the dosing and wherein in the second end position the dosing is arranged parallel to the bottom of the container. The side parts, the front sides and the bottom are made of plastic.
Embodiments of the invention may have the advantage that in a flexible manner, a restraint system for small parts can be provided, which can be adapted to the size of the small parts to be stored.
In the following, "small parts" is understood to mean any type of piece goods to be stored, which can be received in the container. A complete shot is not required - so it is possible that parts of the piece project out of the container.
If, for example, very small small parts are to be stored in the container compared to the container dimensions, the metering disk could be transferred to the first end position. As a result, trickling out of the small parts from the removal opening is avoided, even when the container area is filled on the side of the metering disk facing away from the removal opening, up to the edge of the container. The small parts gradually slip under the metering disc when the small parts are removed via the removal opening.
If, by contrast, large small parts in the container are to be stored, for example, in comparison to the container dimensions, and if the metering disk were in the first end position, removal of these small parts via the removal opening could be hindered or even impossible. In this case, the area accessible via the removal opening is increased by transferring the metering disk into the second disfigurement.
Overall, it is therefore flexible according to the dimensions of the small parts to be stored to ensure a protected against unintentional falling out of small parts removal option. The dosing preferably remains permanently in the container, so that even with changing applications for different small parts is always guaranteed that the dosing is not lost.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the dosing disc is fixed releasably in the first and / or second end position. This ensures that even when the container is moving, eg during transport, there is no unintentional movement of the metering disk and thus, for example, jamming of the small parts. For example, the dosing is fixed by locking means in the first and / or second end position.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the metering disk has a latching nose, wherein the latching means are formed by the latching lug of the metering disk and at least one counterpart recess of one of the side walls. Thus, e.g. In an injection molding process, both container and metering disc can be inexpensively manufactured.
According to one embodiment of the invention, at least one of the side parts has a positive guide for a guide nose arranged on the metering disk, wherein the movement between the first and the second end position is guided by the positive guide. This could be dimensioned weaker overall, the articulation of the dosing to the container. During the movement of the metering disk between the two end positions, canting forces occurring as a result of the movement could be absorbed by the positive guidance, whereby the articulation is relieved.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the positive guidance is formed by a gate of the at least one side part, wherein the gate next to two side guides has an end guide, wherein the distance of the forehead guide from the end face of the guide nose between the first and second end position varies continuously and or remains the same. Due to the frictional forces between the side part and metering disc occurring thereby, strictly speaking, between the forehead guide and the front side of the guide nose, overall a haptic feedback is generated, which - due to the stiffness of the movement - leaves a high-quality impression.
In particular, in combination with the counterpart recess of one of the side walls, this could also have the advantage that with slow increasing force, the locking lug of the dosing into the counterpart recess can be transferred. So instead of "abruptly" overcome a locking force to transfer the locking lug in the recess, this locking force is overcome over a longer way. This can make the movement of the metering disk easier.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the pivotable articulation of the metering disc is formed by a hinge, wherein the hinge has an axle and an axle receiving, wherein the axle protrudes laterally from the dosing and the axle is formed in at least one of the side parts in the region of the container edge. Thus, e.g. In an injection molding process, both container and metering disc can be inexpensively manufactured.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the axle of the metering is used from above in the direction of the bottom in the axle. In addition to a simple mounting option could here, for example, offer the advantage that is provided with the provision of a plurality of axle receptacles in the at least one side wall further adaptation possibility of the container to the size of the small parts to be stored. By "moving" the metering disk, the area within the container could be flexibly designed, from which the small parts are removed. Is z. B. the dosing far away from the discharge opening in the direction of the rear end wall to the rear, could be taken by reaching in with a "full hand" a variety of small parts at the same time. If, on the other hand, the metering disk were moved forwards in the direction of the removal opening, only individual small parts could be removed with the fingers by reaching in - the remaining small parts would then be behind the metering disk.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the axle element in the axle receptacle is releasably latched.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the dosing disc is further detachably fixable in at least one further position between the first and the second disfigurement. This could also make it possible to flexibly avoid the shape and size of the small parts in accordance with a trickling out of the small parts from the removal opening and to ensure that larger small parts can "trickle through" even under the metering disk.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the container further comprises a sliding disk, wherein the sliding disk is displaceable between an open and a closed position, wherein in the open position, the removal opening is released and in the closed position the removal opening is closed, wherein the sliding disc in a slotted guide of the side walls wherein the sliding disc and the sliding disc facing end face of the container locking means), wherein the sliding disc-side locking means are formed on a side facing the container bottom of the sliding disc, wherein the locking means are formed to a releasable positive locking of the sliding disc in the closed position.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the latching means comprise a claw-shaped formation on the sliding disk or the sliding disk facing end face of the container.
In another aspect, the invention relates to a metering disk for a container as described above.

Furthermore, the container has a metering disk (114), wherein the metering disk (114) is pivotably articulated between a first and a second end position in the region of the container edge. Specifically, the articulation is realized by a hinge, which is given by a recess (116) in the container edge and an associated hinge axis (118) of the dosing. In the first end position there is a passage opening between the container bottom (102) and the container bottom facing side of the dosing (114). In contrast, in the second end position, the metering disk (114) is arranged substantially parallel to the bottom (102) of the container.
The transfer of the metering disc (114) from its first end position to the second end position takes place by a folding movement in the direction (126). During this folding movement, the metering disk (114) undergoes a forced guidance in the side parts (106), positive guidance being realized by a slide guide (122).

Preferably, the depth of the gate (122) varies continuously between the first and second end positions, ie, between the recesses (120 and 300). For example, it is possible that the depth decreases steadily from the recess (120) towards the recess (300). This has the consequence that a movement of Dosing in the upper half of the side part (106) is relatively smooth, but when moving the locking lug of the metering on the recesses (300) the force expended for this is always higher due to the decreasing depth of the link (122) and thus increasing frictional forces , The depression (300) has a ramp at the transition of the slotted guide and the lowest point of the depression, so that upon initial movement of the dosing disc out of the recess (300) in the direction of the recess (120) initially initially the force required for this purpose increases very sharply. After overcoming the ramp, this force assumes a value and then steadily reduces in the direction of the recess (120) due to the increasing distance between the guide of the guide and the end face of the guide nose of the metering disk, which counteracts the guide.
It should be pointed out that preferably the axle element (118) protrudes so far from the lateral edge of the metering disk (114) that it projects through the axle receptacle (116). Thus, an upper limit of the axle is formed by the container edge itself.

Alternatively, however, it is also possible to arrange the claws on the front side (200) and instead to arrange the web (112) on the sliding disc (108).
Weitere Führungselemente (502) der Schiebescheibe (108) dienen einer sauberen, Führung der Schiebescheibe in der Kulisse (402) der Seitenteile (106).In order to prevent that in the closed position, an independent movement of the sliding disc (108) takes place in the
