Description

The present invention relates to a drawer frame with a metal lateral horizontal support for supporting a drawer bottom according to the preamble of claim 1 and a drawer and a method for fixing a drawer bottom to a drawer frame.

Generic drawer frames are known in many designs. For holding the drawer bottom is for example from the EP 0626144 B1 known to auszustanzen from the horizontal support lobes, which are pressed into a groove on the underside of the drawer bottom. Furthermore, it is known from this document to punch cloth from the horizontal support, the width of which are wider than the groove on the bottom of the drawer bottom and adjacent to the groove and so can push the drawer bottom to a lip on the drawer or a drawer frame part is formed and covers the edge of the drawer bottom on its upper, the drawer interior facing side.

The above-described mounting the drawer bottoms to the frames is structurally complex, since the drawer bottoms must be provided with grooves to be reliably held on the frame. The additional tabs for pressing the drawer bottom to the lip are shaped so that only a linear force is applied to the drawer bottom.

To avoid the cutout of such grooves in the bottom of the drawer bottoms, it is out of the DE 20 2009 005 203 U1 known to form a lower edge of a frame as a rolled web for holding the drawer bottom, which presses from below against the drawer bottom.

Object of the present invention is to provide a drawer, a drawer and a method for fixing a drawer bottom to a drawer frame, with the drawer bottom in structurally simple way to the drawer frame is fixed and allows the installation of different thickness drawer bottoms.

This object is achieved by a drawer with the features of claim 1 and by a method having the features of claim 9. According to the invention, the punched-out region of the horizontal support of the drawer frame can be pushed onto a non-punched-out part of the support in order to press the drawer bottom against the lip from below. By pushing the punched-out areas on the non-punched-out part of the support is made possible in a simple manner by pressing the drawer bottom to serving as an abutment or cover lip. By punched out between the bottom of the drawer bottom and the support punched areas so both a tolerance compensation of manufacturing tolerances and a compensation for drawer bottoms can be achieved with a smaller thickness.

The stamped areas are formed according to the invention as unilaterally fixed tabs. This unilaterally fixed tabs are connected via a deflectable web formed with the non-punched-out part of the support and the respective tabs have a flat support area for supporting the drawer bottom. The flat support area keeps the drawer bottom securely against the lip.

In a second embodiment of the invention, the punched-out area is formed as a two-sided fixed bridge, which is pushed onto the non-punched-out part of the support, so that the bridge rests in the pushed state at least partially on the non-punched-out part of the support. This embodiment is a simple tolerance compensation or compensation for drawer bottoms of different thickness both mechanically and manually easy to carry out.

According to a further preferred embodiment, the punched-out area is designed with the claws directed in the direction of the lip for fixing the drawer bottom. In this case, according to one embodiment, the free end of the claws before pushing the punched-out area on the non-punched-out part of the support does not protrude over the lip facing surface of the support. The claws ensure a secure fixation of the drawer bottom against horizontal displacements. The fact that the free end of the claws before pushing the punched areas on the non-punched-out part of the support does not protrude over the lip facing surface of the support, the insertion of the drawer bottom between support and lip is easily possible, the punched-out area with the claw can then be pushed from the bottom of the pad on the non-punched-out part of the edition. Another advantage of this variant is that the claws are pressed into the drawer bottom simultaneously with the pushing of the punched-out area on the non-punched-out part of the support. A subsequent pressure impact from below against the punched-out area for further penetration of the claws in the bottom of the thrust tray is therefore only optional.

According to a further advantageous embodiment, a plurality of lobes are arranged directly next to one another, one of the lobes in the folded state engages under the adjacent tab on a side facing away from the lip and its free end rests on the non-punched part of the support. By pushing together the lobes arranged side by side, a lifting of the upper lobe is effected. It is advantageous here, as in the previous embodiments, that no separate spacers that would be inserted between the drawer bottom and the support for raising the drawer bottom, are required, but these spacers are attached as a stamped areas captive on the support.

Karton, Leichtbauplatten etc.For the purposes of this document, wood also includes all wood and wood composite materials, such as wood. Cardboard, lightweight panels etc.

In the accompanying drawings embodiments of the invention are shown, which are described in more detail below.

In the following description of the figures, terms such as top, bottom, left, right, front, back, etc. refer exclusively to the exemplary representation and position of the drawer frame, the drawer and other parts selected in the respective figures. These terms are not intended to be limiting, that is to say, by different working positions or the mirror-symmetrical design or the like, these references may change.

In the Figures 1 and 2 is denoted by the reference numeral 1, a drawer frame having a metal lateral horizontal support 3 for supporting a drawer bottom 2, wherein the drawer bottom is made substantially of wood or plastic. Above the horizontal support 3 stands out of a side wall 4 of the drawer frame a lip 5 with a likewise horizontally oriented underside, which covers the top 21 of the drawer bottom 2 from above.

The drawer bottoms 2 can be made with different thicknesses, these thicknesses corresponding to predetermined standard dimensions. After installation of the drawer bottom to the drawer frames is always desired that the top 21 of the drawer bottom rests against the lip 5. To achieve this despite manufacturing tolerances in the thickness of the drawer bottom, the support 3, as in the FIGS. 3 to 11 shown at least one punched-out area for fixing the drawer bottom 2 to the drawer frame. In this case, this punched-out area is designed such that it can be pushed onto a non-punched-out part 9 of the support 3 in order to be able to press the drawer bottom 2 against the lip 5 from below.

A first embodiment of such a punched-out area or such punched-out areas is in the FIGS. 3 to 5 shown. Here, the punched areas are formed as unilaterally fixed tabs 6, wherein each of the tabs 6 is pushed onto the non-punched part 9 of the support 3, so that the flap 6 rests in the pushed state at least partially on the non-punched part 9 of the support 3. It shows the FIG. 4 the punched-out cloths 6 in the original state and FIG. 5 shows the tabs 6 in deferred to the non-punched part 9 of the support 3 state. For the design of the lobes 6 different geometries are conceivable. It is essential here that the tabs 6 have flat bearing surfaces, so that the drawer bottom 2 rests after bending the tabs on the non-punched part 9 of the support 3 on the largest possible area.

In order to facilitate the bending of the tabs 6 both manually and by machine, the tabs 6 are preferably connected via narrow webs 7 with the non-punched part 9 of the support 3, wherein the narrow webs 7 can bend with little effort.

In order to achieve as large a surface support of the bent tabs 6 on the non-punched part 9 of the support 3, the bendable webs 7 are preferably bendable by an angle of 40 ° to 90 °. Depending on the application and design of the lobes 6, however, other bending angles are conceivable.

In an alternative embodiment, the in FIG. 6 is shown, the punched-out area is arranged as a plurality of immediately adjacent Flaps 6, 13 formed. In this case, to raise the drawer bottom 2 one of the tabs 6, in the illustrated embodiment, the narrower flap 6, preferably bent at an angle of 70 ° to 90 ° in the direction of the adjacent broader flap 13. The narrower lobe 6 engages under the wider lobe 13 and lies with its free end in the finished bent state on the non-punched-out part 9 of the support 3. In this case, the wider tab 13 is bent about the thickness of the support 3 upwards.

In order to facilitate the overlapping of the flaps, the side edge of at least one of the flaps, here the side edge 61 of the narrower flap 6 is preferably chamfered. In order to make variable the increase of the wider tab 13 by the narrower lobes 6, the support 3 is formed in the region in which the flap 6 rests on the non-punched part 9 of the support, as a ramp 91, so that is further raised with increasing bending angle of the tabs 13.

In the in the FIGS. 7 and 8 As shown in the embodiment of the drawer frame, the punched-out area of the support 3 is again designed as a flap 10, which is connected via a web 7 to the non-punched-out part 9 of the support 3. The flap 10 is as in FIG. 8 which is a detail view of the circled with VIII area of FIG. 7 represents formed with in the direction of the lip 5 directed claws 102 for fixing the drawer 2. The claws 102 stand in a further punched-out window 103 in the flap 10 and extend from a support plane of the flap 10 via a bent away from the lip 5 area 104, this area 104 is shaped so that the tips of the Claws 102 in the direction of the lip 5 show.

Before pushing the tab 10 on the non-punched part 9 of the support 3, the two ends of the claws 102 do not protrude beyond the surface of the support 3 facing the lip 5, so as not to obstruct the sliding of the drawer bottom 2 onto the support 3. If, after inserting the drawer bottom 2 between lip 5 and support 3, the tabs 10 are pushed onto the non-stamped-out part 9 of the support 3, the drawer bottom 2 is lifted by a material thickness of the support and pressed in the direction of the lip 5. In order to facilitate the sliding of this flap on the non-punched part 9 of the edition, this flap 10 is preferably formed with a chamfered side edge 105. Upon further sliding of the flap on the support 3 of the originally from the plane of the support 3 out down shaped portion 104 of the flap 10 and thus the claws 102 is pushed upwards into the bottom 22 of the box base 2 and fixed in addition. Alternatively or additionally, the claw 102 can be driven into the drawer bottom 2 with a press or a punch.

A further embodiment variant of a drawer frame according to the invention is in FIGS. 9 to 11 shown. Here, the punched out area of the support 3 is designed as a two-sided fixed bridge 11, which is pushed onto the non-punched part 9 of the support 3, so that the bridge 11 in the pushed state at least partially rests on the non-punched part 9 of the support. The bridge 11 is connected via two narrow webs 111 with the non-punched part 9 of the support 3 and is preferably pushed away in the direction of the drawer center on the non-punched part 9 of the support 3.

Preferably, this area of the support 3 is also designed as a ramp 92, depending on Aufschiebemaß to achieve a larger or smaller increase of the drawer bottom. Centrally between the webs 111, a bearing surface 112 is formed, which comes into contact with the underside of the drawer bottom 2 in contact. By pushing the support surface 112 of the bridge 11 on the ramp 92, a continuous adjustment of the vertical position of the drawer bottom is made possible.

Furthermore, claws 113 are preferably integrally formed on the edge of the support surface 112 towards the middle of the drawer, which also in the initial state, that is to say before the bridge 11 is pushed onto the non-die-cut region 9 of the support 3, does not protrude beyond the plane of the support 3 and when pushed on the bridge on the non-punched area 9 of the support dig into the bottom 22 of the drawer bottom.

As in FIG. 11 shown, the ramp 92 is thereby formed so that it is stamped to the underside of the support 3, so that the bridge 11 can be bent horizontally in the direction of the ramp 92 for pushing onto the non-punched portion 9 of the support 3, wherein at the same time the claws 113 dig into the bottom 22 of the drawer bottom. In this respect, an additional impact of the claws 113 in the drawer bottom 2 is not mandatory.

Yet another embodiment variant of a drawer frame according to the invention is in FIGS. 12 to 14 shown. Here, the punched-out area of the support 3 is in turn designed as a two-sided fixed bridge 12, which is pushed onto two opposite, formed as ramps 93 edge portions of the non-punched part 9 of the support 3, so that the bridge 12 in the pushed state at least partially on the not stamped part 9 of the edition 3 rests. By pushing a support surface 122 of the bridge 12 on the ramps 93, a continuous adaptation of the vertical position of the drawer bottom 2 is also possible with this embodiment variant. The bridge 12 is connected via two narrow curved webs 121 with the non-punched part 9 of the support 3 and is pushed by rotation about a normal of the plane of the support 3 and the support surface 122 on the ramps 93.

The support surface 122 is in the embodiment shown here of a substantially rectangular shape, wherein the short sides of the rectangle are formed as the rectangle width superior circular segments. The ramps 93 are also stamped in this embodiment variant to the underside of the support 3 out. The slope of the ramps 93 is shaped here corresponding to the rotational movement of the support surface 122.

In order to manually or mechanically bend the bridge 12 during assembly of the drawer bottom 2 to the desired position, a tool slot 123 is provided centrally in the support surface 122 of the bridge 12, in which during assembly a tool such as a screwdriver of below is insertable. The slot 123 is preferably a simple slot, but may also be formed, for example, as a cross slot. By rotating the tool in the direction of the rising ramps 93, the support surface 122 of the bridge 12 is continuously raised until the desired vertical position of the support surface 122 is reached, preferably until the drawer bottom 2 supported by the support surface 122 contacts the lip 5 with its upper side 21.
