The proposed multi-purpose secure presentation system can therefore operate autonomously with an individual and autonomous removable self-monitoring electronic unit or in connection with an external control unit to protect an object carried by the system.

The present invention, without it being so limited, will now be exemplified with the following description of embodiments and implementation in relation to:
  • the Figure 1 which represents an exploded view, the system of the invention.

The system of the invention of the Figure 1 is intended to secure an object 4, for example a mobile phone, whose surveillance is provided by a wired electronic surveillance unit which may be a central surveillance unit common to several systems of the invention (central unit not shown), or which can be an autonomous and individual electronic monitoring unit, for a single system of the invention and its object. A wired connection is implemented and an electrical cable (not shown), preferably at least spiral part, must be able to be installed in the system of the invention.

The object 4 is attached to a detector 13 which is in the form of a housing comprising a detection sensor 15, for example a switch whose control finger protrudes from the housing to come into contact with the object 4. When the object is separated from the detector, the state of the sensor changes because the control finger is no longer solicited by the object. A wired link (not shown) is connected to the detector 13 and makes it possible to transmit the changes of state of the detection sensor 15. It is understood that one or more passive or active sensors can be installed in the detector 13 as a function of the desired level of sophistication of surveillance.

The system of the invention essentially comprises a base 1, a column 2 and a head 3. The column 2 is an internally hollow tube for passage and / or storage of an electric cable (not shown) of the wired connection, preferably spiral cable with extension / retraction by spacing / approximation of the turns when pulling or releasing the cable respectively. The base 1 comprises a substantially planar peripheral ring 11 delimiting a central through hole 8 of said base and a ring 10 extended in height, said ring 10 bordering the central through hole 8 of said base. The column 2, at its lower end, is slid into the ring 10 of the base and is fixed / immobilized by a fixing means 20. It is thus possible to adjust the height of the column 2 relative to the base 1. In this embodiment, the ring 10 is substantially perpendicular to the ring 11 so that the column extends substantially vertically when the base is laid horizontally. Still in this example, a passage 9 of cable is made through the ring 11 of the base 1 in order to bring out the cable that has passed through the column 2 and through the central through hole 8 of said base, in particular for connection to an autonomous and individual electronic monitoring unit 6 which will be presented later.

The base 1 can be placed and fixed on a presentation support, table or gondola type (not shown), common to several systems of the invention. The presentation support may or may not be pierced for each system of the invention through an orifice to allow the passage of the electrical cable and, possibly, the column according to the possible height adjustment that is desired for the column.

The base 1 is covered by a cover 5 in a first variant intended for connection to a central common to several systems of the invention or, in a second variant, it is covered by the electronic unit of individual and autonomous monitoring 6.

The head 3 is fixed to the upper part of the column 2 by means of interlocking means 14 for locking rotation extraction as represented by the curved arrow. This fixation of the head 3 on the column 2 is preferably manually removable, in that a person wanting to replace the central unit 6 or exchange it by the cover 5 can separate the head of the column by rotation of the head by relative to the column without the need to use any tools. The electric cable being attached to the detector 13 by means of a connector, it must be disconnected to allow the separation of the two elements and thus release the space to perform the operation. This disconnection operation will generate an alarm unless the wired monitoring unit is inhibited, an inhibition commanded by a person authorized to inhibit the monitoring.

The head 3 is formed of two parts, lower and upper, hinged together to adjust the orientation of the detector 13 and the object 4 relative to the column. The head therefore comprises a head base which is the lower part of the head and a ball joint which is the upper part of the head, which is swiveling and can be swiveled in different positions. The locking interlocking means 14 is the bottom of the lower part of the head 3. The detector 13 is placed in the upper part 12 of the head 3 in a suitable housing. Preferably, once the correct orientation obtained, is immobilized by mechanical means, such as pin or screw, the two parts of the head together and the detector 13 in the upper part 12 of the head 3. Preferably predefined orientations are provided between the two parts of the head, for example two orientations. To this end there are screw orifices on the two parts of the head, orifices that can come into correspondence in these predefined orientations, the screw inserted into the corresponding holes then ensuring the immobilization of the two parts.

The object 4 is fixed on the detector 13 with a mechanical means, screw type or glue, including double-sided adhesive, for example.

In order to improve the aesthetics of the system in the case where an individual and autonomous electronic monitoring unit is not used, a cover 5 is slid over the column and covers the base. The cover 5 has an opening 16 for sliding along the column before the installation of the head 3 on the column 2. In this case, the end of the electric cable opposite that of the head is connected to a central Wired surveillance arranged under the presentation support or further away from the system.

In the case where it is desired to realize an individual and autonomous security system, the cache (optional) is replaced by an autonomous electronic monitoring unit 6 which is slid on the column thanks to its opening 16 and which covers the base. This autonomous electronic monitoring unit 6 comprises means of alarm generation, including sound 17, for example when disconnecting the cable from said central or during the separation of the object from the detector 13, or during a tripatouillage cable. The cable is connected from below the autonomous electronic monitoring unit 6 and is therefore not visible, said unit covering the base. To go back to the unit 6, said cable passes through the passage 9 of cable formed through the ring 11 of the base 1. This autonomous electronic monitoring unit 6 comprises a clean power supply battery or battery.

Thus, in its simplest version, the system comprises a base 1, a column 2, a head 3 and a cover 5. A detector can be provided with the system in case the user does not already have a suitable detector in the head. Detector types suitable for certain groups of objects can be made and provided, for example camera detectors or cameras which are screwed onto the camera or the camera. The system may comprise, in a standalone version, an autonomous electronic monitoring unit 6 replacing the cache. The electrical cable and the winding / storage and unwinding means, whether or not they depend on the capacity of the cable to retract itself (spiral cable), whether they are passive or active, are provided, integrated in the column.

Of course, the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments which have just been described. Thus, it is clear that the invention can be declined according to many other possibilities without departing from the scope of the invention defined by the claims.
