Abstract

Eine Wärmeträgerölanlage (1) ist mit einem Erhitzer (3) für Wärmeträgeröl versehen, der seinerseits eine Heizvorrichtung (4) sowie ein Erhitzerrohr (5) aufweist. Eine Ölversorgungsvorrichung (11) der Wärmeträgerölanlage (1) erzeugt in dem Erhitzerrohr (5) des Erhitzers (3) einen Volumenstrom von zu erhitzendem Wärmeträgeröl, In dem beheizten Erhitzerrohr (5) wird das Wärmeträgeröl auf einen Filmtemperatur-Istwert erhitzt. Der Filmtemperatur-Istwert wird mittels einer Vorrichtung geregelt, die eine Temperaturbestimmungsvorrichtung (25) zur Bestimmung des Filmtemperatur-Istwertes sowie eine Vorrichtung (27) zur Steuerung der Ölversorgungsvorrichtung (11) umfasst. Durch Steuerung der Ölversorgungsvorrichtung (11) wird der Volumenstrom von zu erhitzendem Wärmeträgeröl, welchen die Ölversorgungsvorrichtung (11) in dem Erhitzerrohr (5) des Erhitzers (3) erzeugt, in Abhängigkeit von dem bestimmten Filmtemperatur-Istwert derart eingestellt, dass der Filmtemperatur-Istwert einen zulässigen Filmtemperatur-Höchstwert nicht übersteigt.
