Definitions
- the invention relates to a frame profile made of plastic for windows or doors with a NutverInstitutprofil for closing grooves in the frame profile according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a disadvantage of this design is that the introduction of the slot closure is not process reliable represented. Another disadvantage arises in the further processing of the frame profile, if the slot closure, e.g. must be removed for mounting hardware parts.
- groove closure profiles made of elastomers or soft and elastic plastics are known, as in FIG. 2 are shown. Due to the elastic properties of the selected material, such a design of a slot closure profile compensates for the manufacturing tolerances of the slot opening well, so that a secure slot closure is achieved.
- FIG. 3 Another embodiment of a NutverInstitutprofils show FIG. 3 respectively.
- FIG. 4 the Nutver gleichprofil is made of a relatively hard and solid plastic and thus has similar or identical material properties in comparison to the frame profile.
- the slot closure profile overlaps the slot opening, while the embodiment according to FIG. 4 the groove closure profile is flush with the frame profile surface in the region of the groove opening.
- a disadvantage of these embodiments is that the tolerances of the groove opening can not be optimally compensated by the lack of elasticity of the material used for this Nutver gleichprofile, so that such groove profiles are not optimally seated in the groove, which is visually and functionally disadvantageous.
- a slot closure profile for frame profiles made of metal is known that is formed from two areas.
- the actual slot closure is created in this embodiment by a metal profile that is designed so that it engages under the slot opening and thus ensures a secure slot closure.
- the other region of the slot closure profile is made of an elastically resilient or yielding plastic, which is supported on the groove base and thus fulfills a spring function.
- a disadvantage of this embodiment is the complicated assembly of the slot closure profile, since the profile must be threaded in a twisted position in the slot opening, in order to then have to be rotated in its intended position, so that a secure slot closure with undercut the slot opening is ensured.
- This type of installation of the NutverParkprofils is not feasible in a continuous process and can not be automated or only with considerable effort.
- FIG. 1 and claim 5 a Nutver gleichprofil (cover 3) made of solid plastic with a guide web 4 made of soft plastic known.
- CH 569 920 A5 a Nutver gleichprofil (cover profile) made of extruded plastic (see there column 3, line 23), which, as there in FIG. 2 illustrated, approximately flush with the surface of the wing 2 completes.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to provide a Nutver gleichprofil which avoids the aforementioned disadvantages, that is, in particular to provide a secure slot closure with a non-disruptive and harmonious visual appearance.
- the slot closure profile according to the invention can be easily and automatically mounted in the intended groove of the frame profile.
- the invention achieves this object with regard to the device by the subject matter of claim 1.
- the Nutver gleichprofil consists of two components, which consist of plastic and have two different material properties.
- they can be materially connected to one another.
- the invention divides the groove profile into different function carriers. This makes it possible in a simple manner to provide an advantageous geometry for each of the function carrier. Furthermore, the groove profile can be optimally designed so that it can be easily, continuously and automatically assembled and easily disassembled.
- the slot closure profile according to the invention preferably has a shoulder region which engages under the slot opening, thus expanding in the slot base widening in relation to the slot opening and, moreover, being made of a soft and elastic plastic and ensuring a secure slot closure.
- the head part of the slot closure profile is made of a harder and made solid first plastic, which is advantageously identical to the material of the frame profile or this is similar in its properties, so that a uniform visual and haptic effect in the interaction of the Nutver gleichprofils with the frame profile for the viewer is recognizable.
- the slot closure profile according to the invention also has a relatively softer foot part, which can assume a spring function by selecting a softer, in particular elastic second plastic, relative to the first plastic and thus suppresses the shoulder area in relation to the groove base.
- the foot part due to its elasticity is able to compensate for manufacturing tolerances of the groove and in particular the groove depth.
- the cohesive connection of the two different materials of the slot closure profile can be carried out particularly efficiently by co-extrusion. Due to the shaping according to the invention in conjunction with the material properties of the functional areas according to the invention, the groove closure profile can be mounted simply by pressing vertically from above into a groove provided for it and just as easily disassemble, if in the groove. a fitting is to be determined.
- head and foot consist respectively of PVC with different degrees of hardness.
- the headboard is therefore advantageously made of hard PVC with a hardness of 80 Shore and the foot advantageously made of a soft PVC with a hardness of 60 Shore.
- the shrinkage behavior of a Nutver gleichprofils from such a material pairing is considerably lower compared to a NutverBankprofil only made of soft PVC.
- the headboard made of hard PVC stabilizes in this case the slot closure profile during assembly of the slot closure profile in a frame profile.
- FIG. 7 is a preferred construction of a Nutver gleichprofils invention shown schematically.
- grooves 2 are formed in a frame profile 1 for doors and windows, which is made of a relatively hard and rigid plastic by extrusion.
- the grooves 2 serve u.a. for receiving fitting parts, which serve for example for locking the window frame or for the introduction of seals.
- the groove geometry is T-shaped, so that the groove 2 in its extension in the depth direction two zones 3, 4, which have a relation to the groove cross-section different width, both zones are arranged symmetrically to the imaginary center line of the groove 2 here.
- the groove base 4 is wider than the groove opening 3.
- the groove opening 3 may be formed so that it narrows towards the outside, so that the walls 5 of the groove opening 3 are preferably made conical and form a mounting slope. In principle, however, other basic geometries of the slot opening 3, such as circular arcs conceivable.
- a NutverParkprofil 6 is provided for the closure of the groove 2 in the areas of the frame profile 1, in which the groove 2 does not have to accommodate functional components and thus protect the groove 2 from contamination and to ensure a more harmonious visual impression of the frame profile 1.
- the NutverInstitut 6 has a head portion 7, whose width b corresponds to the width B of the groove opening 3 to be closed in the frame section 1 or smaller than the slot opening 3 and is made of plastic whose properties to the plastic from which the frame profile 1 is made similar or identical, which is so relatively hard and solid.
- the preferred production of the head part 7 of the material of the frame profile 1 meets the requirement of a harmonious visual impression of the Nutver gleichprofils 6.
- the edges of the head part 7 are chamfered for mounting the NutverBankprofils 6 by simply pushing in the groove opening 3 of the frame profile 1.
- a soft component 9 of the slot closure profile 6 adjoins the head part 7 in the direction of the groove bottom 4 of the frame profile 1.
- the soft component 9 is connected to the head part 7, a preferably and particularly advantageous and easily produced by co-extrusion, cohesive connection.
- Soft component means that this component is preferably made of a softer plastic than the head part, which consists of a comparatively harder plastic.
- the soft component 9 preferably has a snap-hook function. This is preferably realized by an upper shoulder 10.
- the shoulder 10 In the unmounted state, the shoulder 10 has a cross-section which, in the case of an upwardly narrowing groove opening 3, has at least the width of the lower groove opening 3. With a constant width of the groove opening 3, the shoulder 10 is wider than the groove opening 3 is formed.
- the snap hook function is further enhanced by the choice of a relatively soft material from the group of thermoplastics, e.g. PVC-P guaranteed for the soft component 9 of the Nutver gleichprofils 6.
- PVC-P thermoplastics
- the soft component 9 preferably forms a spring element 12 in the region of the lower groove bottom 4. This in turn preferably presses in the assembled state of the slot closure profile 6, the shoulder 10 from below against the slot opening 3, such that it compensates for the manufacturing tolerances of the groove 2 and thereby ensures the slot closure.
- FIG. 9 shows a variant of the invention Nutver gleichprofils 6 in the assembled state.
- the visible surface 13 of the head part 7 runs flush with the upper edge of the slot opening 3 and thus forms a transition-free, visually appealing optics.
- the head part 7 is formed relatively flat, so that the smallest possible moment of area second order with respect to a deformation plane which is perpendicular to the main symmetry of the Nutver gleichprofils 6 results for the head part 7 and thereby the Nutver gleichprofil 6 can be wound without difficulty.
- the height h of the head part 7 is 0.8 to 1.5 mm, preferably 1.2 mm.
- the head part 7 preferably and then advantageously has bevelled edges 8, which facilitate assembly by inserting the Nutver gleichprofils 6 from above into the groove 2.
- the shoulder 10 of the soft component 9 of the NutverBankprofils 6 is rounded towards the slot opening 3, wherein the width of the shoulder is dimensioned so that the shoulder 10 is supported in the assembled state of the NutverBankprofils 6 from below against the slot opening 3.
- the tapering part 11 of the soft component 9 is realized by two adjoining the outer ends of the shoulder 10 leg 14, which taper in the direction of groove base 4.
- the tapered portion 11 is bounded by a parallel to the upper part of the shoulder 10 extending web 15 in the direction of groove base 4, so that between the shoulder 10, legs 14 and web 15, a hollow chamber 16 is formed.
- the tapered part 11 acquires a relatively higher rigidity in comparison to the legs 14 which continue to run in the direction of the groove base 4 and terminate freely in the groove base 4, thus forming the spring element 12.
- FIG. 10 shows the formation of the head part 7 at a slot opening 3 with parallel walls 5.
- the head part 7 in this case has a width b which is smaller than or equal to the width B of the slot opening 3.
- FIG. 11 shows an inventive variant of the Nutver gleichprofils 6, in which the edges 8 of the head part 7 for mounting the Nutver gleichprofils 6 by simply pushing in the groove opening 3 of the frame profile 1 are chamfered. This results in a head part 7 whose upper width b is slightly wider than the lower part of the groove opening 3.
- FIG. 6 schematically, the Nutver gleichprofil invention 6 is shown wound on a coil 17, ready for mounting in a continuous in-line method in a process step after the extrusion of the frame profile.
- NutverBankprofil 6 are also produced in a parallel extruder, so that the process step of winding in the case is then eliminated.
- FIG. 8 shows the inventive, continuous in-line mounting of the Nutver gleichprofils 6.
- the exited from an extruder frame profile 1 is guided under a stationary during assembly of the Nutver gleichprofils 6 pinch roller 18 along.
- the Nutver gleichprofil 6 is thereby pressed continuously by the pinch roller 18 in the groove 2 to be closed and thereby unwound from the spool 17 (not shown), or provided by a parallel extruder, where it is supported and guided by appropriate means 19 ,
- the pinch roller 18 can be moved away from the surface of the frame profile 1 at the beginning of mounting the Nutver gleichprofils 6 in order to facilitate a simple, manually or automatically vortexdes threading the NutverBankprofils 6 in the groove 2 of the frame profile 1.
- the equipped with the Nutver gleichprofil 6 frame profile 1 can now be cut to the required size and equipped with corner connectors, fittings and seals (not shown) to finally with several so prepared frame profiles to complete window frame (not shown) to be assembled.
- the slot closure profile 6 can be easily dismantled locally from the frame profile 1 and severed with conventional manual cutting tools. This can be in an advantageous quick and easy way custom-fit gaps in the Nutver gleichprofil 6 for receiving Functional components are created. This manufacturing step can also be automated with economically justifiable expense, so that the mounting principle of the slot closure profile 6 can be used vertically from above into the groove 2 and the equally simple disassembly possibility of the slot closure profile 6 in a particularly advantageous manner.
- FIGS. 12 and 13 show a concrete embodiment of a Nutver gleichprofils invention 6 and thus to be closed groove 2 of the frame profile. 1
- FIG. 13 a T-slot 2 of a frame profile with tapered walls 5 is shown in the region of the slot opening 3, which each form a mounting bevel and which is to be closed by a Nutver gleichprofil 6 according to the invention.
- the to in FIG. 13 shown groove 2 corresponding and in FIG. 12 shown Nutver gleichprofil 6 has a diamond-shaped base cross-section.
- the Nutver gleichprofil 6 has a head portion 7, whose width b corresponds to the width B of the slot opening 3 to be closed in the frame section 1 or smaller than the width B of the slot opening 3 and is made of a relatively hard and solid plastic.
- the edges 8 of the head part 7 are bevelled for mounting the Nutver gleichprofils 6 by simply pushing it into the groove opening 3 of the frame profile 1.
- the soft component 9 of the slot closure profile adjoins the head part 7 in the direction of the groove bottom 4 of the frame profile 1.
- the soft component 9 is connected to the head part 7, preferably by co-extrusion, cohesive Connection.
- a relatively soft material from the group of thermoplastics -such as PVC-P- is chosen. This ensures that the shoulder 10 can accommodate the necessary deformation work when inserting the Nutver gleichprofils 6 in the groove 2 molecularly.
- the soft component 9 has a shoulder 10.
- the shoulder 10 has, in the unmounted state, a cross section which has at least the width of the slot opening 3.
- the shoulder 10 can thus be supported in the mounted position of the NutverBankprofils 6 from below against the slot opening 3. This results in a snap hook function of the shoulder 10, so that the shoulder secures the NutverBankprofil 6 against accidental release.
- the web 15 in this case has a basic geometry in the form of a circular arc section, the circular arc pointing in the direction of the slot opening 3. Due to the design of the web in the form of a circular arc portion, the deformation direction of the web 15 is given in an advantageous manner, so that the web 15 in the deformation of the shoulder 10 during the assembly process can not buckle in the direction groove base 4 and thereby the elasticity properties of the entire soft component 9 of the Nutver gleichprofils 6 are adversely affected and thus the benefits of automated in-line mountability of the NutverBankprofils 6 are no longer or only partially available.
- the two legs 14 continue to run in the direction of groove bottom 4.
- the free ends in the groove base 4 legs 14 form the spring element 12th
- FIG. 14 is a frame profile 1 with a Nutver gleichprofil 6 after in Fig. 1 Prior art shown that is laminated with a plastic film 20 in order to further improve the visual impression of the frame profile.
- the result is a visually uneasy surface impression alone.
- the cavities 21 are potential defects at which the lamination can be damaged over a large area, so that the desired improvement of the visual impression of the frame profile is counteracted by the laminated plastic film.
- FIG. 15 shows a frame profile 1, in which an inventive Nutver gleichprofil 6 is used and which is also laminated with a plastic film 20. Due to the better, with respect to the frame profile 1 flush seat of the Nutver gleichprofils 6, in particular the head portion 7 of the NutverBankprofils results in up to 30% enlarged Kaschier Chemistry, so that the defect initial to the in Fig. 14 illustrated prior art are significantly reduced.

Description
The invention relates to a frame profile made of plastic for windows or doors with a Nutverschlussprofil for closing grooves in the frame profile according to the preamble of
Different plastic profiles for doors or windows as glare or sash profiles are well known. Such profiles have grooves that serve for receiving fittings, for anchoring sealing strips and for defining connection profiles. These grooves are closed for visual reasons and to avoid contamination of the grooves. The closure of the grooves must be easy to remove given further processing of the frame profiles.
A disadvantage of this design is that the introduction of the slot closure is not process reliable represented. Another disadvantage arises in the further processing of the frame profile, if the slot closure, e.g. must be removed for mounting hardware parts.
A disadvantage of this design, however, are their optical properties. Neither in the haptic nor in the optical properties of these agree with the Surface properties of the plastic frame profile match, which is usually made of a relatively hard and solid plastic, such as PVC. This creates a restless visual impression.
A disadvantage of these embodiments is that the tolerances of the groove opening can not be optimally compensated by the lack of elasticity of the material used for this Nutverschlussprofile, so that such groove profiles are not optimally seated in the groove, which is visually and functionally disadvantageous.
A disadvantage of this embodiment is the complicated assembly of the slot closure profile, since the profile must be threaded in a twisted position in the slot opening, in order to then have to be rotated in its intended position, so that a secure slot closure with undercut the slot opening is ensured. This type of installation of the Nutverschlussprofils is not feasible in a continuous process and can not be automated or only with considerable effort.
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a Nutverschlussprofil which avoids the aforementioned disadvantages, that is, in particular to provide a secure slot closure with a non-disruptive and harmonious visual appearance. With a corresponding assembly method, the slot closure profile according to the invention can be easily and automatically mounted in the intended groove of the frame profile.
The invention achieves this object with regard to the device by the subject matter of
According to
According to a further advantageous embodiment, they can be materially connected to one another.
The ease of mounting is given by the fact that the slot closure profile in the in-line method after extruding a frame profile made of plastic for windows or doors in a designated groove in the frame profile is vertically advantageous from above and preferably continuously mounted.
The invention divides the groove profile into different function carriers. This makes it possible in a simple manner to provide an advantageous geometry for each of the function carrier. Furthermore, the groove profile can be optimally designed so that it can be easily, continuously and automatically assembled and easily disassembled.
The slot closure profile according to the invention preferably has a shoulder region which engages under the slot opening, thus expanding in the slot base widening in relation to the slot opening and, moreover, being made of a soft and elastic plastic and ensuring a secure slot closure. In order to make the visual properties of the slot closure positively compared to the frame profile, the head part of the slot closure profile is made of a harder and made solid first plastic, which is advantageously identical to the material of the frame profile or this is similar in its properties, so that a uniform visual and haptic effect in the interaction of the Nutverschlussprofils with the frame profile for the viewer is recognizable.
The slot closure profile according to the invention also has a relatively softer foot part, which can assume a spring function by selecting a softer, in particular elastic second plastic, relative to the first plastic and thus suppresses the shoulder area in relation to the groove base. In addition, the foot part due to its elasticity is able to compensate for manufacturing tolerances of the groove and in particular the groove depth.
The cohesive connection of the two different materials of the slot closure profile can be carried out particularly efficiently by co-extrusion. Due to the shaping according to the invention in conjunction with the material properties of the functional areas according to the invention, the groove closure profile can be mounted simply by pressing vertically from above into a groove provided for it and just as easily disassemble, if in the groove. a fitting is to be determined.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention head and foot consist respectively of PVC with different degrees of hardness. The headboard is therefore advantageously made of hard PVC with a hardness of 80 Shore and the foot advantageously made of a soft PVC with a hardness of 60 Shore. The shrinkage behavior of a Nutverschlussprofils from such a material pairing is considerably lower compared to a Nutverschlussprofil only made of soft PVC.
The headboard made of hard PVC stabilizes in this case the slot closure profile during assembly of the slot closure profile in a frame profile. As a result, a continuously running assembly process-such as, for example, to be realized by a pressure roller-can be reliably controlled, since there are no stretching or printing problems during the assembly process.
Further advantageous embodiments of the slot closure profile can be found in the dependent claims.

In a
The groove geometry is T-shaped, so that the
For the closure of the
The
In addition, the preferred production of the
Soft component means that this component is preferably made of a softer plastic than the head part, which consists of a comparatively harder plastic.
The
The snap hook function is further enhanced by the choice of a relatively soft material from the group of thermoplastics, e.g. PVC-P guaranteed for the
At the
Finally, the
The
The
The tapering
As a result of this configuration, the
As a result, an optical gap between the

Alternatively, in place of the wound on a
The
The equipped with the
If instead of the slot closure profile 6 a corresponding functional component for the window frame is mounted in the
By flush with the

The
