Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif (1) qui, une fois monté sur un meuble (3), déplace un élément de meuble (2) guidé mobile sur le meuble (3) hors d'une position fermée dans une direction d'ouverture de l'élément de meuble (2), ledit dispositif comprenant un accumulateur de force (5) et un élément d'ouverture (8) monté mobile qui, après un déverrouillage réalisé en déplaçant l'élément de meuble (2) dans une direction de fermeture et en appuyant l'élément de meuble (2) contre une section de déverrouillage (16a, 41) du dispositif (1), peut être amené à quitter une position d'attente verrouillée sous l'action de l'accumulateur de force (5), une section de contact (10) de l'élément d'ouverture (8) en contact avec l'élément de meuble (2) ouvrant ainsi ce dernier, le dispositif (1) étant conçu de telle façon que, lors de l'ouverture de l'élément de meuble (2), le contact entre la section de contact (10) de l'élément d'ouverture (8) et l'élément de meuble (2) est interrompu avant que l'élément de meuble (2) n'ait atteint une position totalement ouverte, et de telle façon que l'élément d'ouverture (8) se trouve dans la position d'attente pour une prochaine opération d'ouverture de l'élément de meuble (2), caractérisé en ce qu'un élément d'appui (35) qui peut être déplacé est présent sur l'élément d'ouverture pivotant (8), lequel élément d'appui peut être amené par des moyens de déplacement, en fonction du mouvement de l'élément d'ouverture (8), à quitter une position de base dans laquelle l'élément d'appui (35) est rentré et ne peut venir en contact avec l'élément de meuble (2), d'une manière telle que, lors d'un mouvement de fermeture de l'élément de meuble guidé mobile (2) et l'enfoncement simultané de l'élément d'ouverture (8), pour le cas où l'élément d'ouverture (8) n'aurait pas été amené dans la position d'attente, l'élément d'appui (35) retient l'élément de meuble (2) tant que, lors de cette opération, l'élément de meuble (2) dans une position de fermeture maximale possible n'atteint pas la section de déverrouillage (16a, 41), les moyens de déplacement comprenant un élément de commande qui est monté dans l'élément d'ouverture (8) de telle manière que la position de l'élément de commande par rapport à l'élément d'appui (35) et de ce fait la position de l'élément d'appui (35) dépendent d'une position de pivotement de l'élément d'ouverture (8), et l'élément de commande comprenant un élément de traction (37) dont l'extrémité est fixée à un élément de retenue (38), l'élément de retenue (38) se déplaçant dans une coulisse (38a) qui est formée sur l'élément d'ouverture (8).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de déplacement sont formés de telle manière qu'après que la pièce de meuble (2) a atteint la position de fermeture maximale possible et que la pression exercée dessus a cessé, l'élément d'appui (35) retourne dans sa position de base.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une extrémité (39) de l'élément de traction (37) opposée à l'extrémité guidée dans la coulisse agit sur le mouvement de l'élément d'appui (35).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de traction (37) est élastique.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui (35) coopère avec l'élément de traction (37) de telle manière que l'extrémité (39) de l'élément de traction (37) agissant sur l'élément d'appui (35) est coincée par l'élément d'appui (35) dans sa position contre l'élément d'appui (35) lorsqu'un élément d'ouverture (8) a quitté sa position d'attente et que la partie de meuble (2) est appuyée contre l'élément d'ouverture (8).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de traction (37) est guidé dans un canal (40).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui (35) est un levier basculant dont la position de basculement est déterminée par l'élément de commande (37).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la coulisse (38a) sur l'élément d'ouverture (8) se déplace le long de l'élément de retenue (38).
  9. Meuble muni d'un dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
