Description

The invention relates to a tongue for a shoe according to the preamble of patent claim 1 and a shoe according to the preamble of patent claim 6.

A tongue is a well-known part of a shoe that closes the shoe forward of the forefoot and instep of a wearer. Moreover, in some shoes, especially sports shoes, the tongue is part of a lacing system wherein a certain, usually central and / or upper part of the tongue is associated with a closure system of the shoe. Such a Schnür-, respectively clamping system for a shoe is for example in the DE 601 06 816 described, wherein the local tongue has in its upper portion a pocket with openings through which extend the local laces and in which a Schnürsenkelblockierelement can be accommodated. A disadvantage of the in the DE 601 06 816 However, the system described is the fact that the free, to be taken by a user during a tightening or closing of the shoe, respectively the lace, the lace of the lace, which is formed there loop-shaped, after blocking the local lace in a closed position relatively long is and is stowed in the same bag, as the local blocking element for the shoe lace, so that the local bag on the one hand must be made quite large and on the other hand at inserting the protruding shoelace into the pocket there is a risk to solve the blocking element again, so that loosens the lacing of the shoe there. In addition, there is also the risk that when a deliberate or unwanted pulling out of the protruding laces the local blocking element is also pulled out of the bag and possibly dissolves unintentionally.

The object of the invention is to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks and to provide a tongue for a shoe and a shoe, which has an improved locking system and moreover ensures safe storage of a protruding locking means, such as a shoe lace.

This object is achieved by a tongue for a shoe according to claim 1 and by a shoe equipped with such a tongue according to claim 6.

In particular, the object is achieved by a tongue for a shoe, in particular sports shoe, with at least one closure means feedthrough arranged on the outside in an upper region of the tongue when using the shoe and a pocket, in particular closure means receiving pocket, arranged on the back side of the closure means feedthrough in the direction of a user.

An essential point of the invention is that the tongue has at least one closure means passageway disposed on the outside in an upper region of the tongue when the shoe is in use, through which closure means such as laces can extend, while the closure means passageway, ie, in the direction of the backside a user, on the tongue or in the tongue a closure means receiving pocket is provided, in which an excess closure means, such as one or more of the aforementioned laces can be accommodated. In this way, it is possible according to the invention, a blocking system, which serves to fix a closure means, such as a shoe lace, to accommodate in the upper region of the tongue or in the Verschlußmitteldurchurchführung while separated therefrom in a arranged between closure means bushing and wearer of the shoe bag projecting and / or excess closure means, such as the aforementioned laces, can be accommodated, so that a mutual influence of blocking system and Closing means is not to be feared, so that an accidental opening of the blocking system by excess closure means in a stowing the same or one out of the bag fetching closure means is no longer to be feared.

According to a particular embodiment of the invention, the closure means bushing is formed as a loop through which at least one closure means, preferably at least one band or at least one lace, is guided. This loop according to the invention may be formed either as a cable or a loop loop, as required, but also a large-scale pocket-shaped loop falls within the scope of the invention, for example, flat on the front upper portion of the tongue with possible lateral attachment points or seams, Rivets or gluing is appropriate.

Furthermore, the loop according to the invention is elastic and optionally designed for receiving and / or holding a blocking system, in particular a clamping device for the closure means, wherein the blocking system can be held and fixed in a rope or band-shaped loop, but also completely in a pocket-shaped loop can be accommodated. It should be noted at this point that the blocking system can either be formed as an integral part of the pocket-shaped loop and firmly integrated into this, or alternatively can be inserted into this pocket and removable from this.

Further, the invention provides that the loop may have a, in particular slot-shaped, recess which serves for receiving, in particular for the positive reception and mounting of the blocking system. In this way, the blocking system can be safely accommodated on or in the loop, namely in the slot-shaped recess provided for the loop and on the other hand easily and conveniently accessible for handling to tighten or close the shoe and to release the closure means.

According to a further embodiment of the invention, the closure means receiving pocket and / or the closure means passage is integrally formed with the tongue, so that both the closure means receiving pocket and / or the closure means passage are completely housed in the tongue and thus not or only slightly increase the thickness of the tongue. Alternatively, it may be provided that the closure means bushing is attached to an upper portion of the tongue and sewn thereto, glued, riveted or welded. In addition, can Also, the closure means receiving pocket sewn on an existing, finished tongue or otherwise attached or attached in the course of making a tongue to this and connected to this, in particular sewn or glued, riveted or welded.

In addition, the object of the invention is achieved by a shoe having a tongue according to the aforementioned embodiments.

In the following description, the same reference numerals are used for the same and like parts.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of a closure means bushing 20 according to the invention, through which a closure means 40 extends in the form of a loop-shaped run lace 40 therethrough. The closure means passage 20 is formed as a pocket-shaped loop, in which a blocking system 50 is housed, through which in turn extend the laces 40 therethrough. Furthermore, it is off Fig. 1 recognizable that the back of the closure means feedthrough 20 a closure means receiving pocket 30 is arranged, in which protruding, respectively excess closure means 40 is housed. Again on the back of the closure means receiving pocket 30, a tongue may be arranged, to which the in Fig. 1 can be sewn schematically illustrated device. Alternatively, it is also possible to use the in Fig. 1 shown device directly into a tongue 10 (in Fig. 1 not shown).

The FIGS. 2 and 3 each show a schematic representation of a tongue according to the invention, wherein in the in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 the closure means bushing 20 is formed in each case as a pocket-shaped loop, each having a recess 60 in which a respective blocking system 50 can be positively fixed when the closure means 40 is tensioned and held by the blocking system 50. Furthermore, in Fig. 2 shown as the closure means 40 extends through the blocking system 50 and through the closure means bushing 20 and there extends out of a "buttonhole" referred to as Buttonhole out and is shown as an annularly extending shoelace.

In Fig. 2 is the recess 60, which is located in the closure means passage 20, not yet occupied by the blocking system 50, while in Fig. 3 the blocking system 50 is held in a form-fitting manner in the recess 60 of the closure means passage 20. In addition, in Fig. 3 illustrated how the closure means 40 is housed in a rear side of the closure means feedthrough 20 arranged closure means receiving pocket 30. The free ends of the closure means 40 extend into the FIGS. 2 and 3 as well as in Fig. 1 towards the lacing system of an associated shoe.

The FIGS. 4 to 7 show the way in which a tongue 10 according to the invention is arranged in a shoe according to the invention and in which way the closure means 40 forms the lacing system of the shoe and extends through the closure means passage 20 therethrough. In the closure means passage 20, which according to the FIGS. 4 to 7 is formed as a pocket-shaped loop, which has no recess 60 in the present case, the blocking system 50, through which the closure means 40 can fix, housed, the blocking system 50 from below, ie coming from the lacing system of the shoe in the pocket-shaped loop the closure means feedthrough is inserted, wherein the closure means 40 at the top of the elastic pocket-shaped loop extends out. This elastic Verschiußmittetdurchführung 20 is arranged on the head side of the tongue 10 and formed so that the closure means 40 on the one hand is guided in a simple manner, while the blocking system 50 can be held in the recess 60 after a tightening of the closure means 40, wherein the recess 60 is dimensioned and in particular, is so wide that it can accommodate the blocking system 50, but is not so wide that a support of the blocking system 50 would not be possible safely.

The closure means receiving pocket 30 is in turn formed so that the closure means 40, which extends towards the top of the tongue 10 from the blocking system 50 through the aforementioned "buttonhole" of the closure means passage 20, can be easily and safely accommodated, so that an excess closure means, especially laces, not hanging around untidily outside the shoe.

Fig. 8 11 shows an enlarged view of an upper region of the tongue 10 of a shoe according to the invention with a closure means feed-through 20, which is pocket-shaped and designed to receive a blocking system 50. The detailed representation in Fig. 8 shows a shoe from a front view, so that the closure means 40 back into the closure means receiving pocket 30 (in Fig. 8 not visible). This closure means receiving pocket 30 is in Fig. 9 easily recognizable, whereby Fig. 9 represents how the closure means 40, which extends out of the "buttonhole", can be accommodated.

Thus, the tongue according to the invention advantageously on a double-pocket system, which is provided on the one hand for fixing or blocking a closure means, namely preferably a lace, which extends through a pocket-shaped loop and the supernatant then in a closure means receiving pocket, which in frontal view of the tongue is arranged behind the closure means bushing 20, can be stowed.

It should be noted at this point that all the above-described parts are considered to be alone and in every combination, in particular the details shown in the drawings, claimed as essential to the invention. Variations thereof are familiar to the person skilled in the art.
