  • the other two profiles 300 (2) intended to be fixed on the side edge walls are devoid of return because they are not intended to contain lighting modules. They are also crossed in the middle of a passage to insert the lighting modules in the central support section 300.
  • the central support section 300 is identical to the other profiles 300 described above. On the Fig. 22 it is fixed by means of screws V passing through its central core 310, in a U-section reinforcement section 302 of the frame 200 (1) .
  • the lighting modules 400 are powered via connectors 500 (3) and 500 (4) when they have been fully inserted into their corresponding support profiles.
  • Each connector is fixed in the chassis via an electrical insulator.

  • the connector 500 (3) is designed to connect two 400 central lighting modules held in a T-section while the connectors 500 (4) are designed to connect the lighting modules 400 arranged on the longitudinal edge walls of the frame of the luminaire, being held in L-shaped sections.
  • the connector 500 (3) is constituted by a plurality of jumper-shaped electrical contacts having, in end view, a U-shaped geometry, comprising an intermediate fixing part in the chassis, extended from one end of two contacts 504. Each electrical contact has two wings delimited by a fold forming a clean line of electrical contact on a corresponding contact zone 440.
  • Three jumpers constitute the connector 500 (3) on this Fig. 21 .
  • One of the jumpers is mounted astride the four end-to-end ends of two parallel pairs of lighting modules 400 so as to contact polarity contact zones to electrically connect the two modules while the other two jumpers overlap. respectively contact areas of another polarity of the four lighting modules.
  • the connector 500 (4) consists of a plurality of jumper-shaped electrical contacts, having an L-shaped geometry in the end view, including an intermediate fixing portion in the chassis, extended by an electrical contact 504. Each electrical contact has two wings delimited by a fold forming a clean line of electrical contact on a corresponding contact zone 440. Three jumpers constitute the connector 500 (4) on this Fig. 21 . One of the jumpers is mounted in contact with the two end-to-end ends of two lighting modules so as to contact polarity contact zones to electrically connect the two modules while the other two jumpers are brought into contact. respectively on contact areas of another polarity of the two lighting modules.
  • the lighting modules 400 are threaded into their corresponding supports 300 (2) and 300 until their contact zones 440 are brought into contact with the electrical contacts 504 of the connectors 500 (3) and 500 (4) .

  • the lighting module 400 which is presented is positioned parallel to the upper wall 210 of the frame 200 (1) of the luminaire 100, being disposed in a profile 300, so that it illuminates perpendicular to the plane of said wall higher.
  • the profile 300 is positioned towards the middle of the frame 200 (1) .
  • a transparent optical prism PO forming an optical refractive means is placed under the lighting module 400 so that it can refract the light it emits towards two diffusers 800 arranged on either side of the prism PO , as suggested by the two arrows F1 and F2.

  • At least one module 400 disposed in a profile 300, laterally illuminates each diffuser, allowing the luminaire in operation to illuminate in two opposite directions through its two main faces, as shown by the two arrows F5 and F6.
  • Such a luminaire can be used in a vertical wall wall to illuminate both sides of the wall. It is still possible to design a suspended luminaire diffusing downward a direct light and upwards an indirectly reflected light, for example by a ceiling. It may be interesting then to adjust the power of direct or indirect lighting to provide the user with comfort adapted to his needs.
  • the two luminaires 100 (1) presented are suspended from a ceiling in replacement of a false ceiling slab which normally rests on a supporting framework. They are arranged with two of their singing walls 220 which are adjacent and which can be retained in clamps E integral with the suspension rails R of the false ceiling.
  • Each clamp E is formed of two elastic branches terminated by two return walls bent inwards and which join to clamp the two edge walls 220.
  • Bosses 222 are formed for this purpose on the inner side of the edge walls 220 so that each luminaire can be fixed by simple clipping in the clamps E.
  • the bosses 222 are offset in height and thus allow to precisely align the height of the fixture in the clamps.
  • the installation of the luminaire is particularly fast. Its disassembly can be performed using a spacer tool of the two return walls.
  • the luminaire 100 (1) can be suspended with the ability to tilt around supports held in the rails.
  • two parallel edge walls 220 of the frame 200 (1) are each provided with two retaining hooks 225 on said support.
  • the two hooks are foldable to be able to overlap said supports.
  • this support S has in section, a U-shaped geometry whose ends of the two branches are provided with folds to be fixed on a rail while its lower part is formed of two intermediate branches, one of which forms a tilting retaining means for a corresponding hook 225.
  • the mounting of a luminaire of the invention can thus easily be realized in a false ceiling.
