Claims (14)

  1. Verfahren zur Reduktion eines freie Fettsäuren in einem Papierherstellungsverfahren enthaltenden Ablagerungsmaterials, umfassend die Inkontaktbringung von Talk mit einem wässrigen Flüssigkeitsstrom in einem Papierherstellungsverfahren,
    worin der wässrige Flüssigkeitsstrom weniger als 5 Gew.-% an Feststoffen enthält und einen niedrigen Anteil an langen Fasern von weniger als 5 Gew.-% aufweist, und
    worin der Talk mit dem wässrigen Flüssigkeitsstrom in Kontakt gebracht wird nach einem Ereignis mit hoher Abscherung und der Absorbierung von Fettsäuren durch den Talk.
  2. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
    worin der wässrige Flüssigkeitsstrom einen erhöhten Ablagerungsindex aufweist und worin der erhöhte Abscheidungsindex größer als der durchschnittliche Abscheidungsindex für das Papierherstellungsverfahren ist.
  3. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 2,
    worin der Ablagerungsindex des wässrigen Flüssigkeitsstroms nach dem Schritt der Inkontaktbringung um mindestens ca. 30 % reduziert wird.
  4. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
    worin das Ablagerungsmaterial ein oder mehrere der Bestandteile Öl, Wachs, Harz, Polymermaterial, und eine Fettsäure enthaltende Zusammensetzung enthält.
  5. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
    worin der Schritt des Inkontaktbringens des Talks mit dem wässrigen Flüssigkeitsstrom einen mit Ablagerungsmaterial geladenen Talk und einen wässrigen Flüssigkeitsstrom mit abgereichertem Ablagerungsmaterial bildet, und worin der wässrige Flüssigkeitsstrom mit abgereichertem Ablagerungsmaterial zumindest ca. 10 % weniger Ablagerungsmaterial als der wässrige Flüssigkeitsstrom aufweist.
  6. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend:
    Bildung des wässrigen Flüssigkeitsstroms durch Abtrennen von Holzpulpe aus einem Holzpulpe enthaltenden wässrigen Flüssigkeitsstrom.
  7. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
    worin der Talk mit dem wässrigen Flüssigkeitsstrom an einer Stelle in Kontakt gebracht wird, an der der wässrige Flüssigkeitsstrom eine Reynolds-Zahl von mindestens ca. 2200 aufweist.
  8. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 7,
    worin der Talk in Form einer wässrigen Dispersion auftritt.
  9. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
    worin der Talk mit dem wässrigen Flüssigkeitsstrom nach einem Ereignis mit hoher Abscherung in Kontakt gebracht wird, wenn die durchschnittliche Größe der durch das Ereignis mit hoher Abscherung gebildeten kolloidalen Teilchen weniger als ca. 1 Mikron beträgt, oder
    worin der Talk mit dem wässrigen Flüssigkeitsstrom nach einem Ereignis mit hoher Abscherung in Kontakt gebracht wird, wenn die durchschnittliche Größe der durch das Ereignis mit hoher Abscherung gebildeten kolloidalen Teilchen weniger als ca. 0,5 Mikron beträgt, oder
    worin der Talk mit dem wässrigen Flüssigkeitsstrom nach einem Ereignis mit hoher Abscherung in Kontakt gebracht wird, wenn die durchschnittliche Größe der durch das Ereignis mit hoher Abscherung gebildeten kolloidalen Teilchen weniger als ca. 0,1 Mikron beträgt.
  10. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
    worin der Talk eine mittlere Teilchengröße von ca. 2 bis ca. 5 Mikron aufweist.
  11. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
    worin der wässrige Flüssigkeitsstrom weniger als ca. 2 Gew.-% an Feststoffen enthält.
  12. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
    worin der wässrige Flüssigkeitsstrom von weniger als ca. 2 Gew.-% bis ca. 0,01 Gew.-% an Feststoffen enthält.
  13. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
    worin für ca. jede 907 kg an Feststoffen in einer faserhaltigen Pulpe im Papierherstellungsverfahren von ca. 0,45 kg bis ca. 45 kg des Talks mit dem wässrigen Flüssigkeitsstrom in Kontakt gebracht werden.
  14. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
    wobei außerdem, nach dem Inkontaktbringen des Talks mit dem wässrigen Flüssigkeitsstrom der wässrige Flüssigkeitsstrom zu einem anderen Prozessabschnitt des Papierherstellungsverfahrens zirkuliert.
