Claims (15)

  1. Structure, en particulier, document sécurisé tel qu'un passeport, comprenant :
    une première couche (4) comprenant une région à opacité modifiée (40) qui est un filigrane ;
    au moins une couche supplémentaire (30 ; 6 ; 9) fixe par rapport à la première couche (4) ; et
    un agent luminescent (37) pouvant être excité par au moins une lumière ultraviolette et une lumière infrarouge, positionné par rapport à ladite au moins une couche supplémentaire et à la première couche de sorte que, lors de l'excitation de l'agent luminescent, la lumière produite par l'agent luminescent se propage à travers la première couche de manière à devenir observable et à rendre les caractéristiques de la région à opacité modifiée apparentes,
    dans laquelle la région à opacité modifiée n'est pas visible à la lumière ambiante transmise à partir de n'importe quel côté de la structure, caractérisée en ce que la première couche comprend un matériau fibreux.
  2. Structure selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la région à opacité modifiée est une région à opacité réduite.
  3. Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'agent luminescent est disposé sur une bande de sécurité (45) ayant une aire de surface inférieure à une aire de surface de ladite au moins une couche supplémentaire.
  4. Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un dispositif électronique (17) au moins partiellement disposé dans ladite au moins une couche supplémentaire.
  5. Structure selon les revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le filigrane est un filigrane pâle avec des évidements sur le côté de la première couche faisant face à ladite au moins une couche supplémentaire.
  6. Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le matériau fibreux est du papier.
  7. Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la région à opacité modifiée n'est visible à l'oeil nu que pendant les périodes d'excitation de l'agent luminescent, dans laquelle la lumière d'excitation se propage à travers la région à opacité modifiée.
  8. Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la première couche et ladite au moins une couche supplémentaire sont liées de sorte qu'une tentative de décollage résulte en un endommagement de la région à opacité modifiée.
  9. Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'agent luminescent comprend au moins l'une d'une encre luminescente, d'une fibre luminescente, d'un pigment luminescent et d'un liant luminescent.
  10. Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ladite au moins une couche supplémentaire comprend une deuxième couche et une couche intermédiaire, l'agent luminescent étant disposé soit directement sur la couche intermédiaire, soit dans le matériau de la couche intermédiaire.
  11. Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle un adhésif utilisé pour lier la première couche et ladite au moins une couche supplémentaire comprend l'agent luminescent.
  12. Structure selon les revendications 4 et 9, dans laquelle le dispositif électronique est au moins partiellement disposé dans la deuxième couche.
  13. Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la structure est un passeport, le passeport comprenant une couverture de passeport dont la première couche et au moins une couche supplémentaire font partie.
  14. Structure selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle la première couche de matériau comprend l'une de la première page et de la dernière page de la couverture du passeport.
  15. Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ladite au moins une couche supplémentaire comprend une couche opaque.
