Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de réalisation d'une pièce d'horlogerie composite comprenant une première couche métallique et une deuxième couche à base de silicium, comportant les étapes suivantes :
A. réaliser une première pièce définissant au moins une partie de la première couche métallique,
B. réaliser une deuxième pièce définissant la deuxième couche à base de silicium,
C. assembler la pièce composite en effectuant les étapes suivantes :
a. positionner respectivement les première et deuxième pièces de manière à mettre en contact ladite au moins une partie de la première couche métallique et la deuxième couche à base de silicium,
b. souder les première et deuxième pièces ensemble en appliquant une pression et/ou une température permettant une soudure par thermo-compression ou intermétallique par fusion et la création de liaison entre les première et deuxième pièces,
c. libérer la pièce composite en éliminant le premier substrat.
The present invention relates to a method for producing a composite timepiece comprising a first metal layer and a second silicon-based layer, comprising the following steps:

B. making a second part defining the second silicon-based layer,
C. assemble the composite part by performing the following steps:
at. positioning the first and second parts, respectively, so as to bring said at least a portion of the first metal layer into contact with the second silicon-based layer,
b. welding the first and second parts together by applying a pressure and / or a temperature permitting a thermo-compression or intermetallic fusion bonding and bonding between the first and second parts,
vs. to release the composite part by eliminating the first substrate.
