Abstract
Vorgestellt wird ein Verfahren zur Anordnung von Overhead-Elementen einer Projektionslinse eines Kraftfahrzeug-Projektionsscheinwerfers, wobei die Overhead-Elemente (34) dazu eingerichtet sind, Licht in einen über der Hell-Dunkel-Grenze liegenden Overhead-Bereich der Lichtverteilung des Scheinwerfers zu richten. Das Verfahren zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass in einem ersten Schritt Teilbereiche (54,56,58) der Grenzfläche (26) definiert werden, dass in einem zweiten Schritt Overhead-Elemente (34) definiert werden, die in den im ersten Schritt definierten Teilbereichen angeordnet sind, dass eine aus den simulierten Overhead-Elementen resultierende Overhead-Beleuchtung simuliert wird, wobei die Simulation der definierten Overhead-Elemente dazu verwendet wird, eine Zahl und/oder Form der definierten Overhead-Elemente iterativ so zu verändern, dass die simulierte Overhead-Beleuchtung vorbestimmten Bedingungen genügt. Ein unabhängiger Anspruch richtet sich auf einen mit solchen Overhead-Elementen ausgestatteten Scheinwerfer. Disclosed is a method for the arrangement of overhead elements of a projection lens of a motor vehicle projection headlamp, wherein the overhead elements (34) are adapted to direct light in a light-dark overlying the overhead range of the light distribution of the headlamp. The method is characterized in that, in a first step, subareas (54, 56, 58) of the boundary surface (26) are defined, that in a second step, overhead elements (34) are defined, which are in the subareas defined in the first step arranged to simulate an overhead illumination resulting from the simulated overhead elements, wherein the simulation of the defined overhead elements is used to iteratively change a number and / or shape of the defined overhead elements such that the simulated overhead Lighting predetermined conditions is sufficient.
