Further using tapered keys of the above type provides a better transverse alignment of the guide blade carrier or stationary blade ring with respect to the inner casing.
  • each of the keys 13a and 13b includes a transverse arm 15a and 15b which is supported over a respective transverse surface 12a and 12b on the inner casing.
  • the keys 13a and 13b are inserted to the required extent to obtain the necessary clearance.
  • a pair of shims 16a,16b are inserted into the resultant vertical gaps 18a and 18b between the transverse arms 15a,15b and the surfaces 12a,12b after the fitment of the keys.
  • the shims 16a and 16b are fastened by bolts 17a and 18b, to provide fastening in the vertical direction Z-Z.
  • the vertical gaps 18a and 18b may vary in thickness from assembly to assembly. Accordingly, shims of a required thickness may be inserted into these gaps to provide vertical adjustment to the assembly. Such a practice is less time consuming and more economical than the process of machining the surface of the flat keys for each assembly.

Claims (6)

  1. Dampfturbinenanordnung (1), die Folgendes umfasst:
    - ein Innengehäuse (3), das um eine longitudinale Rotorachse (4) angeordnet ist,
    - einen Leitschaufelträger oder stationären Schaufelring (5), der in dem Innengehäuse (3) in Umfangsrichtung um die Rotorachse (4) angeordnet ist, wobei der Leitschaufelträger oder stationäre Schaufelring (5) einen radial auswärts gerichteten Arm (10) aufweist, der zwischen einem Paar in Querrichtung getrennter Unterstützungsoberflächen (11a, 11b) des Innengehäuses (3) unterstützt ist, und
    - ein Paar Keile (13a, 13b), die gleitend zwischen den radialen Arm (10) und jede der Unterstützungsflächen (11a, 11b) eingepasst sind, um den Gleitschaufelträger oder stationären Schaufelring (5) an dem Innengehäuse (3) in Querrichtung zu befestigen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Keil (13a, 13b) konisch zuläuft, so dass er zwischen dem radialen Arm (10) und der jeweiligen Unterstützungsfläche (11a, 11b) eine veränderliche Dicke besitzt,
    wobei jede der Unterstützungsflächen (11a, 11b) des Innengehäuses (3) entsprechend konisch zuläuft, um mit einer entsprechenden konisch zulaufenden Oberfläche (14a, 14b) jedes der Keile (13a, 13b) eine Grenzfläche zu bilden.
  2. Dampfturbinenanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei jeder der Keile (13a, 13b) ferner einen Querarm (15a, 15b) umfasst, der über einer entsprechenden Queroberfläche (12a, 12b) des Innengehäuses (3) unterstützt ist, und wobei in einem vertikalen Spalt (18a, 18b) zwischen dem Querarm (16a, 16b) jedes Keils (13a, 13b) und der entsprechenden Queroberfläche (12a, 12b) des Innengehäuses (3) ein Abstandshalter (16a, 16b) angeordnet ist, wobei sich der vertikale Spalt (18a, 18b) aus der gleitenden Einpassung des Keils (13a, 13b) ergibt.
  3. Dampfturbinenanordnung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei
    - das Innengehäuse (3) eine obere Hälfte des Innengehäuses und eine untere Hälfte des Innengehäuses umfasst und das Paar Unterstützungsflächen (11a, 11b) an der unteren Hälfte des Innengehäuses vorgesehen ist und
    - der Leitschaufelträger oder stationäre Schaufelring (5) eine obere Hälfte des Leitschaufelträgers oder stationären Schaufelrings und eine untere Hälfte des Leitschaufelträgers oder stationären Schaufelrings umfasst und der radiale Arm (10) an der unteren Hälfte des Leitschaufelträgers oder stationären Schaufelrings vorgesehen ist.
  4. Verfahren zum Montieren einer Dampfturbine (1), das Folgendes umfasst:
    - Anordnen eines Innengehäuses (3) um eine longitudinale Rotorachse (4),
    - Anordnen eines Leitschaufelträgers oder stationären Schaufelträgers (5) in dem Innengehäuse (3) in Umfangsrichtung um die Rotorachse (4), wobei das Anordnen des Leitschaufelträgers oder stationären Schaufelrings (5) das Positionieren eines radial nach außen gerichteten Arms (10) des Leitschaufelträgers oder stationären Schaufelrings (5) zwischen einem Paar in Querrichtung getrennter Unterstützungsflächen (11a, 11b) des Innengehäuses (3) umfasst,
    - gleitendes Einpassen eines Paars Keile (13a, 13b) zwischen den radialen Arm (10) und jede der Unterstützungsflächen (11a, 11b), um den Leitschaufelträger oder stationären Schaufelring (5) an dem Innengehäuse (3) in Querrichtung zu befestigen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Keil (13a, 13b) konisch zuläuft, damit er zwischen dem radialen Arm (10) und der jeweiligen Unterstützungsfläche (11a, 11b) eine veränderliche Dicke besitzt,
    wobei jede der Unterstützungsflächen (11a, 11b) des Innengehäuses (3) entsprechend konisch zuläuft, um mit einer entsprechenden konischen Oberfläche (14a, 14b) jedes der Keile (13a, 13b) eine Grenzfläche zu bilden.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4,
    wobei jeder der Keile (13a, 13b) ferner einen Querarm (15a, 15b) umfasst, der über einer entsprechenden Queroberfläche (12a, 12b) des Innengehäuses (3) unterstützt ist, wobei das Verfahren ferner das Anordnen eines Abstandshalters (16a, 16b) in einem vertikalen Spalt (18a, 18b) zwischen dem Querarm (15a, 15b) jedes Keils (13a, 13b) und der entsprechenden Queroberfläche (12a, 12b) des Innengehäuses (3) umfasst, wobei sich der vertikale Spalt (18a, 18b) aus der Gleiteinpassung des Keils (13a, 13b) ergibt.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, wobei
    - das Anordnen des Innengehäuses (3) das Anordnen einer oberen Hälfte des Innengehäuses und einer unteren Hälfte des Innengehäuses umfasst, wobei das Paar Unterstützungsflächen (11a, 11b) an der unteren Hälfte des Innengehäuses vorgesehen wird und
    - das Anordnen des Leitschaufelträgers oder des stationären Schaufelträgers (5) das Anordnen einer oberen Hälfte des Leitschaufelträgers oder stationären Schaufelrings und einer unteren Hälfte des Leitschaufelträgers oder stationären Schaufelrings umfasst und wobei der radiale Arm (10) an der unteren Hälfte des Leitschaufelträgers oder stationären Schaufelrings vorgesehen ist.
