Claims (13)

  1. Schuh, umfassend:
    - einen Schaft, der mit einer monolithischen Struktur mit einer Mittelsohle (1a) versehen ist, die durch Formen aus Gummi oder anderen thermoplastischen Werkstoffen erhalten ist, wobei die Mittelsohle (1a) mit einer oder mehreren durchgehenden Öffnungen (1 b, 10b) versehen ist; und
    - einen hinterlüftenden Schuhboden (2), der mit hinterlüftenden Eigenschaften versehen ist; wobei der hinterlüftende Schuhboden (2), der mit einer monolithischen, aus Gummi oder thermoplastischen Werkstoffen geformten Struktur versehen ist, an der vorderen Halbsohle eine Pumpkammer (C1) mit Entlüftungsventil (4) aufweist, welche elastisch verformbare, im Wesentlichen vertikale Trennwände umfasst; wobei die Pumpkammer (C1) dazu geeignet ist, an der Oberseite durch die mit Öffnungen (1b, 10b) versehene, vordere Halbsohle der Mittelsohle (1a) des Schafts (1) verschlossen zu werden.
  2. Schuh nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Schuhboden (2) atmungsaktive Eigenschaften aufweist.
  3. Schuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastisch verformbaren Trennwände (2b) der Pumpkammer (C1) des Schuhbodens (2) ein Sägezahnprofil aufweisen.
  4. Schuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schuhboden (2) einen flachen, umlaufenden Rand (2a) aufweist, der dazu geeignet ist, als Auflage- und Befestigungsfläche für die Mittelsohle (1a) des darüber befindlichen Schafts (1) zu dienen.
  5. Schuh nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft (1) mit dem Schuhboden (2) durch eine umlaufende Klebelinie verbunden ist.
  6. Schuh nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft (1) mit dem Schuhboden (2) durch eine umlaufende Warmsiegellinie verbunden ist.
  7. Schuh nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft (1) mit einer luftdurchlässigen Innensohle (3) versehen ist.
  8. Schuh nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innensohle (3) aus einem Werkstoff mit intrinischer Luftdurchlässigkeit hergestellt ist.
  9. Schuh nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innensohle (3) aus einem nicht luftdurchlässigen Werkstoff hergestellt und mit einer Mehrzahl von durchgehenden Löchern an der vorderen Halbsohle versehen ist.
  10. Schuh nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Entlüftungsventil (4), das mit dem Pumpkammer (C1) verbunden ist, in die querlaufende Kante des Absatzes des Schuhbodens (2) eingefügt ist.
  11. Schuh nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schuhboden (2) am Absatz eine zweite Kammer (C2) aufweist, die jeweilige, im Wesentlichen vertikale Trennwände (2c) aufnimmt.
  12. Schuh nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die durchgehenden Öffnungen der Mittelsohle (1a) aus kleinen Löchern (1 b) bestehen.
  13. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die durchgehenden Öffnungen (10b) der Mittelsohle (1 a) aus einem oder mehreren Fenstern (10b) bestehen, die mit entsprechenden, luftdurchlässigen Stoffstücken (11 b) bedeckt sind.
