Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Klebebindung von Buchblöcken zur Herstellung von Büchern, bei dem zumindest ein erster und zweiter Druckbogen (1, 2) schlitzperforiert werden, und zwar derart, dass jeweils zumindest eine Doppelschlitzperfiorierungslinie (3, 4) bestehend aus einer ersten Perforierungslinie (3.1, 4.1) mit Schlitzen (S) und einer zweiten Perforierungslinie (3.2, 4.2) mit Schlitzen (S) entsteht, wobei die Schlitze (S) jeweils dieselbe Schlitzlänge (SL) und denselben Schlitzabstand (SA) aufweisen und wobei die erste und zweite Perforierungslinie (3.1, 3.2, 4.1, 4.2) einer Doppelschlitzperforierungslinie (3, 4) jeweils um eine Schlitzlänge (L) versetzt zueinander verlaufen. Besonders vorteilhaft werden eine erste Doppelschlitzperforierungslinie (3) auf dem ersten Druckbogen (1) und eine zweite Doppelschlitzperforierungslinie (4) auf dem zweiten Druckbogen (2) jeweils randseitig erzeugt, und zwar derart, das die zweite Doppelschlitzperforierungslinie (4) um eine Schlitzlänge (SL) versetzt zur ersten Doppelschlitzperforierungslinie (3) verläuft. Anschließend werden vom ersten und zweiten Druckbogen (1, 2) jeweils ein durch die erste bzw. zweite Doppelschlitzperforierungslinie (3, 4) abgeteilter streifenförmiger Randabschnitt (1', 2') abgetrennt und die verbleibenden ersten und zweiten Druckbogenabschnitte (1", 2") zu einem Buchblock zusammengefügt und randseitig miteinander verklebt.
