Claims (14)
- Anordnung für eine Fensteröffnung, Folgendes umfassend:- eine Einfassung, die dazu bestimmt ist, in der Fensteröffnung montiert zu werden,- einen Flügel, insbesondere vom Typ Fenster, der zwischen einer offenen Position, in der er einen Durchlass durch die Einfassung hindurch freigibt, und einer geschlossenen Position beweglich in der Einfassung montiert ist, in der er den besagten Durchlass verschließt, wobei der Flügel mit einem Steuergestänge (2) ausgerüstet ist, das dazu bestimmt ist, durch einen Steuergriff zwischen einer Verriegelungsposition und einer Freigabeposition verschoben zu werden,- eine Gleitschiene (3), die eine Öffnung (30) eingrenzt, einen ersten Abschnitt (300) aufweisend, der sich entlang einer Längsachse (X'-X) erstreckt,- zumindest einen Gelenkarm (4), der ein erstes Ende (40) aufweist, das um eine Drehachse (Z'-Z) frei drehbar in der Einfassung oder auf dem Flügel montiert ist, und ein zweites gegenüberliegendes Ende (41), das zwischen einer ersten Position, in der sich der Flügel in der geschlossenen Position befindet, und einer zweiten Position gleitend in der Öffnung (30) montiert ist, in der sich der Flügel in einer vorbestimmten offenen Position befindet,- wobei die Öffnung (30) einen zweiten Abschnitt (301) aufweist, der sich entlang einer geneigten Richtung (Y'-Y) im Verhältnis zur Längsachse (X'-X) erstreckt, wobei der zweite Abschnitt (301) ausgeformt ist, um das zweite Ende (41) des Gelenkarmes (4) in der zweiten Position aufzunehmen,- wobei das Steuergestänge (2) angeordnet ist, um den Gelenkarm (4) um die Drehachse (Z'-Z) zwischen den folgenden Positionen in Drehung zu versetzen:- einer Verriegelungsposition, in welcher der Gelenkarm (4) und die geneigte Richtung (Y'-Y) des zweiten Abschnitts (301) der Öffnung (30) einen Winkel (β) bilden, der einen ersten Wert aufweist, der angepasst ist, sodass sich das zweite Ende (41) des Gelenkarms (4) in einem stabilen Gleichgewicht im zweiten Abschnitt (301) der Öffnung (30) befindet, und- einer Freigabeposition, in welcher der besagte Winkel (β) einen zweiten Wert aufweist, der kleiner ist, als der erste Wert, wobei der zweite Wert angepasst ist, sodass sich das zweite Ende (41) des Gelenkarms (4) in einem instabilen Gleichgewicht im zweiten Abschnitt (301) der Öffnung (30) befindet,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung Mittel zum Betätigen des zweiten Endes (41) des Gelenkarms (4) umfasst, die angeordnet sind, um das besagte zweite Ende (41) des zweiten Abschnitts (301) der Öffnung (30) zu lösen, wenn sich das Steuergestänge (2) in der Freigabeposition befindet.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende (40) des Gelenkarms (4) frei drehbar in der Einfassung montiert ist, und dadurch, dass die Gleitschiene (3) am Flügel befestigt ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende (40) des Gelenkarms (4) frei drehbar auf dem Steuergestänge (2) montiert ist, mit dem der Flügel ausgerüstet ist, und dadurch, dass die Gleitschiene (3) auf der Einfassung befestigt ist, und dadurch, dass die Mittel zum Betätigen zumindest ein Betätigungsorgan, insbesondere in der Art eines Betätigungsknopfes umfassen, das an der Einfassung angeordnet ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Betätigen aus dem Steuergestänge (2) bestehen, das eine Freigabeposition aufweist, in welcher der Winkel (β), der durch den Gelenkarm (4) und die geneigte Richtung (Y'-Y) des zweiten Abschnitts (301) der Öffnung (30) gebildet wird, einen zweiten Wert aufweist, der kleiner ist, als der erste Wert, wobei der zweite Wert angepasst ist, sodass sich das zweite Ende (41) des Gelenkarms (4) aus dem zweiten Abschnitt (301) der Öffnung (30) gelöst wird.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Wert des Winkels (β), der durch den Gelenkarm (4) und die geneigte Richtung (Y'-Y) des zweiten Abschnitts (301) der Öffnung (30) gebildet wird, zwischen 60° und 120° liegt, und vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen gleich 90° ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der zweite Abschnitt (301) der Öffnung (30) an einem Ende des ersten Abschnitts (301) der Öffnung (30) befindet.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Abschnitt (301) der Öffnung (30) in der Form einer Einkerbung ausgeführt ist, die in der Gleitschiene (3) und in der Verlängerung des ersten Abschnitts (300) der Öffnung (30) ausgeführt ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Ende (41) des Gelenkarms (4) mit zumindest einem Stift (410) ausgerüstet ist, der ausgeformt ist, um in der Öffnung (30) zu gleiten.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gelenkarm (4) abnehmbar auf dem Flügel montiert ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Steuervorrichtung (5) umfasst, die gestaltet ist, um die Bewegung des Steuergestänges (2) zwischen der Verriegelungsposition und der Freigabeposition zu steuern, wobei die Vorrichtung Folgendes umfasst:- ein Betätigungsteil (50), eine Basis (51) umfassend, die eine erste Seite (510) und eine zweite gegenüberliegende Seite (511) aufweist, wobei die Basis einen ersten seitlichen Rand (510a) und einen zweiten gegenüberliegenden seitlichen Rand (510b) aufweist, einen Betätigungsfinger (52), der auf der zweiten Seite (511) der Basis (51) montiert ist, gestaltet, um das Steuergestänge (2) in Bewegung zu setzen, wobei der Betätigungsfinger in der Nähe des ersten seitlichen Randes (510a) der Basis (50) angeordnet ist, und eine Zahnstange (53) am zweiten seitlichen Rand (510b) auf der ersten Seite (510) der Basis (51) montiert ist,- einen Steuergriff (6),- ein Ritzel, das sich gemeinsam mit dem Steuergriff (6) bewegt, und zwischen dem ersten seitlichen Rand (510a) und dem zweiten seitlichen Rand (510b) auf der ersten Seite (510) der Basis (51) angeordnet ist, um in die Zahnstange (53) einzugreifen.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gelenkarm (4) Folgendes umfasst:- ein erstes Armelement (4a), welches das erste Ende (40) aufweist,- ein zweites Armelement (4b), das in der Form einer Treibstangenbeschlagverlängerung ausgeführt ist, und das zweite Ende (41) aufweist,- abnehmbare Befestigungsmittel, die angeordnet sind, um das erste und zweite Armelement (4a, 4b) in abnehmbarer Form gegenseitig miteinander zu befestigen.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abnehmbaren Befestigungsmittel Folgendes umfassen:- seitliche Vorsprünge (70), die auf dem zweiten Armelement (4b) angeordnet sind,- seitliche Einkerbungen (71), die im ersten Armelement (4a) eingearbeitet sind, und ausgeformt sind, um mit den besagten seitlichen Vorsprüngen (70) zusammenzuwirken, sodass das erste Armelement (4a) im Verhältnis zum zweiten Armelement (4b) in Position gehalten wird.- einen Stift (8), der im Verhältnis zum zweiten Armelement (4b) zwischen einer inaktiven Position und einer aktiven Position bewegt werden kann, in der er einen Druck auf das erste Armelement (4a) ausübt, um die seitlichen Einkerbungen (71) aus den seitlichen Vorsprüngen (70) zu lösen.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (8) zwischen der inaktiven Position und der aktiven Position gedreht werden kann, wobei man die aktive Position vorzugsweise durch eine Drehung im Wesentlichen um 90° im Verhältnis zur inaktiven Position erhält.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (8) gestaltet ist, um mit einem geeigneten Werkzeug, wie einer Rundzange, von der inaktiven Position in die aktive Position verschoben zu werden.
