Moreover, it is an objective of the invention to cut shorter the tank container filling and discharge time. A further task is it to prevent the occurrence of emergency cases and the ensuring of safety of the personnel when carrying out the filling and discharge operations.

- the tank container filling and discharge operations may be carried out at any rack, regardless of the filling and discharge method applied at the tank loading rack, the tank can be filled and discharged either from the top or from the bottom and therefore adapt to the existing existing docks, that is existing charge-discharge stations in the Russian Federation and in Western Europe.

- the offered solution allows to avoid the introduction of modifications of the technological workflow of the filling and discharge rack elements and also the tank loading rack design as a whole, and the claimed tank container can therefore be used for the transnational carriage.

That done, leak-proofness of the connection of all joints involved into the operation is inspected and liquefied hydrocarbon gas liquid phase is then discharged simultaneousely through the stub ducts 6 and 7 with shutoff valves in case of a discharge rack with the top discharge, and through the stub duct 9 with shutoff valve in case of a discharge rack with the bottom discharge.

- the claimed invention provides an opportunity to fill and discharge the tank containers at the railway racks both in the CIS countries and in the EU countries without introducing expensive changes into the technological chain and the racks' design. It becomes possible since the existing filling railway racks for liquefied hydrocarbon gases loading are equipped, as a rule and standard, with two hoses for loading of the liquid phase and with one hose for the liquefied hydrocarbon gas steam and gas phase.

Claims (2)
- Conteneur pour le transport de gaz d'hydrocarbure liquéfié ammoniaque et produits pétrochimiques par des moyens de transport, comportant un récipient de stockage (1) pour une jauge de position de remplissage pour le gaz d'hydrocarbure liquéfié, avec un embout de remplissage et un embout de purge (9) pour le gaz d'hydrocarbure liquéfié avec une valve d'arrêt dans la partie inférieure du récipient de stockage (1) et une conduite branché (8) pour le drainage de la vapeur de gaz d'hydrocarbure liquéfié et de la phase gazeuse, avec des valves d'arrêt dans la partie supérieure du récipient de stockage (1), et avec une valve de sécurité dans la partie supérieure du récipient de stockage (1), caractérisé en ce que
le récipient de stockage (1) est équipé d'au moins un deuxième embout de remplissage et de purge (6) avec des valves d'arrêt et une deuxième conduite branchée (10) pour le drainage de la vapeur de gaz d'hydrocarbure liquéfié et de la phase gazeuse avec des valves d'arrêt, où les embouts de remplissage et de purge (9,6) sont groupés avec des valves d'arrêt et les valves des conduites branchées (8,10) pour le drainage de la vapeur de gaz d'hydrocarbure et de la phase gazeuse avec des valves d'arrêt dans deux blocs indépendants, où les blocs sont placés de façon correspondante dans des armoires (5) inférieures, qui sont susceptibles d'être fermées, où le bloc supérieur est équipé d'une conduite branchée (8) de la vapeur de gaz d'hydrocarbure et de la phase gazeuse avec des valves d'arrêt, et où le deuxième embout de remplissage et de purge (6) est équipé de valves d'arrêt, et où le bloc inférieur comporte un embout de remplissage et de purge (9) avec des valves d'arrêt et où la deuxième conduite branchée (10) pour le drainage de la vapeur de gaz d'hydrocarbure liquéfié et de la phase gazeuse de valves d'arrêt, où la jauge de remplissage est équipée d'un dispositif d'alerte (11), qui est logé dans l'armoire inférieure (5), et où les conduites branchées (8, 10) pour le drainage de la vapeur de gaz d'hydrocarbure liquéfié et de la phase gazeuse sont équipés avec des valves d'arrêt comportant des indicateurs de pression (12, 13) situés sur lesdites valves. - Conteneur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un troisième embout (7) pour le remplissage et la purge de la phase liquide du gaz d'hydrocarbure liquéfié avec des valves d'arrêt est disposé dans l'armoire supérieure (4).
