Claims (17)

  1. Distributeur d'au moins une boisson, le distributeur (1) comprenant : au moins une chambre de confinement (2) pour la boisson ; au moins un dispositif de distribution (3) qui est conçu pour permettre ou empêcher la sortie de la boisson de la chambre de confinement (2) afin de permettre à un utilisateur de faire sortir la boisson du distributeur (1) ; et au moins un dispositif de raccordement (4) pour permettre l'installation d'un réservoir de remplissage remplaçable (5) sur le distributeur (1) et pour mettre le distributeur (1) et le réservoir de remplissage (5) en communication fluidique ; le distributeur (1) comprenant un dispositif de récipient (15) qui comprend à son tour un récipient (16) placé à l'intérieur de la chambre de confinement (2) et en communication fluidique étanche avec le dispositif de raccordement (4) et avec le dispositif de distribution (3) ; le dispositif de récipient étant assemblé de manière amovible au dispositif de raccordement (4) et au dispositif de distribution (3) ; le récipient comprenant un sachet sensiblement non rigide (16) ;
    le distributeur (1) comprenant en outre un dispositif de refroidissement (9), qui comprend à son tour au moins un élément de refroidissement (10) placé à l'intérieur de la chambre de confinement (2) ;
    caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de refroidissement (10) est en saillie à partir d'une surface interne de la chambre de confinement (2) ; et en ce que le récipient (16) est formé afin d'avoir un canal débouchant (17).
  2. Distributeur selon la revendication 1, et comprenant un premier élément de couplage (18), qui raccorde le récipient (16) au dispositif de raccordement (4) d'une manière étanche au fluide.
  3. Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et comprenant un second élément de couplage (20) qui raccorde le récipient (16) au dispositif de distribution (3) d'une manière étanche au fluide.
  4. Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et comprenant un premier conduit (19) qui s'étend entre le récipient (16) et le dispositif de raccordement (4) afin de placer le récipient (16) et le dispositif de raccordement (4) en communication de fluide.
  5. Distributeur selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le premier conduit (19) s'étend à partir du récipient (16) jusqu'à un premier élément de couplage (18) ; le dispositif de raccordement (4) comprend un élément qui est complémentaire du premier élément de couplage (18) et avec lequel le premier élément de couplage (18) est raccordé d'une manière sensiblement étanche au fluide et amovible.
  6. Distributeur selon la revendication 4 ou la revendication 5, et comprenant un second conduit (22) qui s'étend à partir du premier conduit (19) jusqu'à une autre chambre de confinement (6) ; des moyens de chauffage étant placés dans la zone de l'autre chambre de confinement (6).
  7. Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et comprenant un autre conduit (21) qui s'étend entre le récipient (16) et le dispositif de distribution (3) afin de placer le récipient (16) et le dispositif de distribution (3) en communication de fluide.
  8. Distributeur selon la revendication 7, dans lequel l'autre conduit (21) est déformable ; le dispositif de distribution (3) comprenant : un dispositif de pression pour déformer l'autre conduit (21) afin d'empêcher sensiblement l'écoulement le long de l'autre conduit (21) lui-même ; et un dispositif de libération pour gérer le fonctionnement du dispositif de pression.
  9. Distributeur selon la revendication 7, dans lequel l'autre conduit (21) s'étend à partir du récipient (16) jusqu'à un second élément de couplage (20) ; le dispositif de distribution (3) comprenant un autre élément qui est complémentaire du second élément de couplage (20) et avec lequel le second élément de couplage (20) est raccordé d'une manière sensiblement étanche au fluide et amovible.
  10. Utilisation d'un dispositif de récipient (15) dans un distributeur (1) d'au moins une boisson, le distributeur (1) comprenant : au moins une chambre de confinement (2) pour la boisson ; au moins un dispositif de distribution (3) qui est conçu pour permettre ou empêcher la sortie de la boisson de la chambre de confinement (2) afin de permettre à un utilisateur de faire sortir la boisson par le distributeur (1) ; et un dispositif de raccordement (4) pour permettre l'installation d'un réservoir de remplissage remplaçable (5) sur le distributeur (1) et placer le distributeur (1) et le réservoir de remplissage (5) en communication de fluide ; le dispositif de récipient (15) comprenant un récipient (16) qui comprend à son tour une première ouverture et une seconde ouverture ; le récipient (16) étant placé à l'intérieur de la chambre de confinement (2) et étant raccordé au dispositif de raccordement (4) et au dispositif de distribution (3) de sorte que la boisson provenant du dispositif de raccordement (4) pénètre dans le récipient (16) par la première ouverture et sort du récipient (16) lui-même par la seconde ouverture et atteint le dispositif de distribution (3) ; le récipient comprenant un sachet sensiblement non rigide (16) et un premier élément de couplage (18) qui est couplé au dispositif de raccordement (4) pour raccorder le récipient (16) d'une manière étanche au fluide et amovible au dispositif de raccordement (4) ;
    le distributeur (1) comprenant en outre un dispositif de refroidissement (9) qui comprend à son tour au moins un élément de refroidissement (10) placé à l'intérieur de la chambre de confinement (2) et faisant saillie d'une surface interne de la chambre de confinement (2) ; le récipient (16) étant formé afin d'avoir un canal débouchant (17).
  11. Utilisation selon la revendication 10, le dispositif de récipient (5) comprenant un premier conduit (19) qui s'étend à partir du récipient (16) jusqu'au premier élément de couplage (18).
  12. Utilisation selon la revendication 11, le dispositif de récipient (15) comprenant un second conduit (22) qui s'étend à partir du premier conduit (19) .
  13. Utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, dans laquelle le dispositif de récipient (15) comprend un second élément de couplage (20) qui est couplé au dispositif de distribution (3) pour raccorder le récipient (16) d'une manière étanche au fluide au dispositif de distribution (3).
  14. Utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13, dans laquelle le dispositif de récipient (15) comprend un autre conduit (21) qui s'étend à partir du récipient (16).
  15. Utilisation selon la revendication 14, dans laquelle le dispositif de récipient (15) comprend un autre récipient (21) qui s'étend à partir du récipient (16) jusqu'au second élément de couplage (20).
  16. Utilisation selon la revendication 14 ou la revendication 15, dans laquelle l'autre conduit (21) est déformable.
  17. Utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 16, dans laquelle le dispositif de récipient (15) est stérilisé avant d'être monté dans le distributeur (1).
