Changeur de bobines (01) pourvu d'un dispositif de sécurité, où est formé de manière adjacente audit changeur de bobines (01), délimité de l'environnement par ledit changeur de bobines (01) et/ou par au moins un autre agrégat et/ou par au moins un autre dispositif d'arrêt (14), un secteur de sécurité (17) accessible par au moins un accès (16) surveillé, et totalement entouré de délimitations, de manière à ne permettre un accès de service que par ledit au moins un accès surveillé, et où le secteur de sécurité (17) comporte un stockage provisoire (51), lequel, à l'exception d'au moins un rail d'amenée et éventuellement d'au moins un rail d'évacuation, présente au moins un emplacement de stockage (53) pour au moins une bobine (03), et au moins un emplacement de transfert (54) affecté audit au moins un emplacement de stockage (53), caractérisé en ce qu'à l'intérieur du secteur de sécurité (17) est ménagée une zone de sécurité (57), laquelle dans au moins une direction est et/ou peut être séparée du secteur de sécurité (17) par au moins un couvercle de protection (56), sert à protéger des opérateurs en cas d'éclatement d'une bobine presque complètement ou complètement utilisée et est délimitée dans toutes les directions spatiales à cet effet, en ce qu'au moins une bobine (03) est ou peut être disposée sur au moins un premier moyen de transport (11) en ce que ledit au moins un premier moyen de transport (11) est ou peut être installé sur un deuxième moyen de transport (52) disposé dans le secteur de sécurité (17), et en ce que des moyens de transport (11) et/ou des bobines (03) installés sur le deuxième moyen de transport (52) sont pivotants au moins autour d'un axe vertical au moyen d'un dispositif de pivotement (59).
  2. Changeur de bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un autre dispositif d'arrêt (14) est réalisé comme dispositif d'arrêt (14) empêchant physiquement le passage de personnes par ledit dispositif d'arrêt (14), et/ou en ce que le secteur de sécurité (17) est réalisé comme accessible aux personnes seulement par ledit au moins un accès (16).
  3. Changeur de bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un couvercle de protection (56) est déplaçable par rapport au changeur de bobines (01).
  4. Changeur de bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la zone de sécurité (57) est ou peut être séparée du secteur de sécurité (17) par au moins un dispositif de réception (58) dans au moins une autre direction.
  5. Changeur de bobines selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un dispositif de réception (58) est réalisé de manière à être déplaçable conjointement avec le deuxième moyen de transport (52), et/ou en ce qu'au moins un dispositif de réception (58) est réalisé de manière à être déplaçable dans la direction horizontale, et/ou en ce qu'au moins un dispositif de réception (58) est réalisé de manière à être déplaçable dans une direction perpendiculaire à un axe de rotation d'une bobine (03) mise en place dans le changeur de bobines (01).
  6. Changeur de bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie du dispositif de pivotement (59) est pivotante sur au moins 180° au moins autour de l'axe vertical, avec ou sans bobine (03) et/ou premier moyen de transport (11) installés sur le deuxième moyen de transport (52), et/ou en ce que ledit au moins un dispositif de réception (58) est pivotant sur au moins 180° au moins autour de l'axe vertical au moyen du dispositif de pivotement (59).
  7. Changeur de bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un couvercle de protection (56) est réalisé comme au moins une porte (56) et/ou volet roulant (56) et/ou grille roulante (56) et/ou herse (56) et/ou rideau en matière plastique (56) et/ou filet (56).
  8. Changeur de bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième moyen de transport (52) est ou peut être disposé dans ledit au moins un emplacement de transfert (54), et en ce que, dans ledit au moins un emplacement de transfert (54), un premier moyen de transport (11) est remplaçable avec ou sans au moins une bobine (03) dans deux directions entre un emplacement de stockage (53) du stockage provisoire (51) et le deuxième moyen de transport (52).
  9. Changeur de bobines selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un dispositif de réception (58) est exclusivement raccordé à des éléments du deuxième moyen de transport (52).
  10. Changeur de bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un dispositif de commande (18) du changeur de bobines (01) est prévu, lequel se trouve constructivement séparé du changeur de bobines (01) à un emplacement en dehors du secteur de sécurité (17), et/ou constructivement séparé du changeur de bobines (01) à un emplacement distant d'au maximum 1 m des délimitations du secteur de sécurité (17).
  11. Changeur de bobines selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (18) est réalisé comme champ de commande (18) présentant au moins des fonctions de commande de base, et en ce que des touches (24) réalisées comme pavé numérique (24) sont prévues pour la modification et/ou la saisie de valeurs numériques pour des paramètres sélectionnés.
  12. Utilisation d'un changeur de bobines (01) pourvu d'un dispositif de sécurité pour la correction d'une orientation d'une première bobine (03) par rapport au changeur de bobines (01), la première bobine (03) étant pivotée sur 180° autour d'un axe vertical, où est formé de manière adjacente audit changeur de bobines (01), délimité de l'environnement par ledit changeur de bobines (01) et/ou par au moins un autre agrégat et/ou par au moins un autre dispositif d'arrêt (14), un secteur de sécurité (17) accessible par au moins un accès (16), lequel comporte un stockage provisoire (51) et à l'intérieur duquel est ménagée une zone de sécurité (57), et où au moins un dispositif de commande (18) du changeur de bobines (01) est prévu, lequel se trouve constructivement séparé du changeur de bobines (01) à un emplacement en dehors du secteur de sécurité (17), où la première bobine (03) repose sur un premier moyen de transport (11) et où le premier moyen de transport (11) est pivoté pendant qu'il repose sur un deuxième moyen de transport (52), par pivotement au moins partiel d'un dispositif de pivotement (59) supporté par le deuxième moyen de transport (52) et/ou faisant partie du deuxième moyen de transport (52), et où le dispositif de pivotement (59) supporte la première bobine (03) et/ou le premier moyen de transport (11) supportant la première bobine (03), où, lors d'une étape comprenant au moins trois étapes partielles pour le pivotement du deuxième moyen de transport (52) (étape a) lors d'une première étape partielle le premier moyen de transport (11) est déplacé conjointement avec la première bobine (03) du deuxième moyen de transport (52) vers un emplacement de stockage (53) du stockage provisoire (51) et au moins une partie du dispositif de pivotement (59) est pivotée sur 180° autour de l'axe vertical ou d'un autre axe vertical à un moment ultérieur lors d'une deuxième étape partielle, pendant que le deuxième moyen de transport (52) est vide, et à un moment encore plus tardif lors d'une troisième étape partielle, le premier moyen de transport (11) est déplacé conjointement avec la première bobine (03) de l'emplacement de stockage (53) du stockage provisoire (51) vers le deuxième moyen de transport (52).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que, consécutivement à l'étape de pivotement du deuxième moyen de transport (52) (étape a), lors d'une étape de pivotement de la première bobine (03) (étape b), le premier moyen de transport (11) est pivoté sur 180° autour de l'axe vertical ou d'un autre axe vertical sur le deuxième moyen de transport (52) conjointement avec la première bobine (03) installée sur celui-ci au moyen du dispositif de pivotement (59), et/ou en ce que préalablement à l'étape de pivotement du deuxième moyen de transport (52) (étape a), lors d'une étape de pivotement de la première bobine (03) (étape b), le premier moyen de transport (11) est pivoté sur 180° autour de l'axe vertical ou d'un autre axe vertical sur le deuxième moyen de transport (52) conjointement avec la première bobine (03) installée sur celui-ci au moyen du dispositif de pivotement (59).
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de pivotement du deuxième moyen de transport 52 (étape a) et l'étape de pivotement de la première bobine (03) (étape b) sont exécutées immédiatement l'une après l'autre sans qu'un autre premier moyen de transport (11) soit installé sur le deuxième moyen de transport (52) et/ou retiré de celui-ci dans l'intervalle.
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce qu'une position de pivotement du dispositif de pivotement (59) avant l'étape de pivotement du deuxième moyen de transport (52) (étape a) correspond à la position de pivotement du dispositif de pivotement (59) après l'étape de pivotement de la première bobine (03) (étape b), et en ce qu'une position de pivotement du dispositif de pivotement (59) après l'étape de pivotement du deuxième moyen de transport (52) (étape a) correspond à une position de pivotement du dispositif de pivotement (59) avant l'étape de pivotement de la première bobine (03) (étape b).
