Die vorliegende Anmeldung betrifft in einem ersten Aspekt ein flächiges Halbzeug aus Metall, wobei dieses Halbzeug mindestens einen strukturierten Abschnitt und mindestens einen nichtstrukturierten Abschnitt aufweist wobei dieses Halbzeug nicht- strukturierte Randabschnitte besitzt und eine hohe Festigkeit aufzeigt. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist die Bereitstellung von solchen Bauteilen aus Metallen, insbesondere geeignet als Schutzbleche, Wärmedämm- und/oder Isolierbleche im Fahrzeugbereich, wobei mit diesen Bauteilen eine verbesserte Verbindung mit weiteren Bauteilen möglich ist und diese Bauteile durch ein einfacheres Verfahren bereitgestellt werden können. Diese Aufgabe wird durch die in den Patentansprüchen 1 , 8 und 10 angegebene Erfindung gelöst. In einem ersten Aspekt betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung flächige Halbzeuge aus Metall, wobei dieses Halbzeug mindestens einen strukturierten und mindestens einen nicht-strukturierten Abschnitt hat, wobei dieses Halbzeug nicht-strukturierte Randabschnitte aufweist und dieses Halbzeug durch die Strukturierung eine hohe Fe- stigkeit aufzeigt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halbzeug mindestens einen vorbestimmten strukturierten Abschnitt und mindestens einen vorbestimmten nicht-strukturierten Abschnitt aufweist und die strukturierten Abschnitte gegebenenfalls unterschiedlich geprägte Abschnitte sind, wobei mindestens ein nicht-strukturierter Abschnitt ausgebildet ist als Verbindungsbereich zur stoff-, form- oder kraftschlüssigen Verbindung. Die Halbzeuge sind dabei bevorzugt aus einem einzelnen Metall hergestellt. Diese Halbzeuge finden insbesondere Verwendung als Schutzbleche, Wärmedämm— oder Isolierbleche für den Fahrzeugbereich. Des Weiteren richtet sich die vorliegende Erfindung auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von erfindungsgemäßen flächigen Halbzeugen aus Metall umfassend den Schritt des einstufigen Pressens oder Prägens von Metallblechen mit geeigneten Werkzeugen, wobei diese Werkzeuge derart ausgebildet sind, dass sie vorbestimmte strukturierte und nichtstrukturierte Abschnitte aufweisen und so in einem Schritt gleichzeitig struktierte und nicht-struktierte Abschnitte im Metallblech ausbilden können, zur Herstellung eines flächigen Halbzeugs, das insbesondere ein einstückiges Halbzeug ist. Der nicht-strukturierte Abschnitt 3 ist als Vertiefung ausgebildet, um eine Verbindung mit einem anderen Bauteil durch ein entsprechendes Verbindungsmittel, wie über Schraubverbindungen, die durch die Aussparung 5 geführt werden, zu ermöglichen. Der Randabschnitt 4 ist ebenfalls als nichtstrukturierter Bereich ausgebildet, um ein Verbindungen mit einem anderen Bauteil zu erlauben. Über die nicht-strukturierten Bereiche ist eine mechanische Verbindung durch z.B. In der Abbildung 3 ist ein Ausschnitt eines erfindungsgemäßen flächigen Bauteils 1 gezeigt, wobei diese strukturierten Abschnitte 2.1 , 2.2 und 2.3 mit unterschiedlichen Höhen und unterschiedlichen Richtungen aufzeigt. Das heißt, die Abschnitte zeigen zum einen Ausprägungen unterschiedlicher Höhe, Abschnitte 2.1 , 2.2 und 2.3. Des Weiteren unterscheiden sich die Ausprägungen des Abschnitts 2.1 von denen der Abschnitte 2.2 und 2.3 darin, dass die Mittelachse der Ausprägungen im Abschnitt 2.1 geneigt sind während die Mittelachse in den Abschnitten 2.2 und 2.3 lotrecht steht. Durch die Ausgestaltung der verschiedenen strukturierten Abschnitte ist ein optimierter Wärmefluss möglich. Die verschiedenen Strukturen erlauben des Weiteren die Ausbildung unterschiedlicher Stabilitäten. Mit Hilfe des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens lassen sich die erfindungsgemäßen flächigen Halbzeuge in einem Umformschritt herstellen. Dadurch werden weitere Bearbeitungsschritte vermieden, insbesondere solche Schritte bei denen die strukturierten Abschnitte erneut geglättet werden müssen und damit einer weiteren Strapazierung des Materials erfolgt. Dadurch wird in den Verbindungs- und Befestigungsbereichen eine dauerhafte Verbesserung der Materialeigenschaften erzielt. Flächiges Halbzeug aus Metall (1 ), wobei dieses Halbzeug mindestens einen strukturierten (2) und mindestens einen nicht-strukturierten Abschnitt (3) hat, wobei dieses Halbzeug Randabschnitte (4) aufweist und dieses Halbzeug durch die Strukturierung eine hohe Festigkeit aufzeigt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die strukturierten Abschnitte (2) gegebenenfalls unterschiedlich geprägte Abschnitte sind und wobei mindestens ein nicht-strukturierter Abschnitt (3, 4) ausgebildet ist als Verbindungsbereich zur stoff-, form- oder kraftschlüssigen Verbindung.  1.
