Claims (6)

  1. Verfahren zum Sortieren von Postsendungen, bei dem die Sendungen im Stapel hochkant in einem Abstapellager (6) einer Postsortiermaschine angeordnet werden, dann die abgestapelten Sendungen hochkant von einem Sortierförderer befördert werden, um zu Sortierausgängen (1) der Postsortiermaschine geleitet zu werden, wo sie im Stapel hochkant in Lagerbehältern, die jeweils mit den Sortierausgängen (1) verbunden sind, gelagert werden, dann die in den Sortierausgängen (1) sortierten Sendungen von diesen Sortierausgängen (1) zum Abstapellager (6) der Postsortiermaschine oder zu einem Abstapellager einer anderen Postsortiermaschine weitergeleitet werden, um neuerlich in Sortierausgänge (1) sortiert zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die Weiterleitung der Sendungen zwischen den Sortierausgängen (1) und dem Abstapellager (6) diese Sendungen mit Hilfe von Pendelbehältern (3) mit variabler Lagerkapazität nach folgenden Schritten gehandhabt werden:
    a) Lagern der Sendungen eines Sortierausgangs (1) in einem Pendelbehälter (3), umfassend eine Bodenwand (3A), auf der die gestapelten Sendungen hochkant liegen, und eine Rückwand (3B), die auf die Bodenwand (3A) im Wesentlichen senkrecht steht und an der der Stapel von hochkant angeordneten Sendungen abgestützt ist;
    b) Positionieren einer Vorderwand (3C) auf der Bodenwand (3A) des Pendelbehälters (3) parallel zu der Rückwand (3B), wobei sie an die Rückwand (3B) derart angenähert wird, dass der Sendungsstapel zwischen der Rückwand (3B) und der Vorderwand (3C) des Pendelbehälters (3) eingeklemmt ist, wobei die Vorderwand (3C) eine in Bezug zur Bodenwand (3A) abnehmbare Platte ist und auf der Bodenwand (3A) des Pendelbehälters (3) in mehreren Positionen positioniert werden kann, um mehr oder weniger an die Rückwand (3B) angenähert zu werden, wobei sie zu dieser parallel bleibt;
    c) Anordnen des Pendelbehälters (3), der mit Sendungen gefüllt ist, in horizontaler Ausrichtung mit dem Abstapellager (6) der Sortiermaschine und Entfernen der abnehmbaren Vorderwand (3C) des Pendelbehälters (3), um die Postsendungen auf die Ebene des Abstapellagers (6) gleiten zu lassen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorderwand (3C) eines Pendelbehälters (3) eine biegsame Platte ist, wobei das Verfahren den Schritt des Transports der Vorderwand (3C) eines Pendelbehälters (3) in dem Sortierförderer der Postsortiermaschine zwischen dem Abstapellager (6) und einem Sortierausgang (1) umfasst.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pendelbehälter (3) mit variabler Lagerkapazität als mit den Sortierausgängen (1) verbundene Lagerbehälter verwendet werden.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede abnehmbare Vorderwand (3C) eines Pendelbehälters (3) auf der Bodenwand (3A) des Pendelbehälters (3) im Bereich eines Sortierausgangs (1) positioniert oder von dem Pendelbehälter (3) im Bereich des Abstapellagers (6) mit Hilfe eines automatischen Positionier- oder Entfernungssystems entfernt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es den Schritt des Zusammenfassens mehrerer Pendelbehälter (3) auf einem beweglichen Sockel (4) umfasst, welcher ein Karussell bildet, in dem die Pendelbehälter (3) im Raum gemäß einer schleifenartigen Bahn, die sich in die Höhe erstreckt, bewegt werden können.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schleifenartige Bahn eine rechteckige Form hat.
