Definitions

  • the invention relates to a hob with at least one cooking zone and a device for detecting a preparation vessel on the cooking zone. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for operating a hob.
  • Hobs are known from the prior art, which have several cooking zones. Each cooking zone considered by itself is heated by a radiator, which is located under a mounting plate of the hob, can be placed on the preparation vessels.
  • cooktops are known in which a cooking zone is heated by a plurality of heating units extending in each other, which are formed, for example, as circular heating coils or induction coils. As a result, the cooking zone can be heated over an individual area with heating elements formed in one another and with a different radius.
  • the detection of a pot occupancy is essential. As a result, it can be recognized at which position and with which surface size a preparation vessel is set up on the mounting plate.
  • the FR 2 863 039 A1 a method for heating a container, which is placed on a hob with inductors as heating means.
  • the known cooking zones of a hob are limited in terms of their size and beyond functionally limited in terms of the arrangement of the heating units and their individual operation.
  • a heating device for a Indutationsgarêt comprises a circuit arrangement with a plurality of inductors, which can be interconnected differently.
  • the heating device comprises at least a first oscillating circuit which comprises at least a first and a second inductor for the transmission of heating energy to a heating element and a first circuit for exciting the first resonant circuit and for supplying the heating energy to the inductors.
  • the heating device has a switching means by which the heating energy can optionally be supplied in parallel only to one of the inductors or simultaneously to both inductors.
  • the heating units are arranged side by side without overlapping, such that in a common operation of the partial cooking zones a contiguous heated surface is formed.
  • the partial cooking zones are operated in a first operating mode as a single cooking zone and in the first operating mode occupancy detection of a partial cooking zone is performed with at least one preparation vessel, wherein a occupancy detection phase is started user defined.
  • a first occupancy detection phase is started automatically and only the partial cooking zone on which a preparation vessel is detected is heated. This ensures a particularly energy-saving operation.
  • the execution of a subsequent further occupancy detection phase can only be started in a user-defined manner.
  • a user is usually focused on it and concentrated and possibly distracted so that he also hangs items such as a fork or other cutlery on the hob. If an automatic occupancy detection would then be carried out and such an occupancy would be detected, heating of this cutlery would be carried out, which of course is undesirable. This can be avoided by the above advantageous embodiment.
  • setting up a further preparation vessel on the cooking zone in the first operating mode is not recognized and the Operakochzone on which the further preparation vessel is placed, remains unheated.
  • the corresponding safety aspects can be done and an undesirable heating can be avoided.
  • energy is also saved here if the user is merely provided that he wants to place the preparation vessel only for parking on the hob, without heating it immediately.
  • the removal and installation of one or more preparation vessels on the partial cooking zones of the cooking zone is detected and the partial cooking zone, on which an occupancy is detected, are heated.
  • both preparation vessels can additionally be set up or removed, which are then also detected during the occupancy test.
  • an occupancy detection phase lasts less than 10 seconds and is more preferably about 5 seconds.
  • a very user-friendly approach is thereby created.
  • all partial cooking zones are checked for occupancy.
  • a movement of a preparation vessel detected during an occupancy detection phase on the cooking zone is recognized even after an occupancy detection phase and then the partial cooking zones are heated, to which the preparation vessel is displaced.
  • those partial cooking zones on which the preparation vessel previously stood, and which are now no longer occupied are automatically switched off.
  • a certain follow-up time can be defined, so that optionally on the now vacant space on one or more Part cooking zones on which the preparation vessel was previously and then no longer stands after moving, this Operakochzone is continued by setting up a further preparation vessel.
  • such a follow-up period may take a few seconds, in particular less than ten seconds, preferably about five seconds.
  • the first operating mode is started only user-defined. Therefore, the user must deliberately want this mode of operation and then activate it himself. This can be used to avoid unwanted operation settings and ensure energy-efficient operation.
  • the first operating mode is automatically started when switching on the hob.
  • a first partial cooking zone can be heated by at least two juxtaposed heating units and the two heating units can be supplied with electrical energy by a first driver circuit.
  • a second partial cooking zone is heated by at least one third heating unit arranged next to the two heating units of the first partial cooking zone, and at least the third heating unit is supplied with energy by a separate second driver circuit.
  • the second partial cooking zone preferably also has at least two heating units which can be supplied with energy by the second driver circuit. In such an embodiment, therefore, each partial cooking zone has at least two subzones, wherein a subzone can be heated by an associated heating unit.
  • the partial cooking zones are operated independently of each other as their own cooking zone.
  • the first partial cooking zone can be switched on and off independently of the second partial cooking zone.
  • the individual partial cooking zones can then also be fed with different outputs in this second operating mode. In this second operating mode, they can also be switched on and off independently by a user.
  • the invention relates to a hob, in particular an induction hob, with at least one cooking zone, which is constructed from at least two Operakochzonen, each Operakochzone is heated by at least one heating unit.
  • the heating units are arranged next to each other without overlapping such that, during a joint operation of the partial cooking zones, a coherent heatable surface is formed.
