- the two straps 3 are connected together at their rear end 4 by a common base mounted sliding vertically vis-à-vis the rear face 2 of the envelope of the backpack 1.
- Such a sliding assembly can for example be implemented by means of vertical blades arranged on the rear face 2 of the backpack 1 and by pieces arranged at the rear ends 4 of the shoulder straps 3 or on the common base, said parts being slidably mounted on the vertical blades.
- Such a sliding assembly of the straps appears for example on documents EP 1 457 131 B1 and EP 1 484 996 B1 .
- the sliding system 15 is implemented by a return ring 15a which concomitantly allows the sliding reception of the rear cord 7 and the front cord 9. It is noted on the figure 2 the implementation of two return rings 15b, 15c respectively allowing the sliding reception of the rear cord 7 and the front bead 9.
- Such a sliding system 15 has the advantage when pulling on the lower ends 10, 11 cords rear 7 and before 9 to reduce the length of the upper portions 7a, 9a of said rear cords 7 and 9 before; this reduction in the lengths of these upper portions 7a, 9a allows on the one hand the sliding of said rear end 4 vis-à-vis the rear face 2 so as to raise the rear face 2 vis-à-vis the shoulder strap 3 and, secondly, the tightening of this strap 3 around the shoulder of the user.
- control means in the form of a control handle 12 which is fixed concomitantly with the lower end 10 of the rear cord 7 and the lower end 11 of the front cord 9.
- a traction on the control handle 12 concomitantly allows a reduction in the lengths of the upper portions 7a, 9a of the rear cords 7 and 9 before. It can of course provide two independent control handles respectively connected to the lower end 10 of the rear cord 7 and the lower end 11 of the cord 9 allowing in this case independently the adjustment of the lengths of the upper portions 7a, 9a of the rear cords 7 and 9 before.
- this adjustment / locking system 13, on each of the lateral sides of the backpack is implemented by means of a non-return blocking device 16, which is configured to allow the sliding of the lower portions 7b, 9b of the rear cords 7 and 9 before 9.
- a non-return blocking device 16 may for example correspond to that described in the patent published under No. FR 2 914 158 B1 . This ensures the sliding of the lower portions 7b, 9b of the rear cords 7 and 9 before a pull on the control handle 12 or two independent handles and provides on the contrary the blocking of these lower portions 7b, 9b when the it stops to exert traction on said control handle 12 or on two independent control handles. Of course, this assumes immobilization of the non-return blocking device 16 during the traction exerted on the rear and forward cords 7 and 9.
- the non-return blocking device 16 comprises a design identical or similar to that described in the document FR 2 914 158 B1 above, it is preferably attached to the lateral sides of a size belt 18, which ensures the immobilization of the non-return locking device during traction on the rear cords 7 and 9 before. It could, according to a variant, consider that this non-return blocking device 16 is free vis-à-vis the waist belt 18 and abuts against the sliding system 15. In the case where the system of sliding 15 is a return ring 15a or even two return rings 15b, 15c as illustrated in FIG. figure 2 it is sufficient to provide a non-return blocking device 16 whose dimensions ensure its locking on said return rings 15a, 15b, 15c.
- this strap 20 passes through the clamping loop 19, a pull on the handle for tightening the strap 20 sliding through this clamping loop 19, which allows concomitant traction at the same time.
- lower ends 10 and 11 of the rear cords 7 and front 9 so as to adjust the shoulder strap 3.
- Such a design is also implemented on the other side of the belt waist 18. Such design also makes it possible to constitute the adjustment / locking system 13.
- the backpack has characteristics similar to those illustrated in figure 1 , the only difference relating to the implementation of the adjustment / blocking system 13.
- the adjusting / locking system 13 comprises a non-return device 16 whose design corresponds for example to that of the non-return locking device described in the document FR 2 914 158 B1 .
- the lower ends 10, 11 of the rear cords 7 and 9 before are fixed to the non-return blocking device 16.
- a setting link 21 passes through the non-return blocking device 16 so as to ensure the locking of said adjustment link 21.
- This adjustment link 21 comprises a first upper end 22 which is fixed to the front end 5 of the strap 3 and a second lower end 23 which is fixed to the control means consisting of a handle of control 12.
- the adjustment link has an upper portion 21a and a lower portion 21b, the upper portion 21a being constituted by the length extending from the upper end 22 to the non-return locking device 16, while the lower portion 21b consists of the length extending from the non-return locking device 16 to the lower end 23.
- Design variants of the backpack 1 object of the invention can be envisaged including combining the characteristics of the various design modes mentioned above.
- the non-return blocking device 16 is configured to allow independently sliding of the lower portions 7b, 9b of the rear and front cords.
- the anti-return locking device described for example in the document FR 2 914 158 B1 which receives the two rear cords 7 and 9, a traction on one of the rear cords 7 or 9 before allowing its sliding while holding the other cord, said cord being locked once the traction interrupted.

Description
The invention relates to a backpack, including a backpack hiking large capacity, which is equipped with adjustable straps according to the morphology of the user. The invention relates in particular to the system for adjusting the straps on the backpack.
The backpacks usually comprise an envelope for containing articles, this envelope being provided in particular with a rear face on which are fixed two straps arranged to be arranged around the shoulders of the user so as to carry the bag to back on the back. Such backpacks optionally comprise a waist belt which is fixed in the lower part of the rear face of the envelope, which allows the bag to be held around the size of the user.
Some backpacks, such as high-capacity hiking backpacks, are designed to allow adjustment of the shoulder straps to the user's morphology. Indeed, on this type of bag, back, it is possible to adjust both the height position of the straps vis-à-vis the back of the bag to which they are attached, the tightening of shoulder straps around the shoulders of the user. Such backpacks generally require the backpack on the ground, adjust the height position of the straps vis-à-vis the back of the backpack according to the size of the user and then reposition the backpack on the back of the user and finally, adjust the clamping position of the shoulder straps around the shoulders of the user. Such operations may be tedious for the user who must often perform several adjustment operations before obtaining a height position and clamping of the appropriate shoulder straps and corresponding to its morphology.

The object of the present invention is to implement a backpack for optimizing the adjustment of the straps as regards the adjustment in height of the position of the straps vis-à-vis the rear face on which they are slidably mounted as tightening straps around the shoulders of the user, such optimization of the adjustment of the straps on the bag can be achieved by keeping the bag on the back.
For this purpose, the invention relates to a backpack comprising in particular a rear face and two straps. Of course, the backpack has an envelope comprising this rear face and, in particular, two lateral sides and a front face, this envelope for containing articles and thus constitute a load. These two straps each have a rear end and a front end, vertical sliding means being arranged between the rear ends of the straps and the rear face of the backpack. Remarkably, the two rear ends of the shoulder straps are respectively connected to the upper ends of two rear cords. Similarly, both front ends of the straps are connected respectively at the upper ends of two front cords. In addition, two sliding systems are respectively arranged on the lower lateral sides of the rear face of the backpack, these two sliding systems being configured to slidably receive the rear and front cords on their respective sides. In addition, two adjustment / locking systems are arranged respectively downstream of the two sliding systems, these two adjustment / locking systems being configured to adjust and maintain locked the lengths of the upper portions of the rear and front cords separating the sliding systems of the rear ends. and before braces. The term "downstream" means that the adjustment / locking systems can be located strictly downstream of the respective sliding systems or can be located, in the extreme, at the same location as the respective sliding systems.
It is understood that such characteristics of the backpack object of the present invention have the advantages of adjusting the height of the position of the straps vis-à-vis the rear face depending on the length of the upper portions of the rear cords separating on their sides respective sliding systems of the rear ends of the shoulder straps, a reduction in the length of the upper portions of the rear cords, during a pull on the rear cords bearing on said sliding systems, for lowering the straps vis-à-vis the rear face which slides vertically upwards vis-à-vis thereof and conversely an increase in the length of the upper portions of the rear cords allows, when releasing the rear cords and thanks to the mass of the bag, to lift the straps vis-à-vis the back of the bag that slides vertically downwards vis-à-vis them under the action of po ids. Similarly, the adjustment of the length of the upper portions of the front cords separating on their respective sides the sliding systems of the front ends of the straps allows, when pulling on the front cords, to tighten the straps or conversely, when releasing the cords before and thanks to the mass of the bag, loosen the straps around the shoulders of the user. Pulling on the rear and front cords at their lower ends allows the adjuster / latch system to adjust the length of the upper portions of these rear and front cords and then hold these lengths closed once traction has ceased. . On the contrary, when the adjustment / locking systems are unlocked, the mass of the bag provides a downward force on the back of the bag while the shoulder straps are held by the shoulders of the user, which increases the length of the upper portions of the back and front cords.
According to a design mode, the sliding systems each comprise at least one return ring slidably receiving the rear and front cords on their respective sides. However, it is possible to provide as many return rings as rear and front cords.
According to a mode of design, the backpack object of the invention comprises two parts of offset disposed respectively on the lower lateral sides of the rear face, or even fixed close to said lower lateral sides of the rear face, the sliding systems being arranged respectively on said parts deport. This has the advantage of avoiding the friction of the front and rear cords on the body of the user or on the back of the bag when adjustments are made. However, it is conceivable to fix the sliding systems directly on the rear face of the bag, at its lower lateral sides or on the lateral sides of the bag in the lower part and at the rear thereof.
According to a first mode of conception of the adjustment / blocking systems of the backpack object of the invention, they are configured to act concomitantly on the respective rear and front cords. This has the advantage of concomitantly performing the adjustment in position of the shoulder straps on the back of the bag and tightening shoulder straps around the user's shoulders. This optimizes the adjustment time of the straps.
According to a variant of this first design mode, the adjustment / locking systems each comprise, on the one hand, a control means to which the lower ends of the respective rear and front cords are attached and, on the other hand, a blocking device. anti-return device configured to allow the lower portions of the rear and front cords to slide against the said non-return locking device, during a traction on the control means and to block its sliding in the opposite case in order to maintain the set lengths of the upper portions of the front and rear cords.
According to another variant of this first design mode, the adjustment / locking systems each comprise a control link, an upper end of which is fixed to the front end of a ramp and whose lower end is fixed to a control means. , especially a handle. In addition, a non-return locking device is configured to allow the sliding of the adjustment link inside said non-return locking device, during a pull on the control means and to block the sliding of the link of adjustment in the opposite case to maintain the set lengths of the adjustment link separating on the one hand the upper end of the adjustment link, the non-return locking device and on the other hand the lower end of the adjustment link, said non-return locking device. Furthermore, the lower ends of the rear and front cords are attached to said non-return locking device. It will be understood that according to this design, traction on the control means makes it possible to reduce the length of the portion of the adjustment link going from the upper end of the adjustment link to the non-return locking device, which leads to a moving upwardly of said non-return locking device and consequently pulling on the rear and front cords, resulting in a reduction in the length of the upper portions of the rear and front cords. Conversely, when the non-return locking device is deactivated, the load allows the rear cords and before exerting traction on said non-return locking device which, because of its deactivation, allows the sliding of the adjustment link, allowing to increase the length of the portion of the adjustment link from the upper end of said adjustment link to the anti-return device and thus, allows an increase in the length of the upper portions of the rear and front cords.
According to a second mode of conception of the adjustment / blocking systems of the backpack object of the invention, these are configured to act independently on the respective rear and front cords. This makes it possible to independently adjust the position of the straps vis-à-vis the rear face and the tightening of these straps around the shoulders of the user.
According to this second design mode, the adjustment / locking systems each comprise, on the one hand, two control means to which the lower ends of the respective rear and front cords are respectively fixed and, on the other hand, an anti-lock device. -return configured to independently allow the sliding of the lower portions of said rear and front cords vis-à-vis said non-return lock device, when pulling on one or other of the control means and for block these slides in the opposite case.
According to a design mode, the backpack comprises a waist belt arranged in the lower part of the rear face. In addition, the non-return locking devices are attached to the respective lateral sides of this waist belt. In this case, the non-return locking device concomitantly ensures with the sliding system, the adjustment of the lengths of the upper portions of the front and rear cords during a traction then said non-return locking device ensures the maintenance of these regulated lengths of the upper portions.
According to a design variant, the non-return locking devices are configured to abut against the respective sliding systems. In this case, the sliding system provides adjustment of the lengths of the upper portions of the front and rear cords, the position of the locking device on the front and rear cords being adjusted according to the desired lengths of the upper portions of the front and rear cords, said non-return locking device blocked vis-à-vis the front and rear cords, then abutting the sliding system, which ensures the maintenance of the regulated lengths of the upper portions.
According to a design mode where the backpack object of the invention comprises offset parts disposed respectively on the two lower lateral sides of the rear face, the non-return locking devices are arranged on these respective offset parts, the sliding systems and adjustment / blocking systems being concomitantly implemented by means of said non-return locking devices.
According to a design mode, the backpack object of the invention comprises a waist belt arranged in the lower part of the rear face. In addition, the lower ends of the rear and front cords are connected directly or indirectly to a clamping loop on each of the respective lateral sides of the bag. In addition, two straps have their first ends respectively fixed on the lateral sides of the waistband and their second ends respectively fixed to the two control means, these straps respectively sliding on said clamping loops during a pull on both control means and blocking in the opposite case.
According to a design, the backpack object of the invention comprises a single link constituting both the back cord and the front cord. Of course, such a single link is implemented on each of the lateral sides of the bag to constitute both the back cord and the front cord on both sides of the bag.
