Claims (10)

  1. Schachtel für Schreibinstrumente, insbesondere für Buntstifte oder sonstige analoge Farbgebungsinstrumente, wobei die Schachtel (1) einen allgemein viereckig geformten Boden (2), der vorgesehen ist, eine Reihe von Schreibinstrumenten (6) aufzunehmen, die parallel auf einer einzigen und selben Ebene angeordnet sind, und einen Deckel (3), der mit einem Scharnier (7) mit einer Seite des Bodens (2) verbunden ist, umfasst, wobei Mittel (10) für den vorübergehenden Halt des Deckels (3) in Verschlussposition relativ zum Boden (2) vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie schwenkbar um eine Achse (A) an einer der Seiten des Bodens (2) einen Hebelbock (4) aufweist, der selbst außen im Verhältnis zu seiner Schwenkachse (A) eine Stützlasche (12) und innen im Verhältnis zu seiner Schwenkachse (A), also über einem Teil des Boden (2) untergebracht, eine Platte (13) umfasst, die mit Positionierungsmitteln (15) für Schreibinstrumente (6) ausgerüstet ist, die auf dem Boden (2) angeordnet sind, wobei die Platte (13) durch Betätigen der Stützlasche (12) zwischen einer auf den Boden (2) abgesenkten Position einer im Verhältnis zum Boden (2) angehobenen Position verlagerbar ist.
  2. Schachtel für Schreibinstrumente nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positionierungsmittel von einer Reihe paralleler Rinnen (15) gebildet werden, die auf der Platte (13) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Rinnen (15) vor allem in Richtung des Außenrands der Platte (13) vorhanden sind.
  3. Schachtel für Schreibinstrumente nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Haltemittel (17, 18) vorgesehen sind, um den Hebelbock (4) in gegen den Boden (2) abgesenkter Position und in angehobener Position zu halten.
  4. Schachtel für Schreibinstrumente nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel von Anschlägen (18) gebildet werden, die auf zwei gegenüberliegenden Rändern des Bodens (2) ausgebildet sind.
  5. Schachtel für Schreibinstrumente nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (13) des Hebelbocks (4) zwei gegenüberliegende seitliche Kerben (17) aufweist, die zur Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Anschlägen (18) vorgesehen sind, die in entsprechender Position auf ihren zwei Längsrändern gegenüber dem Boden (2) ausgebildet sind.
  6. Schachtel für Schreibinstrumente nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ebenfalls Mittel (19, 21) zum Begrenzen des Schwenkens des Hebelbocks (4) nach oben vorgesehen sind.
  7. Schachtel für Schreibinstrumente nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Begrenzen des Schwenkens des Hebelbocks (4) nach oben von mit dem Boden (2) verbundenen Vorsprüngen (21) gebildet werden, die mit seitlichen Gelenkfüßen (19) des Hebelbocks (4) zusammenarbeiten, wobei diese Vorsprünge (21) über Schlitzen vorgesehen sind, in denen die Gelenkfüße (19) eingerastet sind.
  8. Schachtel für Schreibinstrumente nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf einer Seite der Schachtel (1) außerhalb des Bodens (2) hervorstehende Stützlasche (12) des Hebelbocks (4) mit einem Aufhängungsloch (14) ausgestattet ist.
  9. Schachtel für Schreibinstrumente nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (3) mit dem Boden (2) durch ein Scharnier (7) verbunden ist, das ausgebildet ist, um eine Rotation des Deckels (3) im Verhältnis zum Boden (2) von zirka 360° zu erlauben, wodurch ein Falten des Deckels (3) unter dem Boden (2) erlaubt wird.
  10. Schachtel für Schreibinstrumente nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (3) mit dem Boden (2) durch ein doppeltes Scharnier (7) verbunden ist, das ein mechanisches Scharnier (8), das eine erste Rotation von zirka 180° erlaubt, und ein Folienscharnier (9), das eine zweite Rotation von zirka 180° erlaubt, kombiniert.
