Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wippausleger-Turmkran, bei dem zumindest der Ausleger drehbar ist.
- Turmkrane umfassen eine Kranbasis, von der ausgehend sich ein Turm nach oben erstreckt. An einem oberen Abschnitt des Turms ist ein Ausleger und möglicherweise ein Gegenausleger angebracht. Bei Wippausleger-Turmkranen ist ein Ausleger über ein Gelenk mit dem Turm verbunden, so dass der Winkel des Auslegers zur horizontalen Ebene veränderbar ist. Auf diese Weise wird auch die Ausladung verändert. Bei der Bauform von Wippausleger-Turmkranen, auf die sich die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht, sind der Ausleger und der damit verbundene Abschnitt des Turms mittels mindestens eines Schwenkwerks um die vertikale Achse drehbar. Teilweise wird der drehbare (obere) Abschnitt des Krans auch als Drehteil bezeichnet.
- Im Außerbetriebs-Lastfall "Sturm", also bei Überschreitung einer bestimmten Windstärke, ist es für die Standsicherheit eines Turmkranes erforderlich, dass der Turmkran in den Wind dreht, d.h., dass das Drehteil mit dem Ausleger in die Windrichtung zeigt (Prinzip "Wetterfahne"). Bei Laufkatzauslegern geschieht dies durch den langen Ausleger (bei kürzerem Gegenausleger) immer von selbst, d.h. durch den Wind selbst. Bei Wippausleger-Turmkranen ist dies bei geringer Ausladung (typischerweise unter 20 m) nicht mehr sichergestellt, beispielsweise weil aufgrund des kleinen Windmomentes des Auslegers das Windmoment des Gegenauslegers nicht mehr kompensiert werden kann. Dementsprechend erfolgt dann nicht die Windanströmung von hinten (der Ausleger zeigt in Windrichtung), sondern von der Seite oder von vorne. Dies bedeutet eine deutlich niedrigere Standsicherheit bei starken Winden (Sturm). Ein bekanntes Mittel zur Verringerung dieses Risikos besteht darin, insbesondere für Ausladungen im Bereich von ca. 13m bis 20m, den Ausleger mit zusätzlichen Windfahnen zu bestücken. Bei noch kleineren Ausladungen funktioniert dieses Mittel jedoch nicht mehr.
- Ein Kran gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 ist aus dem
bekannt.JP 60 162585 U - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Wippausleger-Turmkran zur Verfügung zu stellen, bei dem die beschriebenen Risiken vermieden werden.
- Diese Aufgabe wird durch einen Wippausleger-Turmkran mit den im Patentanspruch 1 bezeichneten Merkmalen gelöst. Weitere Ausführungsformen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche oder nachfolgend beschrieben.
- Im Gegensatz zu den bekannten Lösungen, die eine "passive" Windsteuerung darstellen, weist der erfindungsgemäße Wippausleger-Turmkran eine "aktive" Außerbetrieb-Windsteuerung auf. Diese ermöglicht es, insbesondere bei sehr kleinen Ausladungen bei Überschreitung einer bestimmten Windstärke, eine korrekte Auslegerstellung zu gewährleisten. Bei Überschreitung eines vorgegebenen Windstärkemesswerts wird ein "aktives" Drehen des Auslegers in die gemessene Windrichtung veranlasst, so dass der Ausleger in die Windrichtung zeigt. Dadurch wird die Standsicherheit des Wippausleger-Turmkrans entscheidend erhöht. Wenn mehrere benachbart stehende Krane die erfindungsgemäße Merkmale aufweisen, können sie zudem in geringerem Abstand als bisher aufgebaut werden.
- Als besonders vorteilhaft erweist sich die Erfindung, wenn die für die "aktive Windsteuerung" erforderlichen Komponenten mit elektrischer Energie betrieben werden und die Bereitstellung der elektrischer Energie für die Messvorrichtung, die Steuerungsvorrichtung und/oder die Drehung der Schwenkwerke durch einen Generator oder eine Batterie erfolgt. Dann funktioniert die erfindungsgemäße Außerbetrieb-Windsteuerung unabhängig davon, ob die sonstige Energieversorgung des Krans ausfällt.
Claims (2)
- Wippausleger-Turmkran, umfassend einen Turm und einen über ein Gelenk mit einem Abschnitt des Turms verbundenen Ausleger, wobei der Ausleger und der damit verbundene Abschnitt des Turms mittels mindestens eines Schwenkwerks um die vertikale Achse drehbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Wippausleger-Turmkran aufweist: mindestens eine Messvorrichtung, die zumindest im Außerbetriebs-Zustand des Wippausleger-Turmkrans die Windrichtung und die Windstärke misst, und eine Steuerungsvorrichtung, an die die Messwerte übermittelt werden und die bei Überschreitung eines vorgegebenen Windstärkemesswerts ein Drehen des Auslegers mittels des Schwenkwerks in die gemessene Windrichtung veranlasst. - Wippausleger-Turmkran nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bereitstellung elektrischer Energie für die Messvorrichtung, die Steuerungsvorrichtung und/oder die Drehung der Schwenkwerke durch einen Generator oder eine Batterie erfolgt.
