Description

The invention relates to a central vacuum cleaner system with a suction unit, with an at least partially branched suction line system connected to the suction unit for at least guiding the dust sucked in by the suction unit, with at least one connection box, which has a central connection connected to the suction line system, with an at least partially flexible one Suction hose and with a suction tube that can be connected to the suction line system for receiving the suction hose that can be at least partially sucked into the suction tube and at least partially pulled out of the suction tube.

Central vacuum systems have been known for many years and offer numerous advantages compared to floor or hand vacuum cleaners, for example in terms of suction power, noise and dust generation. A major disadvantage of central vacuum cleaner systems is their handling with regard to the suction hose. The suction hose can usually be connected to the central vacuum cleaner system via suction sockets and, due to the suction sockets installed relatively far apart, usually has lengths of in particular 8 meters and more. Clearly, this also entails considerable problems when stowing the suction hose, because this not only requires a large amount of space for its storage - even in rolled up or suspended form - but the suction hose can also be subjected to considerable mechanical stress or environmental influences if it is improperly stored can.

For this purpose, devices from the state of the art ( US3520725A ) known, which are designed in such a way that the suction hose is sucked into the suction line system and in this after the use of the central vacuum system can be stowed away. Such systems are also known under the name "Hide-a-Hose". Such embodiments enable the suction hose to be stowed away, but are not easy to maintain with regard to the removal of bulky objects that may have been sucked in - such as pens, torn hose parts, etc. - from the suction line system. Sucked in bulky objects can also hinder the sucking in and pulling out of the suction hose or damage the suction line system and especially the suction hose. A disadvantage of such devices is also that the suction or removal of the suction hose by - z. B. necessary due to the structural conditions - branches and bends of the suction line system are made considerably more difficult. Among other things, this can result in a suction hose sucked in with tight bends in a suction line system being exposed to comparatively strong mechanical loads when it is pulled out. The durability of the suction hose or the stability of the central vacuum cleaner system can be significantly negatively affected.

A prior art according to the preamble of claim 1 is from US2011 / 041282A1 known.

The invention has therefore set itself the task of improving a central vacuum cleaner system of the type described in such a way that it can be installed largely independently of the structural conditions and that a suction hose can be safely accommodated in its length or largely protected from damage . Furthermore, the vacuum cleaner system should be stable and have advantages with regard to its maintenance, in particular the removal of bulky objects that have been sucked in or the cleaning of the suction line system.

Die Erfindung löst die gestellte Aufgabe dadurch, durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1.The invention solves the problem posed by the features of claim 1.

If the connection box is connected to a suction pipe leading away from and back to it for the suction hose that can be drawn in and out, then the suction line system from the suction unit to the connection box can be installed free of constraints that can result from the inclusion of a suction hose. In the suction line system, bends with a narrow radius can very well be provided in the area of the central connection to the connection box, which means that the installation of the device, in particular the suction line system and subsequently also the connection box, can be carried out much more easily and in accordance with the structural conditions. A central vacuum cleaner system that can be installed particularly flexibly can thus be made possible. In addition, the suction tube can provide ideal guidance for sucking in and pulling out the suction hose - in particular without comparatively narrow bends - so that the suction hose can advantageously be sucked in in its full length and at the same time also the mechanical loads on the suction hose or suction tube caused by pulling out and sucking in the suction hose can be kept low. In addition, objects sucked into the suction hose, in particular bulky objects, cannot significantly impair the function of the suction hose or can also be easily removed from it. A stable and easy-to-use device can thus be created. In addition, it is possible with the aid of the connection box according to the invention to improve an existing central vacuum cleaner system whose suction line system is not suitable for sucking in and / or pulling out a suction hose. For this purpose, the connection box according to the invention only has to be connected to the existing suction line system in a suitable manner, preferably at the central connection or at the pipe bend of the suction line system connected to the central connection. The suction pipe can be connected directly to the suction line system and / or connected via separable connecting means, for example via a hose. In general, it should be mentioned that a suction pipe can have any cross-sectional shape, for example round, angular, etc. It should also be mentioned in general that a central vacuum cleaner system can be understood to mean a central vacuum cleaner system. According to the invention, the suction pipe is designed to be connectable to the suction line system via the central connection, and the suction pipe can be connected to a connection be separated with the suction line system, which greatly simplifies the maintenance of the device according to the invention, for. B. for cleaning purposes or for the purpose of checking for damaged parts of the suction tube. In contrast to the prior art, this can make it possible, for example, to introduce a cleaning device through the suction tube and pull it out again from the other end. Another advantage of the device according to the invention is that any torn off parts of the suction hose connected to the connection box via the suction pipe can be stopped at the latest before this central connection and are no longer sucked in towards the suction unit. Thus, the risk that torn off parts of the suction hose penetrate into the suction line system or into the suction unit and in this problem such. B. cause blockages can be reduced. It is also possible to remove these parts of the suction hose from the device in a simple manner. In contrast to the prior art, the device according to the invention can thus be distinguished by particularly simple maintenance.

If a pipe bend of the suction line system connects to the central connection, this can enable, for example, sucked-in dirt or sucked-in objects that could possibly collect or become wedged in the suction line system to be intercepted. This reduces the risk of blockages in the pipeline system, which preferably form in the area of branching fittings, but also the risk of damage to the pipeline system or the suction unit, as can be caused, for example, by sucking in bulky objects such as ballpoint pens. A pipe bend of the suction line system that adjoins the central connection can also be advantageous because it represents an easily accessible and therefore easy to clean or repair point. The device according to the invention can thus be distinguished by its stability and simple handling and maintenance.

If the length of the suction pipe is greater than or equal to the length of the suction hose, the suction hose can be extended in its full length to its thickened end or up to a handle, a brush or the like that may be attached to the end of the suction hose. This enables safe storage of the suction hose.

If one end of the suction hose has connecting means for connection to the central connection, it is possible to connect a suction hose independently of the suction line leading away from the connection box and back to it or a further suction hose that may be sucked into it and to suck up dust via this. The vacuum cleaner system according to the invention can thus be distinguished by particularly flexible handling. In general, it is conceivable to construct this central connection or the suction hose in such a way that an on / off switch and / or a control of the suction power of the suction unit can be provided on the suction hose, preferably on its handle. It is also conceivable that the function and / or the power of the suction unit can be controlled via radio, for example via a device with a transmitter connected to the suction hose and via a device with a receiver connected to the connection box.

If the suction hose that can be at least partially sucked into the suction tube and at least partially pulled out of the suction tube can be fully pulled out of the suction tube, it may be possible to connect the suction hose to other junction boxes, suction sockets, etc. It is therefore not absolutely necessary to provide at least one suction hose for each connection box or for each suction pipe connected to the connection box, which in turn can lead to a reduction in costs.

If the suction tube has a taper, this can enable the suction hose to be pulled out of the suction tube unexpectedly completely. Rather, this taper can cause pulling resistance and thus, for example, represent a pull-out brake for the suction hose, whereby pulling out the suction hose can at least be slowed down or, if pulling is stopped, can only be overcome by increased pull.

It is also conceivable, however, that this pull-out brake is designed in such a way that the suction hose cannot be pulled out of the suction tube in its entirety. In addition, such a taper can easily create an airtight seal between the suction pipe and the suction hose, whereby, for example, hissing noises or a suction loss on the suction hose can be reduced.

If the suction pipe runs in the wall, flush-mounted, floor and / or furniture, the device according to the invention can be installed in a very variable manner according to the prevailing structural conditions. In particular, the connection with already installed central vacuum cleaning systems can be made easier. The installation of the suction pipe in flush-mounted boxes can be particularly suitable.

If the free end of the suction hose sucked into the suction tube lies in the connection area of the connection box, then the suction hose can easily remain accessible for maintenance purposes, even when the suction hose is completely inserted.

If the connection box has receptacles for stowing accessories for the suction hose, this offers particular handling advantages over the prior art. With a junction box designed in this way, a. enables not only a suction hose, but also handles connected to the end of the suction hose, as well as devices connected or separated from the handle, such as brushes, to be stored safely and in a space-saving manner.

Fig. 2

Fig. 3

The after Fig. 1 Central vacuum cleaner system 1, shown as an example in an exemplary embodiment, shows a suction unit 2 which is connected via a branching suction line system 3 to connection boxes 4, 5 which are arranged in different locations. Such a suction line system 3 is also referred to as a raw vacuum system, among other things. In general, it is mentioned that a wide variety of connections are conceivable, for example surface sockets, floor suction sockets, built-in wall boxes and the like. The suction line system 3 laid in the wall 6 and / or in the floor 7 can thus be used in different rooms for connecting a suction hose 8 or other suction accessories, for example a telescopic rod 9 with a coarse dirt nozzle 10. The flexible suction hose 8 is stored in a suction tube 15 or received by it. For this purpose, the suction pipe 15 has a larger diameter than the suction hose 8. If now negative pressure is applied to the suction pipe 15, the suction hose 8 can be sucked into the suction pipe 15 in a sliding manner. Because the suction hose 8 has a thickened end 13, the suction hose 8 is not drawn completely into the suction tube 15. The suction hose 8 can now be pulled out of the suction tube 15 via the thickened end 13, for example, so that the length of the suction hose 8 can be varied as required in the manner of a telescopic rod. The dust 11 now sucked in by the suction hose 8 or the coarse dirt nozzle 10 can now be guided via the suction line system 3 to the suction unit 2 and picked up by the suction unit 2. It has been found disadvantageous in a telescopic use of a suction hose 8 that the sucking in of coarse dirt or bulky objects, for example pins, especially in the area of branching fittings 14 of the suction line system 3, leads to blockages and even jamming of the suction hose 8 with the suction pipe 15 can lead. A stable handling of a suction hose 8 that can be drawn in or drawn out cannot be guaranteed. To solve this problem, the invention proposes that the connection box 4 be provided with a suction pipe 15 leading away from it and back to it for the suction pipe 15 which can be drawn in and out Suction hose 8 is connected. This loop-shaped design of a suction pipe 15 can prevent the suction hose 8 from jamming in the suction pipe 15, for example in the case of coarse dust or dirt 11. A stable central vacuum cleaner system 1 can thus be made possible.

The suction pipe 15 has two pipe connections 16 and 17 with flap seals 16 ', 17'. The suction hose 8 can be pulled out of the suction pipe 15 via the pipe connection 16, the suction hose 8 also being accessible via the pipe connection 17. In particular, however, a simple connection option with the central connection 18 of the connection box can be created via the pipe connection 17. For this purpose, the suction pipe 15 is designed to be connectable to the suction line system 3 via the central connection, namely by connecting a hose piece 19 to both connections 17 and 18, such as in particular the Fig. 2 refer to. The central vacuum cleaner system 1 according to the invention is therefore comparatively simple in construction.

The suction line system 3 connects to the central connection 18 via a pipe bend 20. In this way, bulky dirt can already be trapped at this point before it can penetrate deeper into the suction line system 3 and suck for blockages there.

The suction hose 8 can be pulled out completely from the suction tube 15. In order to be able to connect the suction hose 8 directly to the central connection 18, the latter has a connection 21. The suction hose 8 can therefore also be connected directly to the suction line system 3.

The suction pipe 15 has a taper 22 which, in the manner of a pull-out brake, can give the operating personnel feedback on the width of the pulled-out suction hose 8. In addition, a tight connection of the suction pipe 15 to the suction hose 8 can be created in a structurally simple manner.

In the connection box 4, a receptacle 23 designed as a hook is provided, which can be used for stowing or hanging accessories for the suction hose 8, which are not shown in detail.

According to Fig. 3 it can be seen that the free end 25 of the suction hose 8 sucked into the suction pipe 15 lies in the connection area 24 of the connection box 4 for advantageous maintenance purposes.
