Claims (5)

  1. Four de cuisson comprenant un appareil pour détecter la forme tridimensionnelle d'un aliment sur un support d'aliment, en particulier une platine de cuisson (18), dudit four de cuisson, dans lequel:
    - l'appareil comprend au moins un laser (24) agencé au-dessus d'une cavité de four (10) du four de cuisson,
    - un rayon laser (26) généré par le laser (24) est dirigé vers le bas,
    - l'appareil comprend au moins une caméra (20) agencée au-dessus d'un support d'aliment (18) du four de cuisson,
    - la caméra (20) est agencée dans une partie avant du four de cuisson,
    - un côté supérieur du support d'aliment (18) se trouve à l'intérieur d'un champ de vision (22) de la caméra (20), et
    - un angle entre un axe central (28) d'un champ de vision (22) de la caméra (20) et le rayon laser (26) est prédéterminé,
    caractérisé en ce que:
    le four de cuisson comprend un tiroir (12), dans lequel la caméra (20) est agencée à une partie supérieure d'une partie verticale (14) dudit tiroir (12), et dans lequel le support d'aliment (18) est agencé à la partie verticale (14) et/ou sur une partie horizontale (16) dudit tiroir (12), et dans lequel le laser (24) est agencé derrière un cadre avant de la cavité de four (10), et dans lequel le support d'aliment (18) et la caméra (20) sont couplés mécaniquement, de telle sorte que la caméra (20) et le support d'aliment (18) soient mobiles de façon synchronisée.
  2. Four de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie verticale (14) du tiroir (12) est formée comme une porte de four.
  3. Four de cuisson selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la caméra (20) est agencée à l'intérieur d'une partie supérieure de la porte de four.
  4. Four de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cadre avant comporte au moins un trou pour le rayon laser (16).
  5. Four de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'angle entre l'axe central (28) du champ de vision (22) de la caméra (20) et le rayon laser (26) est compris entre 30° et 60°, et est de préférence égal à environ 45°.
