Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abwärmenutzungsanlage für eine Abwärmequelle (10), bestehend aus einem dieser nachgeschalteten ORC (Organic-Rankine-Cycle), wobei die Abwärmequelle (10) mit der Beheizungsvorrichtung (8, 9) des ORC in Verbindung steht, sowie mit einer mit einem Generator (5) gekoppelten Expansionsmaschine (4) zur Dampfexpansion im ORC, wobei mindestens ein Verdampfer (3) mit einem nachgeschalteten Tropfenabscheider (12) gekoppelt ist, welcher im Wesentlichen aus einem liegend angeordneten zylindrischen Behälter (13) besteht, welcher einen Abscheideraum (14) einschließt, der in seinem unteren Bereich mindestens einen Dampfeintrittsstutzen (15) als Verbindung zum Verdampfer (3) und in seinem oberen Bereich mindestens einen Dampfaustrittsstutzen (16) aufweist. Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, den Betrieb einer Abwärmenutzungsanlage, im Wesentlichen bestehend aus einem einer Abwärmequelle nachgeschalteten ORC, durch einen optimierten Tropfenabscheider zu verbessern. Erfindungsgemäß ist daher der Tropfenabscheider (12) über die Wand des zylindrischen Behälters (13) von außen beheizbar, um eine Dampftrocknung zu erreichen.
