Such scrapers are known in a variety of embodiments. They are used to strip cosmetic applicators, which are dipped in a cosmetic container to take there the required amount of the cosmetic to be applied and which are then pulled out of the cosmetic container to apply this cosmetic. These consist of two parallel stems, each carrying its own applicator on its side facing the container side. At the other end, these two stems are connected by a spring element, so that they can actually be operated like tweezers. It is easy to understand that the eyelashes are gripped with such an applicator with the two applicator elements and can be effectively wetted in this way with mascara. At the same time they are given the desired curvature or the desired momentum.

Apart from the early, sometimes awkward acting forceps applicators quite practical applicators have been developed recently. Roughly speaking, these correspond to a conventional applicator only with the difference that the stem is divided into two parts along the longitudinal axis. These two parts are connected together and can be compressed like a tweezer. At their end, they each carry an applicator element.

It has already been tried to strip these modern tweezer applicators with scrapers. The conventional scrapers work even with such tweezers applicators relatively well insofar as they are able to strip off the outer circumference of the stem quite well and also the outer areas of the two adjoining applicator elements. Problem but the surplus of macaramass that lingers in the gap over which the two stems rest. In addition, also the excess of liquid or pasty mass prepares problems, which is located in the area where the two applicators or brushes against each other.

In view of this, it is the object of the invention to provide a scraper, with the help of which it succeeds tweezers applicators almost as clean strip, as the known einstieligen applicators.

The solution of this object is achieved by the features of claim 1.

The scraper according to the invention has a substantially sleeve-shaped scraper body. This can be installed in a preferably round container neck. Preferably, the scrapers according to the invention are equipped so that their partition extends in the direction of the imaginary longitudinal axis of the respective scraper over at least 1/4, more preferably at least 1/2 of the length of the scraper. A certain spatial extension of the partition wall is a prerequisite for a good stripping effect. For reasons mentioned above, a further embodiment is preferred in which the collar consists of a rubber-elastic material or in which the collar carries a rubber-elastic coating at least in the region of its sealing surfaces. Such a two-stage scraper with its locally soft elastic trim also seals particularly well against the container neck, as soon as it is pressed against this in the direction of the longitudinal axis.

In the context of a particularly preferred embodiment, it is provided that the stripper body comprises a first part which is rotatably held a second part.
