Abstract

L'objet de l'invention est un procédé pour la modification de couches supérieures de surfaces de travail de pièces de machines, qui est utilisé pour le traitement de couches supérieures de surfaces de travail de pièces de machine, et en particulier pour le placement de revêtements de graisses solides micrométriques et nanométriques dans les aspérités des surfaces de poinçons d'extrusion et sur des guides coulissants de machines-outils. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que la surface traitée (5), dans la zone du bélier, qui est un marteau (2) doté d'une zone de travail ronde, raccordée à un actionneur piézoélectrique (T), qui est entraîné par un générateur de tension haute fréquence présentant une fréquence pouvant être modifiée dans la plaque de 10 Hz à 1000 Hz et un mouvement relatif du marteau (2) par rapport au matériau traité (3) le long de la ligne d'action dans la plage de 0,05 à 5,0 mm, est recouverte d'une couche de matériau étranger (4), qui est raccordée par adhésion avec la couche supérieure (5) de la surface modifiée sous la pression exercée par le marteau (2).
