And a room-side direct light surface forming, held in the housing Streulichtfläche, in particular in the form of a micro Prismatikfläche or a satin finished or opal surface, wherein the housing is subdivided into a base part assigned to the lighting means and a frame part assigned to the scattered light surface, and a transparent intermediate element is provided between the base part and the frame part.

Luminaires of this type are known as recessed lights, surface-mounted lights and also with respect to the respective ceiling suspended lights. Both in lighting and in terms of aesthetics, such lights often leave much to be desired.

A lamp of the type mentioned is from the EP 2 023 035 A1 known. In this known luminaire, the lighting means are in the region of a frame part enclosing the scattered light surface and are directed onto a reflection surface arranged between the base part and the frame part. Between the base part and the frame part delimiting the scattered light surface, there is an expanding spatial body, which is formed by a base section, an adjoining oblique surface section widening on all sides, and an adjoining edge section formed as a support for the frame part. This room body can be completely transparent be formed so that when exposed to light in addition to the illuminated inclined surface portion of the integrally formed with the inclined surface portion edge portion is illuminated and thereby creates a circumferential, with respect to the scattered light surface optically spaced formed by the edge portion, lichtabstrahlender area.

Out US Pat. No. 6,161,939 a luminaire is known in which a centrally arranged in a housing fluorescent tube emits light on all sides, wherein directly below the fluorescent tube, the radiated light strikes a Ausblendraster and laterally next to the fluorescent light waveguide are provided in which the light entering the front side reflects multiple and large area room side is radiated.

The object of the invention is to design lamps of the type specified, taking into account each used bulbs with structurally simple structure such that on the one hand achieves high uniformity of the room side light emitting surface and on the other hand achieved an aesthetic emphasis on the respective format contour and in particular a soft light transition to Ceiling area is achieved.

This object is achieved according to the invention essentially in that the transparent intermediate element of an independent, a partial light flow branching light collecting and guiding profile to provide a circumferential, with respect to the scattered light surface optically spaced light band is provided.

By integrated into the overall structure of the lamp light collecting and guiding profile, a defined proportion of the luminous flux generated by the bulbs is diverted to create a circumferential light band, said light band is optically separated from the direct light surface formed by the scattered light surface through the frame part, whereby emphasizes the format contour appears in appearance and the desired soft light transition to the respective ceiling surface can be ensured.

The light collecting and guiding profile consisting of transparent materials comprises an inner light collecting area situated in the irradiation area of the illuminating means and an outer light emitting area ending either flush with the housing and / or frame parts or projecting beyond this.

The partial luminous flux coupled into the light collecting area is guided in this element, which is formed by an element with total internal reflection, so that it practically passes in its entirety into the light emitting area formed by a diffuser material and exits from it in the form of stray light. The light guide and diffuser regions of the light collection and guide profile, which are made of different materials, are preferably designed as a uniform, coextruded part.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the scattered light element associated with the light guide element is designed as a multi-functional part and, on the one hand, has a face extending toward the scattered light or prismatic face Support and support legs and on the other hand, a parallel and spaced from the light guide element extending holding leg to form a receiving groove. This embodiment allows a structurally simple structure and an advantageous connection of the light-collecting and guiding profile with a carrier profile frame, which can be coupled to the base part.

As the light source is a plurality of at least substantially over the scattered light surface extending fluorescent lamps or a plurality of distributed on a with respect to their size adapted to the scattered light surface support surface LED's used. The use of a combination of these bulbs is possible.

The arrangement and the choice of the distance of the fluorescent lamps from the scattered light surface, a very uniform illumination of these preferably still covered by a diffuser foil prismatic surface can be ensured with simultaneous glare.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention is used as a plurality of evenly distributed over a support surface LED's arranged with wide-angle radiation, which in turn succeeds in cooperation with the preferably provided micro Prismatikfläche with prisms located on the room side, to achieve a uniformly luminous, room-side light emitting surface , Such a luminaire of low height has a particularly high operating efficiency.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the frame part comprises an outer profile part in the form of a covering and mounting frame with an inwardly directed support leg for the scattered light surface and a support profile part fitted in the outer profile part, which on the one hand fixes the edge region of the scattered light surface, in particular via an angling, and on the other hand has a support and fastening surface for the light collection and guide profile. External profile part and support profile part are preferably detachable, but firmly connected. This connection preferably takes place via snap-action locking elements, for which purpose, for example, inwardly directed nubs can be provided on the outer profile part and depressions or openings corresponding in the support profile part can be provided.

The frame part can be coupled to the base part via a carrier profile part, wherein this carrier profile part is connected to the frame part via the light collecting and guiding profile arranged therebetween. In this case, the light collecting and guiding profile penetrating fastening elements are preferably designed to be transparent in order to avoid disturbing influence of the luminous flux through this light collecting and guiding profile. At the same time, the components resting on both sides of the light-collecting and guiding profile and ensuring that they are connected to it ensure that lateral light emission is prevented, unless this is already the case due to the total internal reflection in the light-conducting element acted upon by the light sources.

According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is possible to avoid the light collecting and guiding profile penetrating fasteners, in this case on both sides of the light collecting optical fiber element between this light guide element and the diffuser element receiving grooves for angled end portions of the support profile and the support profile are provided.

In connection with the light collecting and guiding profile designed as a multi-function part, it is advantageous if the frame part comprises an outer profile part in the form of a cover and mounting frame with an inwardly directed support leg for the prismatic surface and a cover leg, which has snap-fit connections in the form of a latching groove the support and support legs of the scattered light element and resilient locking elements on the inside of the cover leg can be coupled.

The frame part can be coupled to the base part via a frame-shaped carrier profile part, and this carrier profile part engages in a preferred embodiment via an outwardly angled end with little play in the circumferential receiving groove between the light guide element and the holding leg of the scattered light element. In this way, a boltless connection between the carrier profile part and the light collecting and guiding profile is realized.

A further embodiment of the invention consists in that the light collection and support profile is arranged as a circumferential vertical frame element between the prismatic surface-bearing outer profile part of the frame part and the vertical walls of the base part to form a ceiling-mounted light strip in a downlight, wherein an exposed inner region of the transparent vertical frame element the light collection area forms.

In this embodiment, the light collecting and guiding profile runs perpendicular to the prismatic surface and either ends flush with the prismatic surface and separated therefrom by the frame part or is formed projecting over the prismatic surface, wherein the projecting region in its shape or outer contour can be freely designed. This leads to a pronounced emphasis on the format contour given by the prismatic surface. This emphasis can - as in all other embodiments of the invention - be further enhanced by different colors compared to the prismatic surface, wherein the generation of a light band predefinable color by selecting a corresponding colored light guide element or diffuser element for the light collection area.

In order to use the entire grid as a light surface, a tool-free pivoting of the frame part is provided by the base part, preferably via an internal pivoting lever system, in particular a scissor lever system, wherein the fixation of the frame part on the base part in the operating position by a correspondingly acting spring bias or at least a detachable closure element can be ensured. It is either a closure in the manner of a snap closure provided under spring force, the closing process is easy, but for opening a certain amount of force is required, or it is preferably a so-called push / push closure used without any controls by light Press on to the base part a correspondingly low clearance having frame part simply closed and can be solved accordingly comfortable again.

The connection of the swivel or scissor lever system with the frame part and thus the light surface can be done via technical pushbuttons, so that not only the final assembly is facilitated in this way, but after a possibly necessary decrease in the light surface re-fixing can be performed easily. A particularly advantageous application of the luminaire according to the invention consists in the creation of so-called cluster situations, in which several recessed luminaires are arranged adjacent to each other in a grid profile ceiling, namely to form uniform gaps or joints with a width of a few millimeters, for example 5 mm, said these gaps or joints are bounded by the cover frame of the lights and are acted upon by the opposing, circulating scattered light elements with light. The ceiling profile parts on which the base parts of the lights are fixed so that can be used to connect the base and frame parts push / push units are generally white, so that ideal reflection surfaces for the joint light present and used in the inventive arrangement can. In particular, the use of push / push units allows the particularly close ranking of individual lights, since in this case no special controls for opening the lights must be provided, but the light emitting surface forms the control surface. The projection of the luminaires over the ceiling profile makes it possible to utilize the entire grid dimension, which results in an approximately 10% larger light area.

Further advantageous features and embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the claims, the following description of exemplary embodiments and the drawings.

Fig. 1 shows in the form of a perspective partial view of an embodiment of the invention in the form of a fitted with fluorescent tubes 4 surface-mounted luminaire, which includes a certain base for ceiling mounting base 1 and connectable to the base part or detachable frame part 2.

The basic housing or base part 1 accommodates the arranged in a plane fluorescent tubes 4 with associated version and the required, not shown in the drawing electronic components, in particular ballasts, on.

The frame part 2, which closes the housing in the operating state of the lamp, carries on narrow, inwardly angled support legs 7 a micro Prismatikfläche 3 with room side prisms of known design, at a uniform luminance, preferably in the range of about 1000 cd / m 2 to about 2000 cd / m 2 is feasible.

It is important that the luminance over the surface is evenly distributed, including the mutual distance of the fluorescent tubes 4 on the one hand and the distance between the plane in which the fluorescent tubes 4 are located, and the micro Prismatikfläche 3 is set optimally.

In order to improve the anti-dazzle and to ensure the lowest possible heights in the micro Prismatikfläche 3 preferably hexagonal prisms are provided with about 120 degrees.

A part of the frame part 2 is an outer profile part 6, which forms a covering and mounting frame, and a profiled support part 8 which is arranged within the outer profile part and which is preferably connected to the outer profile part 6 by means of snap-locking elements and above all has two functions. namely on the one hand, the fixation of the edge region of the micro Prismatikfläche 3 and on the other hand, the formation of a support and mounting surface 9 for a transparent light collection and guide profile. 5 Each formed as a circumferential, frame-shaped parts profile parts 8, 9 and 5 are connected together with an adjacent to the light collection and guide profile 5, extending into the base part 1 carrier profile part 12 firmly together, preferably via transparent connecting elements.

Of the Fig. 1 It can be seen that the inner end of the light collecting and guiding profile 5 is located in the irradiation area of the lighting means 4, ie, a partial light flow is diverted from the total light flux available for irradiation through the light collecting and guiding profile 5, and this specifically guided partial light flow occurs on the light collection and guide profile 5 from the side, wherein the outer region of the light collecting and guiding profile 5 is formed as a diffuser.

By means of the thus created, circumferential light band, which appears particularly clearly and separated from the main light surface by the contrast between the adjacent frame element or the adjacent frame elements, an indirect light zone is formed, which provides an aesthetically soft light transition to the ceiling surface.

The schematic partial representation after Fig. 2a illustrates in an enlarged representation of the basic structure of an embodiment of a surface-mounted luminaire with prismatic surface 3, frame part 2 with integrated light-collecting and guide profile 5 and intended for ceiling installation base part. 1

The built-in a ceiling 21 base part in the form of a flat-topped housing takes a support surface 15 for a variety of these Support surface distributed LED's 4, wherein in the space between this support surface 15 and the housing bottom, the required electronic components and wiring can be accommodated.

Schematically indicated is a push / push unit 22, which is attached to the lateral inner wall of the base part 1 and cooperates with a firmly connected to the frame part 2 locking element 23. The carrier profile part 12 is supported on the bottom of the base part 1 by an elastic, e.g. consisting of a foam material element 35, in such a way that when the lamp is closed on the support section part 12 exerts a certain bias and thus a defined relative position between the base part 1 and frame part 2 is guaranteed.

The frame part 2 comprises a serving as cover and mounting frame outer profile 6, which is formed in cross-section L-shaped, so that an inwardly angled support leg 7 as a support for the prismatic surface, on which preferably a film 20 is arranged, can serve. Located substantially form-fitting within the outer profile part 6, a support profile part 8 is provided, which serves on the one hand for fixing the prismatic surface 3 and may have a corresponding angled end, and on the other hand, a support and mounting surface 9, on which the light collection and guide profile. 5 is arranged.

The outer profile 6 is preferably releasably connected to the support profile 8, wherein the connection takes place according to a preferred embodiment of snap-locking units, in the illustrated example of openings 18 in the support profile part 8 and in these openings 18 engaging nubs 19 on the outer profile part 6 exist. The knobs 19 can be formed by corresponding characteristics in the outer profile part 6.

With the support and mounting surface 9 of the support profile part 8, the light collecting and guiding profile 5 consisting of transparent materials is fixedly connected, preferably via light-transmitting connecting elements, such as e.g. Bolt. By means of these connecting elements, a carrier profile part 12 extending into the base part 1 is connected to the light collecting and guiding profile 5 and, in the case of the use of push / push units 22, a latching element 23 cooperating with this. It is ensured that between the light collection and guide profile 5 and the built-in the respective ceiling 21 base a small, lying in the millimeter range game 24 remains, which is necessary for the function of the push / push units used.

The light collecting and guiding profile is composed of a light collecting area 10 formed by an optical waveguide and an adjoining scattered light element or diffuser which acts as a light emitting area 11. The light-collecting region 10 is designed and dimensioned so that it lies in the incident region of the light coming from the bulbs 4, so that the recorded light component is directed to the diffuser element within the light guide operating in particular with total internal reflection, where it is emitted to the outside as indirect light and a soft light transition to the ceiling 21 causes.

Fig. 2b shows a modification of the embodiment Fig. 2a , whereby it is possible within the scope of this modification to refer to the in Fig. 2a shown, in particular transparent connecting elements 13 to dispense.

For this purpose, the diffuser or scattered light element 11 is provided with a U-shaped recess 39, wherein the light guide element 10 engages between the legs 37, 38 formed thereby, leaving each one receiving gap. Also in this case, the light guide element 10 and provided with the recess 39 diffuser element 11 may consist of a coextruded part.

In the gap between the light guide 10 and the leg of the diffuser element, which is located on the side of the occupied with a diffuser film 36 prismatic surface 3, engages an angled leg 38 of the support profile part 8, while in the opposite gap between the light guide element 10 and diffuser element 11th extends the angled end 37 of the carrier profile part. In this way, a frictional connection between the base part 1 and the frame part 2 is created without the use of connecting bolts.

Fig. 3 shows a preferred embodiment of the invention in the form of a recessed luminaire, being provided as a lighting means 4 a plurality of distributed over a support surface 15 LED's. The use of LEDs without single lenses, a uniform luminous surface is obtained, achieved a high operating efficiency while achieving a low overall height.

The basic structure of the light after Fig. 3 corresponds to the basis of Fig. 2a and 2 B explained principle, but here is the characteristic peculiarity that formed by the light collection and guide profile 5 circumferential light band in the installed state practically directly adjacent to the ceiling and thus clearly separated from the main emission surface of the micro Prismatikscheibe 3 get a ceiling illumination via indirect light becomes and thereby the light band as independent Feature of the lamp appears in appearance. It can also be seen from this illustration that the space behind the carrier surface 15 is particularly well suited for receiving all other required electronic components as well as the electrical connection connections, which can also be embodied, for example, via plug-in elements.

Fig. 4 shows a further embodiment of the invention in the form of flush-mounted recessed luminaire, in which case to form a flush light strip 14, the light collection and guide profile 5 formed as a circumferential vertical frame member and between the prismatic surface 3 supporting carrier profile part 12 and the vertical walls 16 of the base part 1 and arranged is attached to the vertical walls 16.

Also in this case has the frame-shaped encircling light-collecting and guide profile 5 located in the interior of the base part 1 free light collection area 10, from which the recorded partial luminous flux - guided between the walls of carrier profile part 12 and vertical wall 16 - is led to the ceiling flush end and there the light band 14 forms, which is clearly separated from the prismatic surface 3 by the frame part and thus appears individually and optionally in the selected color of light in appearance.

The light collecting region 10 formed by an optical waveguide can also be angled at its end to improve the light coupling, wherein the angled region does not extend to the housing bottom, so that light coupling from above and from the side can be achieved via this angled end. As in the previously described embodiments, the light guide part is adjoined by a diffuser region, which emerges as the light band 14 Lichtabstrahlbereich forms. The frame part 2, which is flush with the light band 14, is constructed in terms of outer profile part and support profile part analogous to the already described embodiments.

After a modification of in Fig. 4 In the embodiment shown, the diffuser region of the light-collecting and guiding profile 5 can also be configured as projecting outwards, wherein the projecting region can be freely designed with regard to its shape.

By choosing the color of the light guide element or the diffuser element, a particular emphasis on the light band 14 can be made in all embodiments of the invention.

Both for ease of assembly and for maintenance purposes can be provided in principle in all embodiments of the invention in an advantageous manner that frame part 2 and base 1 are connected to each other via an internal pivoting lever system, in particular a scissor lever system 17, as for example in Fig. 5 is shown. The scissor levers 17 are connected to the frame part 2 via technical push buttons, so that the connection of the two basic components of the lamp can be done quickly and easily during final assembly and basically a decrease in the frame part is possible. The pivoting of the frame part 2 made possible by the pivoting lever system 17 ensures a tool-free opening of the luminaire and easy accessibility of the interior components.

The picture after Fig. 5 also shows that the total luminous area formed by the LED's can be subdivided into a plurality of partial areas, and these partial areas can in turn be designed so that they can be swiveled away over a pivot axis. If the total area of light is not in several Subareas is divided, a Abschwenkbarkeit the total area of light can be provided.

Although the fixation of the frame part 2 on the base part 1 can be realized, for example by snap closures on umspringende elements with spring force, preferably distributed over the inner circumference of the lamp several push / push units 22 are used, which are known as such and closing the lamp by light Allow pressing the frame part against the base part, while releasing again only on the frame part 2 a certain pressure must be exerted to release the latch and allow the lamp to open. To ensure that the relative position of the base part 1 and frame part 2 in the closed state of the lamp is always exactly predetermined and is maintained even in case of shocks occurring, the carrier profile part 12 is supported with respect to the base part via an elastic member 36 having a predetermined bias during use guaranteed by push / push units.

The representation after Fig. 6 shows a further embodiment of a lamp according to the invention, as already described in relation to the basic principle in connection with the Fig. 2a and 2 B was explained.

In the base housing or base part 1, in turn, the lighting means are provided which consist of a plurality of distributed over a support surface 15 arranged LED's 4 here. In addition, the electronic components required for the operation of the lamp are housed in this base part.

The frame part 2 detachably connected to the base part 1 in turn comprises the prismatic surface 3 supported in a peripheral frame and the light collecting and guiding profile in the form of a preferably coextruded light collecting region 10 and a light emitting region 11 designed as a diffuser, this light collecting and guiding profile having a peripheral carrier profile 12 is connected, which engages in the base part 1 and can be coupled with this.

Structurally, the embodiment differs according to Fig. 6 from the embodiment according to Fig. 2 essentially by a modified embodiment of the diffuse material region 11 of the light collecting and guiding profile, which is coextruded with the light collecting region 10, which consists, for example, of clear plexi material. The diffuser part 11 has a support and support limb 25 extending in the direction of the prismatic surface 3, the free end of which rests against the prismatic surface 3 and which has a peripheral latching groove 30 on the outside which serves to receive latching spring elements 29 on the inside on a cover leg 28 the covering and mounting frame are provided which carries the prismatic surface 3 via the angled limb 7.

Due to this configuration, the cover and mounting frame can be fixed together with the prismatic surface by a Aufschnappvorgang to the rotating support and support legs 25. The prerequisite for this, of course, is that previously the light collecting and guiding profile has been combined with the carrier profile housing part 12 to form a unit. This is done in this embodiment by using a circumferential receiving groove 27 for the angled end 31 of the carrier profile part 12, said receiving groove 27 by a integrally formed on the diffuser part 11 holding leg 26 in conjunction is formed with the light guide element 10 extending parallel thereto.

As part of the manufacture of the luminaire according to the invention light collecting and guiding profiles are attached to the angled end portions 31 of the carrier profile part 12 and glued together at the Gehrungsecken, wherein the receiving groove 27 is dimensioned so that different thermal expansion of plastic material and metal can be compensated.

Fig. 7 shows a particularly advantageous use of recessed luminaires according to the invention in the form of a partial sectional view. Accordingly, a freely selectable number of inventive lights can be installed in a grid profile ceiling, namely the way that defined between the individual lights, limited by cover joints are present, which are illuminated via the inner light collection and guide profiles and thus form joint light bands.

The Fig. 7 shows in connection with a ceiling profile part 33 two built into the ceiling, forming a gap 32 and a joint adjacent lights whose housing or base parts 1 are supported on support legs 34 of the ceiling profile parts 33. Not shown is provided for example via double adhesive tapes or mechanical fixing elements connection between the base parts 1 and the support legs 34, which is particularly necessary if between the preferably swing-formed frame part 2 and the base part 1 for coupling push / push elements 22 are provided.

The example, a width of about 5 mm owning joint 32 between adjacent lights is limited on the one hand by the legs of the cover and mounting frame 6 and the other by the opposite light exit surfaces of the diffuser elements 11 from these diffuser elements 11 emerging light passes either directly into the Fugue 32 or is reflected by the diffuser elements 11 facing wall portions of the support legs 34 in the joint 32, so that clearly defined between the opaque surfaces formed by the prismatic surfaces 3 luminous surfaces and clearly delimited by the opaque cover and mounting frame 6 joint light bands are formed. Because the lights - as in Fig. 7 shown - beyond the ceiling profile, the entire grid can be fully exploited, which means that about 10% more light area compared to conventional arrangements can be obtained.

The arrangement of the individual lights in conjunction with the narrow joint design is mainly possible through the use of push / push units between the base and frame part, since the opening and closing of the lights without any controls is possible, and represent the light emitting surfaces practically the control surfaces ,

Characteristic of all embodiments of the invention is the use of a partial light flow branching light collecting and guiding profile to create a circumferential light band, which clearly defines the contour of the individual luminaire formats as an independent element and can also cause an indirect light effect in the form of an aesthetic Lichübergangs particular ceiling surface.
