Description

GEBIET DER ERFINDUNGFIELD OF THE INVENTION

6.The invention relates to a grate bar, a support element and a foot element therefor, as well as a moving grate of an incinerator according to the preamble of claims 1, 4, 5 and 6, respectively.

HINTERGRUND DER ERFINDUNGBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Schließlich offenbart WO 2010/115541 einen Roststab mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.The one from the EP 1 975 507 A1 known moving grate for firing systems, several stepped grate bars are arranged one above the other like a staircase. The material to be fired is shifted downwards by the relative movement of the grate bars in the horizontal direction along the grate bar staircase formed in this way. In the rear area, each grate bar has a downwardly extending support section for connection to a holding or propulsion element for holding or to and fro Moving the grate bar relative to a vertically adjacent grate bar, in the front area a feed section for advancing the items to be fired on the grate bar located vertically below, and a surface for items to be fired. Such grate bars are also from EP 2 306 086 A2 known. Finally revealed WO 2010/115541 a grate bar with the features of the preamble of claim 1.

The known grate bars for advancing grids have a number of disadvantages.

The known grate bars, for example, tend to clog air nozzles in the surface. This leads to the fact that the air flow is increasingly fed to the items to be fired via neighboring air nozzles and these air nozzles burn out. Firing residue trapped between the feed section and the surface can also cause high wear. In addition, when a grate bar is worn, the grate bar must always be replaced as a whole, for which purpose the entire staircase-shaped arrangement often has to be dismantled. This leads to long and costly downtimes. Storage is also expensive because large grate bars must always be kept in stock. Finally, the known grate bars cannot be adapted to special firing conditions and different items to be fired.

ZUSAMMENFASSUNG DER ERFINDUNGSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The invention is therefore based on the object of creating a grate bar, a support element and a foot element for it, as well as a moving grate of an incinerator according to the preamble of claims 1, 4, 5 and 6, which have a flexible configuration, a enable increased service life as well as simplified handling, assembly, disassembly and repair. The operation of the system can also be better controlled.

This object is achieved in accordance with the features of claims 1, 4, 5 and 6, respectively.

According to this, a grate bar for a moving grate of an incineration plant is created with a burning path section for items to be fired, a front foot section and a rear support section, which is modularly composed of individual exchangeable elements that are positively and / or non-positively connected to one another.

As a result, the grate bar can be flexibly assembled from suitable elements, in particular at least three and up to 20, 25 or 30 elements, according to the respective requirements. If there are signs of wear, breakage and the like, only the affected elements need to be replaced. This saves costs because less material has to be replaced. The geometry of the grate bar can be changed flexibly and storage becomes cheaper, since only those elements have to be kept that frequently and / or quickly wear and / or fail.

The grate bar is composed of a support element forming the support section, one or more, in particular 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 to 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30, the focal path section forming the focal path section, and a foot element forming the foot section. This division has proven to be particularly useful, since it has the highest flexibility in the configuration and the greatest possible mechanical stability with the best wear resistance.

The support element preferably forms a support surface with a support section for placing the grate bar on a support bar or the like for the purpose of holding or moving it back and forth, and a connecting section for connecting to the foot section.

The connecting section has a rib, preferably two parallel lateral ribs, with part of a dovetail connection, for example the dovetail recess, and optionally a preferably central rib with a recess for a rod-shaped connecting element, which extends through a corresponding rib of a foot portion can extend. This enables simple assembly by pushing into the dovetail connection and simple fixation in this position by screwing or the like.

The foot element can also have a connecting section for connection to the support section and a foot as well as a connecting rib extending between the connecting section and the foot for a focal path section, whereby a connection that can be easily and quickly established and released is created.

The fuel path element can have ribs on the underside with recesses for a rod-shaped connecting element. In this way, one or, if necessary, several fuel path elements can be fastened securely and releasably and preferably with play on the foot element in a simple manner with only one connection such as a rod or the like.

The focal path element is expediently provided with lateral recesses which form air nozzles of any shape and number. Recesses in adjacent focal path elements can jointly form air nozzles. Since the focal path elements can be assembled at a distance from one another due to the assembly clearance and, in the fastened state, can preferably be moved in a vertical direction, the air nozzles are self-cleaning. The high level of wear and burn-through known from the prior art is minimized.

The individual elements can each have different mechanical properties such as heat resistance and abrasion resistance and / or be formed from a different material and / or have a different material. This enables flexible adaptation to the particular conditions of the incineration system and to the items to be fired, and elements that are particularly heavily or lightly stressed can each be optimally designed.

In the case of a moving grate of an incineration plant, which has several grate bars arranged in steps, the advantages mentioned at the beginning with regard to wear resistance, cost reduction and flexibility result.

The invention also creates a support element and a foot element for a grate bar, each of which is marketable by itself. The components can be cast parts and / or made of steel / sheet metal alloys.

In the event of defects, only the worn elements, in particular the fuel path elements, need to be replaced and not the entire grate bar. A high degree of flexibility in the design including the possibility of optimally coordinating the air flow through exchangeable loose points, possibly even after initial assembly, is made possible. The geometry can be changed by exchanging individual elements. The air nozzles always remain free due to the relative movements. Different assembly variants with identical basic elements reduce storage costs. The individual elements also enable more economical production.

Further refinements and properties of the invention emerge from the following description, the figures and the claims.

DETAILLIERTE BESCHREIBUNG EINZELNER AUSFÜHRUNGSFORMENDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INDIVIDUAL EMBODIMENTS

The in Fig. 1 shown grate bar 1 for a moving grate of an incinerator is composed of a support element 2, for example four fuel path elements 3 and a foot element 4, which In the Figs. 2 to 4 are shown in detail.

The support element 2 has a surface which can be provided with a flat reinforcing element. At the bottom, a support section 5 is provided for connection and / or for placing on a fastening and / or a drive mechanism for moving back and forth, preferably in the plane of the surface. A dovetail connection 6 or the like on here two lateral ribs 7 of the support element 2 and on two likewise lateral ribs 8 of the foot element 4 connects the two to one another. The foot element 4 is secured on the support element 2 by a screw connection 9 or the like.

In the Figure 1C The two middle focal path elements 3 shown translucently show that the foot element 4 can support the focal path elements 3 via ribs 8, 10. The ribs 10 also have recesses 11 such as aligned bores into which a rod 12 can be pushed in order to fasten the focal path elements 3, which also have ribs 13 with recesses 11 here in pairs. The end of the rod 12 can be fastened with closing elements 14 such as welded-on washers, with play preferably remaining so that the focal path elements 3 remain movable laterally by at least 2, 5, 7, 10, 15, 20 mm, in particular due to the hot air movements caused by combustion.

Air nozzles 16 can be provided in the surface of the fuel path elements 3 and in particular, as shown, on the mutually adjoining sides 15 of the fuel path elements 3, which here run obliquely and possibly tapered, for example. However, the sides 15 can also be free of air nozzles, cf. Fig. 5 to prevent the grate from falling out in the discharge zone.

The modular structure also allows a different flexible adaptation of the different levels of a step grating on the basis of the standard components. For example, one stage can be designed with and another without air nozzles.
