Claims (10)

  1. Machine pour la préparation de produits pharmaceutiques comprenant un transporteur à poches (8) qui est mobile le long d'une trajectoire en forme de boucle (P) et a une pluralité de poches (33), chacune adaptée pour recevoir et contenir un récipient (9) respectif ; et au moins une station opérationnelle (34 ; 35 ; 36) pour exécuter une opération sur lesdits récipients (9) ; et un guide rectiligne (42 ; 46) qui s'étend entre le transporteur à poches (8) et la station opérationnelle (34 ; 35 ; 36) ; et un dispositif de transfert (37) mobile avec un mouvement rectiligne dans une direction de transfert (39) donnée pour transférer les récipients (9) le long du guide rectiligne (42 ; 46) entre la station opérationnelle (34 ; 35 ; 36) et les poches (33) correspondantes, caractérisée en ce que ledit guide rectiligne est adapté pour être mis en prise par coulissement par les récipients (9).
  2. Machine selon la revendication 1 et comprenant, pour chacune desdites stations opérationnelles (34 ; 35 ; 36), ledit guide rectiligne (42 ; 46) respectif et ledit dispositif de transfert (37) respectif.
  3. Machine selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle la station opérationnelle (34 ; 35 ; 36) est une station de chargement et/ou de déchargement (34) des récipients (9) dans et/ou du transporteur à poches (8) ou une station de pesage (35) des récipients (9) ou une station de dosage (36) pour injecter une quantité donnée de produit pharmaceutique dans les récipients (9) eux-mêmes.
  4. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le transporteur à poches (9) comprend une roue d'alimentation (31) qui est montée pour tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (32) donné et est prévue avec une pluralité de sièges périphériques, qui sont répartis autour dudit axe de rotation (32), chacun définissant ladite poche (33) correspondante, et sont radialement ouverts dans ladite direction de transfert (39).
  5. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et comprenant en outre un châssis de confinement en forme de boîte (2) qui loge le transporteur à poches (8) à l'intérieur de ce dernier, et a au moins une ouverture d'accès (43) obtenue à travers le châssis (2) ; un premier desdits guides rectilignes (42) s'étendant entre le transporteur à poches (8) et ladite ouverture d'accès (43) pour être mis en prise par coulissement par les récipients (9) sous la sollicitation d'un premier desdits dispositifs de transfert (37).
  6. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et comprenant en outre un dispositif de pesage (44) comprenant, à son tour, un élément de support (45) définissant un deuxième desdits guides rectilignes (46) qui s'étend dans la direction de transfert (39) et est adapté pour être mis en prise par coulissement par les récipients (9) sous la sollicitation d'un deuxième desdits dispositifs de transfert (37).

Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et comprenant en outre un dispositif d'injection (47) d'un produit pharmaceutique dans les récipients (9) ; un troisième desdits guides rectilignes s'étendant entre le dispositif d'injection (47) et le transporteur à poches (8) pour être mise en prise par coulissement par les récipients (9) sous la sollicitation d'un troisième desdits dispositifs de transfert (37).
  8. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle chaque récipient (9) est prévu avec un élément formant adaptateur (17) monté sur le récipient (9) lui-même ; le dispositif de transfert (37) comprenant un élément de préhension et de transport (41) qui est formé pour saisir l'élément formant adaptateur (17) et est mobile dans ladite direction de transfert (39).
  9. Machine selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle l'élément formant adaptateur (17) comprend un élément de couplage (19) ; l'élément de préhension et de transport (41) étant en outre transversalement mobiles par rapport à la direction de transfert (39) vers et depuis une position de préhension opérationnelle de l'élément de couplage (19).
  10. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits récipients (9) sont définis par des poches de perfusion ; un dispositif robotisé (10), séparé et indépendant desdits dispositifs de transfert (37), étant adapté pour manipuler des seringues (5) et/ou des flacons (7).
