Abstract
Bei einem Verfahren zur Steuerung eines Gasdurchflusses zu einem Gasbrenner (101) mittels eines Gasventil-Systems (100) werden die folgenden Schritte durchgeführt: Ermitteln und Erkennen eines Stellventil-Fehlers als Stellventil-Fehlerzustand und Schließen eines Absperrventils (104) in diesem Fall. Das Gasventil-System weist dazu eine Steuereinrichtung (102), ein Stellventil (103) und ein Absperrventil (104) auf. Das Stellventil ist ein Schrittmotorventil mit Stellglied (106) und Schrittmotor (107). Der Stellventil-Fehlerzustand liegt vor, wenn der Schrittmotor innerhalb eines Normalstellbereiches (110) des Stellventils blockiert oder wenn ein Positions-Istwert-Fehler vorliegt. Dieser Positions-Istwert-Fehler liegt vor, wenn sich das Stellglied in einer Referenz-Position (POsReferenz) befindet und der Schrittmotor bei deren Erreichen mit einem Positions-Istwert (WIst) blockiert, der um mehr als einen vordefinierten Toleranzwert vom Positions-Referenzwert (WReferenz) abweicht. This position-actual-value error occurs when the actuator is in a reference position (POs reference ) and the stepper motor blocks when it reaches a position actual value (W actual ) which exceeds the tolerance value by more than a predefined tolerance value. Reference value (W reference ) deviates.
