Abstract

Ein Zweikreis-Brennersystem (10) für eine Gaskochstelle weist eine Bedieneinrichtung (11), eine Steuereinheit (26), ein Modulationsventil (50) mit Stellglied (52) und Stellbereich, einen Innenkreis mit Innenkreis-Gaszuleitung (44) und Innenkreis-Brenner (36) und diesen umgebend einen Außenkreis mit Außenkreis-Gaszuleitung (42) und Außenkreis-Brenner (40) auf. Mittels des Modulationsventils (50) wird abhängig von einer erforderlichen Soll-Gesamt-Brennerleistung jeweils eine definierte Gasdurchflussmenge (Vinnen, Vaußen) zu beiden Kreisen eingestellt. Bei dem Zweikreis-Brennersystem (10) wird mittels des Stellgliedes (52) in einem Teil des Stellbereichs nur eine Innen-Brennerleistung (Pinnen) verändert und die Außen-Brennerleistung bleibt Null. In einem anderen Stellbereich wird nur eine Außen-Brennerleistung (Paußen) verändert, während die Innen-Brennerleistung (Pinnen) konstant bleibt. Zum Betrieb wird eine Soll-Gesamt-Brennerleistung in einem Bereich einer Gesamt-Brennerleistung (Pgesamt) von Null bis zu einer maximalen Gesamt-Brennerleistung (Pgesamt_max) gesteuert, indem mittels des Modulationsventils (50) jeweils eine definierte Gasdurchflussmenge zu den beiden Kreisen eingestellt wird.

For operation, a target total burner power in a range of total burner power (P total ) from zero to a maximum total burner power (P total_max ) is controlled by means of the modulation valve (50) each have a defined gas flow rate to the two circles is set.
